It was a bit inconvenient to get in and out of the parking lot. Sometimes the hotel key is not recognized, so you have to pay parking fee. I had to pay, but they said I just had to press the call button in that case. When you check out, you can check out, get your card key back, and put it in the return box when leaving the parking lot. There is no bottled water in the room, but they will give it to you if you ask for it at the front desk. As a side note, they do not provide any disposable products other than soap, shampoo, and body wash. There is no way to adjust the bathroom water level at all. ㅠㅠ You can only turn it on and off, and only the temperature can be adjusted. 😅

The software and hardware are both good, but there is a construction site nearby, which affects the landscape.

The pool area was family friendly and the reservations prevented over crowding. The rooms were spotless and all the restaurants were great. Location is central to everything downtown. Highly recommend.

The hotel is being renovated, and the soft furnishings of the rooms look very new. The sound insulation is relatively poor, and the crying of children and the voices of people in the corridor can be heard clearly. There will be a sudden sound of equipment running in the room, and I don't know what it is. affect sleep. The bathroom wasn't cleaned and there were hairs and whatnot. Across the street is the Water Garden, which is convenient for sightseeing. It is also close to the train station. Great location.

First time to Houston... The hotel is on the main street, it is very convenient to take the tram... It takes 10 minutes to get to Rice, but if you want to shop, it is recommended to stay at the hotel on the Galleria... The next floor is the oversized shoppingmall...

The hotel is amazing and beautiful all around. Meeting the amazing well mannered staff was pleasant. I was greeted right away upon entering the hotel with my wife. John greeted me with a big smile while I was walking through the lobby. The room was something else. I could not forget the view. My wife and I wanted to get away from our hectic lifestyle and forget it for a weekend and the Thompson made that happen. Thank you to all who helped us during that time. I will be coming back.

The hotel where I lived in the United States for more than ten days was basically dissatisfied. When I arrived at Houston, I could easily play with my son for two days. I chose the hotel for a long time. I was very satisfied, the service was good, and the location was great!
