Hotel 2-Star di South Sumatra, Indonesia

The place is clean and comfortable even though it is located in a shophouse complex, but when checking in and checking out it takes a long time. The food is varied and delicious.

Everything was good, but the spring mattress needs replacing if there are stains. Also, breakfast could be upgraded; use tea bags for the tea and get a capsule coffee maker so guests can make their own. Even though it's a 2-star hotel, it still has 5-star standard facilities, and the service so far has been excellent.

Rajaeali homestay, salah satu trmpat menginap pilihan terbaik. Tempatnya nyaman bersih fasilitasnya oke hanya saja tidak menyediakan air minum. Lokasi strategis.

Near LRT station so eady to get from and to the airport cheaply as well as to other major places in Palembang. Ehailing service also easy to get. Food very nice, local and menu changes everyday. Room is spacious enough with chair and table. But no tea or coffee sachet in room! AC also not cold enough - just OK. Considering everything, will come afain.

I'm staying with my sister. We use the pool for swimming. The location is strategies near the Mosque, Mall, and other places to easily reach. The staff is kind and polite. Happy to stay there. I think, I will return someday.

The room was quite basic, and the air conditioning was a little weak. Also, the window did not open to the outside. Otherwise, it was a clean hotel with absolutely friendly and professional service. Everything was very clean.

The room is nice, the facilities are complete... The service is good. It's a recommended place to stay, but yesterday I was a little disappointed because I got a room where the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed by the previous guest, and there was still water left in the electric kettle.

Bagus banget. Untuk harga dan kamarnya super worth it. Apalagi karena hotelnya masih tergolong baru jadi untuk fasilitasnya bagus dan update. Pokoknya nggak nyesel deh. Sarapannya diganti sahur itu dianter ke kamar. Enak2 semua makanan ala jepangnya

Hotel is convenient although location is not in the city centre. Receptionist available for 24 hours and provide free refill mineral water

The location is a bit hard to find for first time, but it’s still okay. Room is clean with standard amenities. Great value for the price.
