Hotel 5-Star di Jerusalem District, Israel

The stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The hotel is centrally located in the city. There is a view. Breakfast is plentiful. Just the smell in the bathroom in the room was not good .. Other than that everything is fine.

The staff were so helpful and nice! Everything was fantastic - clean and luxurious.  Location could not be better - light rail right outside and it is on Ben Yehuda street.

Semuanya berada pada tahap yang tinggi. Kami meminta beberapa perkara kecil di dalam bilik, ia percuma. Terdapat tempat letak kereta yang murah, 15 dolar setiap hari. Mengambil bilik Grand Deluxe, ia luas dengan balkoni dan bilik mandi yang besar. Sarapan jus yang sangat baik makanan wain, perkhidmatan pelayan. New and nice hotel. In door swimming pool. Close to the centre of the city. Very recommended.

從接待，上房，住房設施，房間服務，用餐等等。都是五星以上，最高是服務達6星，唯一缺點是房間面積較細而已。

Overall it was nice, we asked for a few requests and didn't get a response. And early in the morning the cleaners woke us up. It wasn't nice. There is room for improvement.

An exceptional historic hotel. Feels like a combination of a palace, a museum, and a hotel. We enjoyed it very much.

It’s a modern and very sleek beautiful hotel. The employees are nice and helpful. However, the spa and gym are out of the hotel. You need to cross a bridge over the Mamilla Mall to get there but entering back, you need to ring the intercoms. The spa is very good, they give 10% off to hotel guest and the prices are very good once you convert it to dollars. The breakfast is a big buffet and is included in the stay. Overall, I would give the hotel a 4.8 star rating. We had a beautiful view of the old city. The hotel is located in the center of Jerusalem so you can get to places easily.

We received a room with a air conditioner that didn’t work  The temperature was unbearable  The hotel offered to switch our room at 02:00 am  Needless to say it was a sleepless night. The staff was friendly, but no one offered to compensate us. Breakfast was good, so at least we had that.  We expected more from a 5 star hotel.
