酒店地理位置還不錯，靠近主要景點，安全係數比較高； 比較奇葩的體驗是最開始接待我的一位意大利*****胖的男工作人員名字*開頭的，並沒有遵照預訂的房間等級；之後，花時間再次確認酒店訂單，向前台另一位工作人員反映之後，工作人員重新分派了一間符合預訂等級的房間，截然不同的房間類型，最終比較滿意房間。 希望以後敬請意大利酒店工作人員向中國🇨🇳客户第一時間提供符合預訂類型的房間。謝絕耽誤中國🇨🇳客户的寶貴旅途時間和充沛精力。謝絕試圖以雕蟲小技影響中國🇨🇳客户的無懈可擊歡樂美好心情。僅供大家參考哈。

I arrived with my septuagenarian parents on April 27 for a week-long stay. The hotel provided us with the right room classification on arrival, but I was concerned that the suite was single bathroom instead of two and the closet space was not optimal for our needs. Annamaria, Victoria and Samuele stand out as front office staff who listened and acted swiftly to help address our request for help and resolved the issue the next day. That was the first wow moment of our stay. I also recommend the breakfast (came with our reservation package) and you should take advantage of the Rooftop Bar, the view of the Duomo and across the city 360 degress is suberb. After 10+ visits to Florence, this hotel has become my new preferred location and I anticipate returning here in the years to come.

First off, the positives: the hotel and its grounds are beautiful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The proximity to Saturnia Springs and Saturnia itself is unique, and lying in the warm natural spring is very relaxing. However, the hotel fails to justify its 5-star status and hefty price tag. The main issue is the staff’s attitude. Upon arrival, they couldn’t find our booking. The receptionist then took three phone calls from other guests, making us feel unimportant and unnecessarily prolonging the process. Lunch at the pool bar was another disappointment. We waited over 20 minutes to order while the waiter chatted with friends. The whole meal took over an hour and a half. The food was average and overpriced—the pinsa was basically cheese on toast, and the paccheri my wife had was unspectacular. Drinks were also overpriced, and there seemed to be an expectation for generous tipping. To avoid another disappointing meal, we decided to dine in Saturnia, which was lovely. However, the hotel charged us 60 euros for a 5-minute taxi ride. The next night, it was 70 euros, then 80 euros with a mandatory 10 euro tip. This feels like opportunism from the driver and the hotel. The main draw is the natural spring, a unique and relaxing experience, but the pool area feels dilapidated. We received one towel per person and one small carton of water per couple—stingy for a supposed 5-star resort. Waiter service was infrequent at best. Breakfast was average and disappointing. Pastries were fine, omelettes good, but everything else was bland and unappetizing. The coffee tasted unpleasant and was lukewarm—quite shocking for Italy. The setting was also dated and unappealing. To top it off, we were asked if we wanted to leave a tip upon checkout, which we found tacky. Overall, this hotel relies too heavily on its natural spring attraction and prioritizes profit over providing a unique guest experience. Next time, we’ll stay in Saturnia itself, which was beautiful.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service! The breakfast was amazing—not a buffet but a la carte, which we preferred. The roof top views excellent, and the service was impeccable! The interior decor of this hotel is jaw dropping! Highly recommend!

Super helpful staff, swimming pools with a breathtaking view. Rooms with attention to detail and comfortable beds. The staff is attentive to everything Well stocked breakfast and possibility to stay in the spa even after check-out. A spectacle!

فندق رائع ونظيف وراقي ومميز في افضل موقع في مدينة فلورنسا مع اطلالة جميلة على نهر ارنو . . جميع العاملين في مركز الاستقبال على قدر كبير جدا من المهنية واللطف وسرعة التجاوب فمجرد أن سالت عن امكانية رفع مستو الغرفة فاجأوني بسرعة التجاوب ورفعو مستوى الغرفة فوقع المتوقع بمراحل الى جناح فخم جدا وفسيح . . كما ان جميع العاملين الاخرين في الفندق متجاوبين لدرجة ان جميع طلباتك مجابة وبسرعة . . بالاضافة أن الفندق قريب لكل المعالم الرئيسية في المدينة من النهر إلى مركز التسوق والمطاعم و المقاهي الراقية والمتاحف . . بكل تاكيد انصح في هذا الفندق وبشدة وسيكون خياري الاول في زيارتي القادمة .

佛羅倫薩很熟悉，所以選擇這家酒店所有的一切都在預期之內，沒啥驚喜，但絕對物有所值。 不過有一點蠻意外的，酒店提供來回佛羅倫薩老城的班車服務，雖然我們自己有車用不上，但對於很對沒有車輛的遊客，這點是非常重要的。

The hotel design is very traditional and beautiful. Room is very clean and very comfortable with design ! Breakfast was superb in terms of Europe standard. Staffs are super friendly and helpful during the stay and we hope we will stay at this hotel soon.

From the moment we arrived to when we left we were very well looked after. On arrival we were greeted and offered complimentary drinks in an area near reception. We were then shown to our room, rather than being told which floor we were. Our bedroom was very large and the air conditioning was a bonus as it was very warm outside. We had a comfortable bed, nice touch staff coming in early evening to turn bedsheets down and putting water beside beds. Separate toilet/bathroom with two sinks and decent shower. Reception staff, sorry too many of you to mention, were really helpful, whether it be getting taxis, booking restaurants for us and where to go. Breakfast was brought to your table and there was plenty of it. Perhaps more hot food rather than just eggs in different forms? Star man for us was Alessandro. We met him on our first night, we were here for 5 nights, and no matter what time of day we saw him he always came up and chatted with us and is a really nice person. Overall this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in and is close to all main attractions in the city and only a short walk from train station. We will definitely return at some stage. 真的是非常喜歡這個酒店，不愧為最美的四季，有巨大的花園可以散步，房間很大也很美，泳池旁邊的餐廳pizza也很好吃 ，有shuttle bus到名品街，下次來的話還想住

An excellent 5 star in a fabulous locatio. Service is warm and professional and the room was exceptionally well appointed. Breakfast room with excellent service and a very good choice.

We found this Palace last year, so this is our second time here. If you can believe it, it just keeps getting better. Love Florence, but now we are using Palazzo as our base to see other cities. Just feels like home. The graciousness, warmth from the moment you walk in. Not to say each room has 20ft ceilings tubs, huge walk-in showers & all amenities you can think of. Gorgeous, exquisite. We also had breakfast every morning and we decided to eat dinner there. the Michelin restaurant was closed so we still ate there in the cafe, my bad sorry we didn't do this sooner. The chef/owner doesn't miss a trick & oversees everything. Introduces himself and is so proud of his restaurant & staff. All this important because when you have trust in your staff and they know it the pride they have shows and their attitude is noted. I suggest anyone visiting Florence, look up this property, it is the best kep secret & I may be sorry for telling you about it.

後院可以看日出。房間據説是菲拉格慕設計的。床品確實非常舒適。酒店在山上，上山和下山的路都是土路，不太好開。酒店內有兩家餐廳，一喝酒莊，品酒140歐，兩個小時左右，酒莊賣的酒價格都偏高。
