Was my second time. Location is good,from people are nice,,,,but this time, I was a bit angry. 1) Airconditioner button was broken and could not use it.  2) Wall is too thin task I could hear next door conversation.  oh, well, I don not know if Iuse this place again,,,

In general was good, even though check in was before 00:00 we were allowed to check in after midnight. The receptionist was kind except for one who was frustrated to our request for a blanket. He commented that one guest was complaining that the AC didn’t work and now we were requesting a blanket. There was no blanket in the room. There were only bedding sheets, which means at night it was pretty cold. And the cold air was blowing from downside of the main door to the room.  They were some stains, dead mosquito on the wall. Regarding breakfast besides ham/bacon, there was no chicken or beef, there was enough coffee.  Kitchen worker during the breakfast was cleaning pretty loud  the dishes, it was a little unpleasant eating while in the same room the kitchen worker was cleaning the dishes loudly. Our request for quieter room was taken in mind and we got it . 😉

It’s a nyce place to stay, if only u need a hotel outside de central station, their services r top notch. I highly recommend.

The location was very convenient, close to major attractions and public transport. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I would happily stay here again.

Situato all’uscita dell’autostrada a sesto Calende, questo albergo ha un ampio parcheggio, molto bene riscaldato dispone di camere con tutti i servizi necessari per un riposo prima di una partenza

這家旅館是我這次歐洲行中要換的七間旅館裡，最棒的一家。無論是小細節還是對客人的貼心服務，都遠超我之前住過的其他四星酒店。 入住時，由於時間太早，房間還沒有打掃好，酒店櫃檯人員便帶我到用餐室，招待我一杯熱茶和自家烤的小餅乾。望著窗外的海景，喝著熱茶，真是太棒了！ 辦理入住時，酒店人員告訴我桌上的小花是送給我的，退房時還準備了一份自家烤的小蛋糕餅乾讓我帶走。 因為我第二天需要很早退房，我跟櫃檯人員說了這個情況，他也儘量幫我安排了原本要在早上7:30才開始的早餐，讓我在7點就能先享用，真的非常感動！餐廳的人員非常有禮貌地介紹每一道食物，派和蛋糕也是自家烤的。這家旅館確實很棒，推薦有機會的話來住住看！ This hotel is the best among the seven I stayed at during my trip to Europe. From the small details to the thoughtful service, it surpasses all the other four-star hotels I've stayed at. When I checked in, it was too early, and my room wasn't ready yet. The front desk staff kindly took me to the dining area and offered me a cup of hot tea and some homemade cookies. Enjoying the sea view while sipping my tea was truly wonderful! During check-in, the hotel staff mentioned that the small flower on the table was a gift for me, and at checkout, they prepared a homemade cookie cake for me to take with me. Since I needed to check out early the next day, I informed the front desk staff, and they arranged for breakfast, which was originally set to start at 7:30 AM, to be ready for me at 7:00 AM. I was so touched! The restaurant staff politely introduced each dish, and the pastries and cakes were homemade as well. This hotel is really fantastic, and I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

시설이 진짜 깔끔해요. 학기 중에는 기숙사로 사용되고 방학 때는 호텔로 사용된다고 하네요. 그렇다보니까 치안은 당연히 걱정할 필요 없어서 좋고 걸어서 7분 정도 거리에 역이 있어요. 근처에 진짜 귀여운 과일 가게가 있어요. 한적하고 로컬 분위기 느끼고 싶은 여행에 딱인 숙소입니다
