Es un hotel sencillo con una buena ubicación justo enfrente de la expo. Su precio me parece correcto y en cuanto a la habitación tiene todo lo necesario sobre todo para llegar a dormir únicamente. Creo será un hotel que visitare constantemente cuando acuda a guadalajara

Muy buen servicio, personal muy servicial, el restaurante muy chiquito pero los desayunos riquísimos y buen precio. Recomendable solo el control de la tele no sirvió y nunca pudimos ver television

Pleasantly surprised by the comfort and unique hotel. Staff was so very pleasant. Near the airport on the main road but it was very quiet. The full breakfast freshly cooked was truly the icing on the cake. This hotel is so well priced, clean, safe, and good location to the airport. Also offers suites and top deck with sun chairs.

Muy cómodo, sin problemas durante casi un año que quede muy cálida y humilde la gente. Sara, Tani, blanquita, Martita, Pau. Se mi parte nada negativo que decir, lo recomiendo mucho para corta y larga distancia. Todo muy cerca desde waltmart hasta cajeros

Buena ubicación, el personal es muy amable, solo tuve un problema al llegar ya que me dijeron en recepción que no aparecía mi reservación pero se resolvió en 5 minutos, la regadera está un poco chica pero no es un detalle por el que no me volvería a quedar ahí, si vuelvo sin duda alguna!

Great location for wandering around Col Americana. Beds very comfortable, rooms clean, but no bar fridge and the water pressure for the shower was quite weak.

We enjoyed our stay at VallartaSol after the second evening. We had a second floor room with a balcony and kitchenette overlooking the pool. This is not the Ritz and if you can overlook slow source of hot water in shower or the occasional groan of water taps in bathroom sink, and slight rattling of A/C, it is worth staying. During our 10 full days, we managed to walk the neighbourhood and found many wonderful eating establishments within an eight block radius. The pool was great during mid afternoon when it wasn't basically empty. What we really appreciated is the day staff who on our last day allowed us to stay beyond check-out of 12:00 pm due to flight delay(s) not just once but twice until we finally left at 4:00 pm. We will definitely try and stay with them for any future short stay in PV.

Book in advance and get room conformation and rate in writing or email. There are communication challenges. This year (2023) I dillydallied because I was waiting on a friend with health issues. I monitored daily on the various booking channels and it was reasonable. Then when I decided to go, 12 Feb. It was no longer available so I booked Holiday Inn Express. Lovely hotel but 50 min (to/from) drive into old town where friends were staying is a whole lot of jostling cobblestone. On 17 March I went to Encino to nail reservations for the rest of my stay. I was offered undetermined room at 1,000 MP or king with balcony at 1500 MP. I try to avoid being out and about with money or credit cards so I said I would come back the next day to pay. Next day it was blocked at check-in so I telephoned later in the evening and was quoted a new rate of 1,700 MP $127 Can) . Life is short and allowing Holiday Inn was lovely, clean, cheap, and sumptuous breakfast? But, it is an airport hotel and not a vacation destination. So I checked out of Holiday Inn and went to Encino. Puerto Vallarta Hotels were pretty much blocked to capacity and rates, where you could find them? Beyond $150 per night for lower quality than Encino. To cut the quick. 1,700 got me a room with three beds (I was solo) and an exterior window. Life moves on. Wi-Fi did work in lobby and over the courtyard. The staff spoke very little English, then I speak no Spanish, and it is a Spanish speaking country. Room was clean, TV worked, A/C worked, coffee was available in morning, elevator was only down once. The location is perfect. Relative to what was available in the romantic area? I still got value for money. Puerto Vallarta is grossly over touristed in Old Town. I have stayed at Encino many times. Safe, clean, and reasonably priced. In early Jan 2020 I booked (Expedia).
