Hotel 5-Star di Texas, United States

Great, the hotel service is especially good.

The Post Oak Hotel was amazing! My unforgettable Post Oak experience started with checking in with Miss Gabby. The Post Oak Hotel professionalism makes this 5 star hotel different from your everyday hotel. Post Oak Concierge Rubin was a pleasure to speak with regarding my dining options. Lunch at Bloom & Bee delicious. Shelby was my waitress. The food & cocktails were delicious. I sat poolside relaxing without one concern. Emma made sure I had everything I needed poolside, towels, cocktails, shaded area along with water, what more can I say. And my high floor room views of Houston Texas downtown, comfy bed, state of the art TV’s, plush bathroom wrapped in Marble with luxurious chandelier’s and the most needed lighting for pictures and videos. Some of my room goodies, Electronic coffee maker, TV’s that rises up from a cabinet, nightstands with dim lighting, remote controls from a apple tablet, desk & cozy couch, luxurious soap & hand lotions, marble soaking jet tub and If I needed anything more, I could ring my personal butler. Thank you Post Oak Hotel my experience was exceptional. Sincerely Kim❤️

Upon arrival, the welcome was genuine. It didn't give you that uppity, too posh feeling. The valet was pricey but much better than self parking. We were greeted with a glass if champagne upon checkin. Checkin was smooth with no waiting. Our balcony room was nice and clean. It was a bit of a walk. The hotel itself is a lot bigger than it appears to be from the outside. The ballroom and conference rooms are spacious and equipped. Love the fireplaces throughout facility. The pools are beautifully done especially one being at 85 degrees in the winter time. It was sunny and cold but families were enjoying the heated pool. The lobby bar, the restaurants and the fire pits give you that scenic, rustic, resorty style all while being right there on Frisco, TX. Can't wait to return in the spring/summer.

Grand Hyatt Hotel has a great location! It is located above the security entrance of Terminal D. After breakfast, you can go downstairs and directly check in your luggage and go through security. Breakfast is a menu and you can order it. French toast is very good. If you order fruit, there are rich varieties and large quantities. The Texas Angus steak for dinner is very good. The gym is on the top floor. Unfortunately, the treadmill is in the middle, and only the bicycle and climbing machine are by the window. The outdoor swimming pool is hot water. The room is nothing to say. It is much better than the Excelle, which is a little further away from the airport, and Hilton and other hotels in the city. After all, the price is there. The aunt at the front desk is very enthusiastic. She helped us check in very quickly and gave each person two bottles of water. As well as slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb and other toiletries. It is to understand that people who transfer again are in a hurry and very tired.

The hotel was wonderful… The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, the bar was vibrant and the rooms are spacious. You can’t beat the location of this place. It’s literally a five minute Uber ride to any major point. Such as the Kennedy assassination or Terry Blacks for some great barbecue, or if you’re in town for a convention to the convention center. we used Uber to get around if not, we use the electric scooters . Never needed to rent a car because a Uber ride from the airport will run you around $50. The hotel is in a great location. Funny of dining options, one of our favorite places to stay. Here are some photos of the lobby and views from our room.

Nice stay.. ☺️

The hotel is being renovated, and the soft furnishings of the rooms look very new. The sound insulation is relatively poor, and the crying of children and the voices of people in the corridor can be heard clearly. There will be a sudden sound of equipment running in the room, and I don't know what it is. affect sleep. The bathroom wasn't cleaned and there were hairs and whatnot. Across the street is the Water Garden, which is convenient for sightseeing. It is also close to the train station. Great location.

It wa sa great stay. I booked it last kinute but was able to find a better price via Trip.com compared to website and the only difference is that the cheaper one doesn’t include breakfast. I can get bfast outside for wag less than my trip dot com savings.

The facilities and room were top notch. The service was great. The drinks were specially made and delicious.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything here was top notch h. Our room was so luxurious and clean, our food was the best of the city, views were great, just overall 100%!!!
