En dehors d’être un hôtel merveilleux, il est merveilleusement entretenu et tenu par des merveilleuses personnes, on s’est occupé de nous d’une façon exceptionnelle et je peux vous dire que ce sont des personnes qui sont vraiment formées à leur métier comme il y en a existe rarement en France, cet hôtel mérite cinq étoiles

My friend and I are traveling around France for a couple of weeks. We picked this hotel based on reviews and price. It was a good location to drive to Omaha Beach and the surrounding area. We each had a room with a king size bed, a very large bathroom with a wonderful shower and separate large tub. Free Coffee, tea and water provided in the room and a small refrigerator with snacks and drinks available at a modest price. Beds were very comfortable and room temp was great. Very quiet location and free parking. The best thing was Julia, the front desk staff person. Extraordinary service and assistance with everything we needed including ordering Thai food from a local restaurant because the restaurant was closed on Sunday night and Monday night, the two nights we were there. She deserves a GIANT Thank You and a Gold Star! I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to France.

在鎮上，大門關閉，需要按鈴，我們第一次見到鎖着又繞了一大圈。酒店是個古堡，非常美，就是沒有電梯，箱子是服務員幫着拎上三樓的，感謝。沒有餐廳，不過可以點外賣。房間很大，衞生間設計不合理，總體完美。

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits avec mon fiancé et tout a été parfait.
Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés, une très belle attention.
Le personnel est adorable, accueillant et toujours aux petits soins, on s’est sentis vraiment bien tout au long du séjour.
Le spa est excellent pour se détendre et le terrain de tennis est un vrai plus.
Un hôtel chaleureux, élégant et reposant, idéal pour un séjour en couple.
Nous avons adoré et reviendrons sans hésiter.

The service was fine. The configuration of the room was not. The toilet was right next to the bed and the bathroom (sink, shower) was all the way down the hall. It was very unpleasant. However, the bed was very comfortable, the robe was very cosy and the Illy coffee capsules were excellent.

The location of the hotel is at the old town, actually is a bit hard to find the entrance if you are driving there. As we are driving we miss the hotel at the first time.
So for people who is driving there you can actually stop in front of the hotel and press the bell and people will come out and help you with the luggage
The service is really good, they carry our luggage all the way up the room
The room is big and comfy, they have bath hub and steam bath, which is really nice

GGuest UserWe arrived at Pontorson station by train and planned to take a taxi, but there is no Uber here, and we were kindly welcomed.
Everything was very hospitable and delicious, a wonderful place, I would recommend it to all my friends.

Rrock888Not bad. There is also a casino. They said they upgraded me to a sea view. Haha. It's so far away. Dinner was not delicious. Checked out very early in the morning. They also gave me two bottles of water.

GGGZfHotel service is very good, according to my request to arrange a Unicom room, convenient to take care of children. The only fly in the ointment is that the SPA is closed too early, and it is closed at 7:00 in the evening. I was going to arrange a SPA at night but I didn't arrange it. Overall a good choice for travel near Normandy.
