Hotel 2-Star di Tuscany, Italy

The receptionists and luggage-storage staff were all friendly and helpful. Although this is a hostel rather than a hotel, we still had a great experience over our expectation. We booked a double bed room with private bathroom, the facilities in the room were limited but it was clean and had a balcony. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, we could see the dome of the Florence Cathedral and beautiful sunset - an absolutely delightful surprise.

It's not a hotel, it's a hostel. The rooms are just as small as the photos but you don't need more for one night, however I wanted the bedroom for a few hours to sleep since I had a trip at 05:00 and I couldn't sleep because my room was on the next to the bathroom and the corridor and foresees that it did not have a door, you could hear absolutely everything. The location is the only good thing I can get from this ”hostel”. Lastly, the water in the bedroom came out yellow. I don't understand the reason when there is drinking water throughout the city and the shared bathrooms are super old and not at all desirable.

Second time staying at ostello bello. Picked this hostel because of the convenient location. It’s nice that they offer a token to exchange for welcome drink, and a lot of activities to participate. Some places in the hostel definitely need some upgrade sooner or later… the toilet seat in the dome room shared restroom got a crack on it that definitely need a replacement soon. Kinda weird they charge me differently for luggage storage (before check in- 5 euro fixed price / after check in- 3.5 euro piece), maybe due to the length of storage, I guess??

Hello everyone. The room matches the photo, I arrived alone and they put me in a room where there was no one else, which was very comfortable. I arrived before the check-in time and they met me halfway and checked me in earlier, which is also a plus. There is a gym on the territory, it is included in the price of accommodation, but there are not many exercise machines, which is understandable because it is not a professional gym) The room itself is very spacious, the rooms are cleaned by a maid. I would also like to mention the administrator Karla. The girl is very kind and does her job well, it was pleasant to talk to her. I will come back again if such an opportunity arises.

The hotel was very clean and hygienic. It's conveniently located right next to the station. The service was great, and check-in was very quick and efficient. There are large supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so you'll never go hungry, even if you return late at night. I would definitely recommend staying here again.

Pienza was one of the best towns so far on our bicycle trip from Florence to Rome and PienzalettingSuites were equally good, esp the room size and interesting layout and decor. The hosts were also excellent, esp with locking up our two bicycles inside their next door shop and trusting us with their key so we could unlock to leave early in the morning. We loved the charming town and the accommodation enough that we'd return anytime in future.

Very clean and hygienic

Perfect accommodation for a city trip to Pisa. Beautiful, old building very centrally located. Sights, city and places to eat are all within easy walking distance. Check-in and check-out without contact with staff - no problems at all. Brief contact with staff over time, very friendly! I had a large room with a balcony and a direct view of the Arno. Everything was very clean! Small coffee and tea station in the hallway for free use. Thank you for the great stay during my trip to Pisa!

Sufficient to spend a few nights to visit Florence but big bemol: the isolation of the walls not top at all, we hear everything in the neighbouring rooms and corridors... you don't have a light sleep

I had actually stayed at a different safety property in Naples and thought this was the same one and thus booked it but to my rather surprise this was nothing like that. While the staff were really nice and quickly helped me with checking in and the rooms were not too small I felt like the bathroom was from a different dimension altogether as the shower cubicle was so small that while I was making my way out of it I hurt my back really badly And it was very painful to imagine the same happening to anyone else and that’s too on holiday also when I just opened the shower which was fixed overhead little bit of brown water seem to come out from it and I do not know what that was all about but it was rather disappointing however There was lockers in the room and quite a peaceful stay as well so I guess it’s fine for a night, but if only they had the day not so much behind the door that it is positioned in a very weird manner maybe it could have been better and also the flush was not working properly.
