Hotel 5-Star di Texas, United States

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything here was top notch h. Our room was so luxurious and clean, our food was the best of the city, views were great, just overall 100%!!!

Super convenient location inside Terminal D at DFW airport. So easy for late night arrival or early morning flight. Check-in staff were friendly and offered bottled water and snacks, and upgraded us to a runway view room, nice. Room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortably firm. Decor is the black dominant era Grand Hyatt style. Note that this hotel started renovations in mid July and several floors have been removed from service. Look forward to a more modern update following this. Bottled water inside the room is complimentary only for higher status World of Hyatt members. Seems a little petty for a Grand Hyatt - it's water not champagne, you can do better Hyatt!

Staff is kind, and the room was clean. This hotel is my favorite hotel in Austin.

This is a very lovely hotel. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return.

Very comfortable hotel. Beds were great not too soft or too firm, pillows were soft, not the hard hotel pillows!  Food was not very good though, and the coffee weak. Disappointed that there was no outdoor pool, and that it was Vallet parking only! We parked on the street very close to hotel and got a parking ticket one day, but it still ended up being cheaper than their Vallet Parking! Unfortunately it colored my view of the Sheraton.  I'll might find another hotel next time.

Nice place to stay on vacation…..staff are nice, the room is big , clean and comfy.

Broken trim, coffee machine with no pods, cracked sink. Reservations made several months ahead, but was assigned a handicapped room at the last moment even though checked in at 3 pm, their specified time. Expected more from a 4-star hotel. Parking is very pricy at $46 per day. At checkout, they missed an item loading luggage into trunk. Had to go back to retrieve.

I came in for the Cotton Bowl and was very happy about the location. My friends all liked it too!

Upon arrival, the welcome was genuine. It didn't give you that uppity, too posh feeling. The valet was pricey but much better than self parking. We were greeted with a glass if champagne upon checkin. Checkin was smooth with no waiting. Our balcony room was nice and clean. It was a bit of a walk. The hotel itself is a lot bigger than it appears to be from the outside. The ballroom and conference rooms are spacious and equipped. Love the fireplaces throughout facility. The pools are beautifully done especially one being at 85 degrees in the winter time. It was sunny and cold but families were enjoying the heated pool. The lobby bar, the restaurants and the fire pits give you that scenic, rustic, resorty style all while being right there on Frisco, TX. Can't wait to return in the spring/summer.
