My friend and I are traveling around France for a couple of weeks. We picked this hotel based on reviews and price. It was a good location to drive to Omaha Beach and the surrounding area. We each had a room with a king size bed, a very large bathroom with a wonderful shower and separate large tub. Free Coffee, tea and water provided in the room and a small refrigerator with snacks and drinks available at a modest price. Beds were very comfortable and room temp was great. Very quiet location and free parking. The best thing was Julia, the front desk staff person. Extraordinary service and assistance with everything we needed including ordering Thai food from a local restaurant because the restaurant was closed on Sunday night and Monday night, the two nights we were there. She deserves a GIANT Thank You and a Gold Star! I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to France.

The location of the hotel is at the old town, actually is a bit hard to find the entrance if you are driving there. As we are driving we miss the hotel at the first time.
So for people who is driving there you can actually stop in front of the hotel and press the bell and people will come out and help you with the luggage
The service is really good, they carry our luggage all the way up the room
The room is big and comfy, they have bath hub and steam bath, which is really nice

We arrived at Pontorson station by train and planned to take a taxi, but there is no Uber here, and we were kindly welcomed.
Everything was very hospitable and delicious, a wonderful place, I would recommend it to all my friends.

Hotel service is very good, according to my request to arrange a Unicom room, convenient to take care of children. The only fly in the ointment is that the SPA is closed too early, and it is closed at 7:00 in the evening. I was going to arrange a SPA at night but I didn't arrange it. Overall a good choice for travel near Normandy.

The service was fine. The configuration of the room was not. The toilet was right next to the bed and the bathroom (sink, shower) was all the way down the hall. It was very unpleasant. However, the bed was very comfortable, the robe was very cosy and the Illy coffee capsules were excellent.

AAnonymous UserIn the town, the door was closed and the bell needed to be ringed. The first time we saw it was locked and circled a big circle. The hotel is an ancient castle, very beautiful, there is no elevator, the box is the waiter to help carry it to the third floor, thank you. There is no restaurant, but you can order takeaway. The room is large, the bathroom design is unreasonable, and the overall is perfect.
