The room itself was clean and comfortable for a single person, but the bathroom had a strange smell that made me feel nauseous after every use. My friend had the same issue with the bathroom. Other than that, the receptionist was kind enough to let us check in early.

Wir waren zwei Nächte zu Gast und haben vor allem vom sauberen Pool und den - mit dem Auto - gut zu erreichenden Stränden profitiert. Die Aussicht vom Hotel und den Zimmern ist sehr schön. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten zudem ein Zimmer mit einer abgeschlossenen Durchgangstür zum Nachbarzimmer, durch die man jedes Wort und leider auch andere Geräusche hören konnte.
Die Ausstattung der Zimmer mit Küchenzeile ist zudem etwas heruntergekommen. Schranktüren hingen daneben und waren lieblos mit 3 Gabeln, einem Messer und einem Glas bestückt. Unangenehm war auch, das die Toilettenspülung nicht richt funktionierte.
Das Frühstück war okay und ausreichend. Hier ist mir nur das zusammengewürfelte, teilweise angestoßene und nicht immer anstandslos saubere Geschirr negativ aufgefallen. Zusätzlich schmeckt der Kaffee leider gar nicht. Das ist für ein Hotel in Italien schade, aber leider nicht selten.
Für mehr als zwei Nächte für uns nicht geeignet. Trotzdem danke!

Lovely room with nice staffs, very convenient to get metro and there are buses down the hotels which directly go to Malpensa airport, super easy
The only thing is the elevator which is very old, a bit scary for the first time using it. Anyway very happy with that

Amazing service, and very comfortable bed!! Amazing location would say 30mins into the centre with metro however did not feel long at all. 5min walk to the closest metro station and 2 minutes from bus. Direct line to San Siro stadium so perfect apartment to book if visiting. Host was very attentive and quick replies, answered any questions I had. Thank you!

非常滿意的一次入住體驗！房間很乾凈，佈置温馨，設施齊全，住起來很方便也很舒適，旁邊就是很大的商場，什麼吃的喝的都有，還有大超市。外面是公園，去會展中心兩站地鐵。房東非常熱情，回覆消息很快，也給了我們很多幫助。以後有機會還會再來，強烈推薦！

comfortable stay and convenient location, 5-10mins to metro station. small breakfast area but there are plenty of options for the breakfast buffet! Highly recommended and would come back if i am visiting Milano again :))

Rome isn’t just eternal; it’s immediate, visceral, a theatre of existence where the past isn’t preserved behind glass, but bleeds passionately into the vibrant, chaotic present. And experiencing it solo? That’s not loneliness; it’s liberation. It’s a conversation, intimate and profound, between your soul and the city’s timeless spirit. My dialogue began at dawn, chasing the first honeyed light spilling across the Piazza Navona. Alone, you move differently. The room is furnished with basic, dated furniture, while the bathroom has been recently renovated. The bed and bath linens were very clean. Overall, the stay was pleasant. We were satisfied with a quiet room. The bar on the ground floor offers satisfying breakfasts. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was perfect! The ovation is right next to the train station and metro, which made getting around Milan quite easy. It wasn’t difficult to locate either. The room was clean and standard size, with a proper queen size bed. The AC worked well and kept us cool. The mini fridge was a nice touch too. The room decor was modern. The shower worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk even accommodated a request for a water kettle for my room. The cleaning staff was also friendly. I was a little hesitant to purchase the breakfast buffet at a price of 18 euros per person, but we tried it day 1 of our stay and was quite impressed. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of choices, including properly cooked bacon! We purchased an additional day of breakfast buffet because we enjoyed it so much. Overall, the wonderful hotel for the price. Great value.

This apartment is really great, and the price is excellent. It's an 8-10 minute walk from the subway station, which I think is acceptable. The cleanliness and environment are particularly good. I learned it's a newly opened store, and I was lucky enough to be the first guest. Here are a few tips: Since it's self-check-in, after online check-in, you'll receive a link to open a mini-program. It contains the room key, Wi-Fi information, etc. When you need the key to open the door, don't click the link directly. You need to copy and open the link from your browser. Only then will the key work. I opened the link directly, which caused me to be unable to access the key interface. Everything else is really great, definitely worth staying at. Also, you need to long-press the elevator button for it to work, haha.

The hotel offers very good connections to the city center, making it easy to reach all major destinations quickly. The staff are consistently attentive, friendly, and committed, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the stay. Cristina and Seyf were particularly courteous and helpful, even though there was a small initial misunderstanding that was handled professionally and with great kindness. A kettle was also kindly provided for the room, which was very much appreciated. It is unusual that housekeeping is only provided upon departure, which is not typical for hotels. Additionally, both the heating and air conditioning are centrally controlled, which results in noticeably cooler temperatures in the room at night. Despite these aspects, the overall impression remains positive, mainly due to the convenient location and the dedicated staff.
