Hotel 5-Star di Kerala, India

I chose this place because it has both a dry and wet sauna. I think other aspects of the Hyatt are better though. The restaurant was also nice and not too expensive. However, Trip.com's service was terrible. They rejected my best price guarantee claim with some strange excuses. They didn't even know the reason themselves. I'm going to report them to the Fair Trade Commission and the Consumer Agency.

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient. The room had all the necessary amenities, and the overall experience was smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended for both families and business travelers. Would definitely stay here again!

The Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!

We had an amazing stay at this coffee plantation/resort! The hospitality here is unmatched,,,, a huge compliment to the staff who go above and beyond to make you feel completely welcome. Shoutout to Manager Krishna. From the moment we arrived, it honestly felt like going to our own home. The warmth and attentiveness of the team really stand out, which other reviewers consistently rave about as well. Another major highlight was the food; every meal was absolutely delicious and comforting, making us feel completely at ease, just like a home-cooked meal. They have nice hiking trails around the property. couple of practical things to keep in mind. The Drive In: Please know that there is a 1-2 km rugged, unpaved road leading up to the property. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the resort from the main gate, so be prepared for a bit of a bumpy ride, and drive carefully! The Spa/Massage: While the rest of our stay was incredible, pool was great. the massage was a complete waste of time and money. It was not pleasant at all, and I definitely don't recommend booking it. Overall, if you skip the spa and focus on the beautiful property, incredible food, and the wonderful staff, you will have a fantastic time. We loved it!

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

An unforgettable stay in a stunning location! We had the most wonderful 3 night stay at this beautiful lake resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, so friendly, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. The setting is absolutely breathtaking, and the whole atmosphere of the resort is peaceful and relaxing. A perfect place to unwind and relax. The rooms were lovely, spacious, spotless, and really comfortable, with everything we needed for a perfect break. The food was another highlight, every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. A special mention to Jeeva in the restaurant, who made our dining experience even more memorable with such attentive and warm service but all of the restaurant staff were excellent and made every meal a pleasure. Also Anju who so lovely and again very attentive but I have to say every single staff member was so pleasant, which made our stay exceptional. Can’t recommend this gem of a place enough, we are already planning our next visit!

Excellent hotel service and welcome was very nice. The room.and its comforts superb. I wished I had a extra day at the hotel. Deffo would stay there again.highly recommend it. And the breakfast was great variety

We stayed at Radisson Blu, Ernakulam as part of an event conducted at the hotel itself. We had booked two rooms—one for triple occupancy and another for double. Both rooms were neat and clean; the triple occupancy room was quite spacious, while the double room was of average size. The bathrooms were well-maintained and came with bathtubs. The event hall booking and overall arrangements were handled by Ms. Sajila, who deserves special mention for her vibrant and dynamic personality. She was extremely friendly and ensured that every arrangement was executed flawlessly. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight—delicious with a wide spread that was hard to count! Excellent location ,resort premises is very beautiful only eye sore was people hanging their cloths to dry on the balcony or any other space out in open, that was really bad not sure if that is because of high laundry charges or not having anything to hang cloths inside. We did use the back patio that was covered to dry our beach cloths rest we brought home to wash. Other things that bothers us was pool closes at 7 pm. Given the hot and humid weather if beach access and pool closes by 7 pm there is nothing to do inside, small village outside is not so inviting to explore or even go. Food was good lots of option for vegetarians , but it was quite expensive too. It was not so at par with Taj standards but price wise it felt close to Taj. We liked the jacuzzi but inconveniences of asking the staff to switch it on and off and had no hot water.

Our stay at Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty was truly the highlight of our Kerala trip. We stayed in the 2-bedroom villa and every part of the experience exceeded our expectations. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The staff were warm, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. You can genuinely feel the care and attention they give to their guests. The villa itself was spacious, luxurious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The ambience, cleanliness, facilities, and beautiful waterfront views made our stay incredibly relaxing and worthwhile. After travelling across several places in Kerala, this was the one stay that truly felt worth every penny. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable. We would definitely love to return again in the future.
