Hotel 5-Star di Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

We are not satisfied just because one reason that, the first moment we arrived, do not give us the exactly correct room .    We booked Executive King Room With Sea view which is RMB1600 per night ,but they show us normal single room which is worth RMB800 per night !    They just do not give me correct room let us live small room, and also never tell us it could be lower price if we agree to live into small room. It is unfair !!     So we do not agree, we wait and wait asking them change us to correct room. We really need Executive King Room With Sea view. Finally they bring us to the correct room and we live that correct room “Executive King Room With Sea view” but it waist us waiting for one whole hour for just this situation.  We think they are not honest, we think surely it is very very simple they check via their computer their system they could very easy know it surely have the empty room “Executive King Room With Sea view”, but they let us wait for one h whole hour before we could enter the correct room.   In fact at that time we are so tired after more than 4 hours driving from Riyadh city to Al Khobar.    I am not satisfied for this matter.

Excellent service from the reception staff, very welcoming, helpful with solutions, and quick check-in. I'd like to thank the brother wearing the black thobe and ghutra – unfortunately, I forgot his name – for his professionalism. He's the reason I'd return to this hotel.

The hotel is very very nice and have good open space and the service is very good too, there is little few things wasn’t the best from reception service but it’s doesn’t effect how good is the hotel , and the food and food Service is very good. Oh room in dining is the best 👍

It is a really good hotel. It even has a swimming pool and sauna, and the breakfast is the best.

A beautiful hotel with an old-style cylinder in the middle, empty rooms around it, no room in the room, a beautiful, old-fashioned, renovated, and the mushroom is varied, but a house or an old-fashioned cake, a shrimp, a shrimp. I didn't like the mushroom at all, although it's not good, it's very cool, and it's very cooperative, far beyond the border, for Parking, there's a special position away from the sun, I don't give it five stars.

The facilities and environment are unexpectedly good, clean and tidy, and the rooms are large. The front desk service is very warm. It is a 10-minute drive from the airport, very convenient!

Super location, every facility is top-notch! Perfect for Aviation Colleagues as many airline crew also stay there.
