Stayed in a 6 bed hostel room. Bunk was comfortable. Nice large lock boxes. Good lighting and electric outlets with each bunk. Good curtains for privacy and lighting. Staff was really helpful and welcoming. Nice cafe on street level. Bathrooms were clean and kitchen on 1st floor was nice and coffee and tea were available. Great location in a Athens. Right where you want to be for quick access to attractions, transportation, restaurants and nightlife. Yes staying in a shared room can get noisy when people come in after a night out, but that’s hostel life. In any case bed was comfortable and I slept well. Would stay there again.

This hotel is a great deal for what you pay. The owners are very courteous and helpful. The bed and linen is clean. Room is spotless. No smoke smell. The only 2 downsides I had was a outlet didn't work and the hair drier didn't want to turn off lol. Other than that though the area is central so walking to it is no problem. I kept seeing reviews say it was in a sketchy area but it looked safe to me when we came back at midnight. The wifi is decent enough to download some items and stream videos. Overall a very good price for what your getting.

Les chambres sont correctes et propres. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable particulièrement au restaurant. Les plats style crétois sont bons et variés. On peut profiter du bar à toute heure pour boire une bière, l’Ouzo ou le Raki. L’endroit est très calme. La plage est très belle ainsi que la piscine et son pool bar, gratuit avec la formule all inclusive. On peut louer des bain de soleil et parasol pour 6 euros par couple et par jour. La ville est bien située pour les excursions vers l’est et l’ouest ainsi que les plateaux dans l’arrière-pays. Elle est très proche du site archéologique de Malia. Il y a plusieurs loueurs de voitures, quads ou scooters dans la rue à des tarifs intéressants. En conclusion c’est un endroit sympa pour ceux qui apprécient des vacances typiques, simples et calmes.

Great hotel,located close to the public transport including the metro and the x96 airport bus.ideal for going to a game at the nearby football stadium.the room was large,clean and did not have any unpleasant smells.the shower was small with no enclosure,which really was no problem.as for the staff they were all friendly and helpful.would definitely stay here again

I stayed here four nights in late December 2022 to early January 2023 and found it very good all around for price, comfort, location, breakfast and staff. Nearby Omonia Square has a good metro connection to major sites and some good places for light meals, especially pastries like tiropita and spanakopita. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the take-away breakfast on my last day, when I had to leave early in the morning. (A note about Athens metro: The Blue Line/Line 3 metro goes to the airport. But not all Blue Line/Line 3 trains go all the way to the airport. So check the schedule in advance.) Again, a very good stay at Athens Choice, will stay here again if I get the chance.

I stayed at Mosaikon for 5 days. The hostel is not like your typical hostel, it has a feel and service of a hotel. I stayed in a 4 bed female dorm with a private bathroom and the beds were comfortable, you had room to sit up and read and curtains to maintain your privacy when sleeping. Housekeeping cleaned the romms everyday. They offer a laundry service if you need any clothes washed, which is helpful if travelling for long. On the first floor you have a kitchen where you a cooker, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and fridge. Perfect if you want to prepare your own meals. I chose to have breakfast and you your choice of hot beverage made for you, with boiled eggs, gronola and yoghurt, bread, ham sandwich, scrambled eggs, Greek pastry and croissants. There is also freshly squeezed orange juice available too. The fifth floor is their roof top bar where you get to enjoy the view of the Acropolis lit up at night. The bar was not open whilst I was there, but can imagine it being a great place to meet other fellow travellers. The staff are all helpful and would like to say a big thank you to Kuriios. He always greets you with a smile and was so helpful in giving his recommendations on any trips from Athens and how best to get there. I ended up going up north to Kalambaka to see the Meteora Monasteries. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Athens to plan a trip to see them. Mosaikon is in walking distance to all major sites and the area Monastiraki has plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shops to explore. I have no doubt you will enjoy your stay here with the friendly service and great location.

Good location, a street of bars and restaurants just around the corner, fantastic views of the hilltop ruins from the rooftop terrace, and friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are a little small and dated but comfortable enough.

First the hostel was not as good as it was the years before, because of the prices, they were much higher. But then I met Johny at the reception, we were talking the 1st evening for 2 hours for everything. Next evening I was at the bar with Johny, Martin, Walther and Ami. The reason to come here is Johny, Martin, Walther and Ami.

IN OKTOBER 2023 I VISITED ATHENA AND I STAYED A WEEK IN THE VICTORIA IN. ALTHOUGH LOCATED IN A RATHER RUN DOWN AREA WITH LOT OF GRAFITY, BUT IT WAS NO UNSAFE AT ALL! THE SINGEL ROOM LOOKED REMARKABLY GOOD! A NICE STAY! FRIENDLY RECEPTION, QUIET CLEAN HOTEL! BATHROOM WITH SOAP, TOWELS, CHANGED EVERY DAY. SOMETIMES IN THE NIGHT THE NOISE OF A GUEST, USING THE SHOWER! THE BREAKFAST, INDIVIDUALY SERVED IN A BEAUTIFUL DINING ROOM WAS LESS MY TASTE. HOWEVER, I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO EVERYONE! JAN LAHEIJ THE NETHERLANDS

We were in the back rooms- o.k. not got a view- but for Athens nice and quiet. The shower worked well with good pressure and temperature and the toiletries provided were good. A special shout out for the reception staff on duty 24 hours- good English, very friendly and helpful. We liked the location which is great for walking to all of the attractions, although the metro station ad busses are nearby. Also a shout out for Mokka cafe just down the road which does great coffee. Happy to recommend and would stay again, such good value.

Good location. Hotel is a good value for those price. Very close to the piraeus port

Nice and neat hotel tucked away just behind the ferry port of Piraeus. It is very close, walkable to Ferry port E9 and E10. The hotel itself is clean, tidy and well organized. The staff are fantastic; welcoming, polite and helpful. The main reason for the 5 stars. Our room, like the hotel, was clean, tidy and enough space. The bed was firm which works for us. The bathroom is large enough for one person, the water pressure is great. I really enjoyed staying a the Filson hotel.

Clean, simple hotel that is only a few minutes from the port (we were catching a ferry the next day). We could hear some noise from our hotel room (the elevator bell, other guests in the hallway etc.) which was a little disruptive, but for one night this wasn’t too much of a problem. We accidentally left some clothing behind in our rush to pack early in the morning - we messaged the hotel and they kindly kept this in a bag at reception ready for us to collect on our return to Athens a few days later which we really appreciated.

Το συγκεκριμένο είναι το πολύ για 20 ευρώ κ το χρεώνουν στα 50.μυριζε τσιγάριλα.... παντού τα όποια έπιπλα φαγωμενα... βρώμικα κ άθλια... είχε μια καρέκλα μέσα κ μιαεξω... χωρίς τραπεζάκι στο μπαλκόνι.....αν δεν ειχα την ηλικιωμένη μητέρα μου θα έφευγα μπρος πίσω...το θεοστενο νουζ..δεν μπόρεσα να χωρέσω ούτε εγώ ούτε η μητέρα μου κάναμε το ντουζ στην λεκάνη... ενώ τα φώτα τού νιπτήρα χωρίς κάλυμμα πλαστικό... σκέτες οι λάμπες σε απόσταση αναπνοής από τα νερά τού ντουζ κινδυνευες από ηλεκτροπληξία αν σου ξέφευγε λίγο η πλαστική κουρτίνα...να μη πω που δεν είχαν μέσα ούτε ένα ποτήρι... ούτε ένα μπουκάλι νερό... ΜΑΚΡΙΆ παιδιά!!

We stayed at this hotel for one night before catching a ferry to Mykonos. The hotel is easy to get to from Athens airport using the x96 bus. The bus goes direct from the airport to the Dimotiko bus stop and then a 3 min walk from the bus stop to the hotel. The hotel is in a perfect location (only 10min walk to Pireaus port). The hotel staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The hotel itself was extremely quiet with no noise from traffic. The hotel is located near restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Ho soggiornato ieri in questa struttura, devo dire che è un albergo molto bello e pulito , lo consiglio a tutti perché è vicinissimo al porto del pireos,vicino all'autobus per andare all'aeroporto, ed è anche ottimo per la metropolitana direzione centro di Atene . L albergo ha delle stanze appena ristrutturate tra cui la mia la n 25 un po' piccola ma molto molto bella.x una notte ho pagato 45€. Buona la colazione a buffet che costa 8€ devo dire che non si presenta benissimo, ma alla fine c'è tutto e mi sono trovato molto bene consiglio questo hotel.

We arrived to the friendliest desk staff, who literally ran out to our taxi to help with our cases. Our room was fabulous with a beautiful balcony and was spotlessly clean. The desk staff advised us where to eat and gave us a map of the area to the restaurant overlooking the harbour. It was fabulous. The hotel is situated in a lovely area with shops and a lovely stroll to the harbour where there are tons of restaurants. We had a fabulous buffet breakfast the following morning included in the price. The desk staff organised a taxi for us to bring us to the port for our cruise. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Piraeus.

Great hotel near the marina. 7 minutes to the cruise port and 1 minute walk to the marina shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!
