Excellent location. Beach club is opposite the road. Hotel room was good and comfortable. Going for the European class look. Breakfast was very decent with a good mix of various cuisine.

Absolutely spectacular spent four days there for my cousins wedding. The scenery, the location the amenities were all high class. We were even lucky enough to get upgraded from a two bedroom ocean suite in the tower to a two bedroom villa with private pool 24 hour room service, 24 hour Buggy service Beautiful beaches, beautiful pools, lovely Staff They provide free water in the rooms which is an Addison class bottle with Amelia stamp on it unfortunately unfortunately some of them tasted a little funny just smoky and the Hampton wharf about 500 m walking from the resort is nice but at this particular point in time is not fully functional there would be 50 shops there and only three are open apart from that, it was absolutely great

This is my second visit in Vias, and I am writing while on the 7th day of 10. I am truly glad that I know Ms Sarah Hein the receptionist lady from my first visit. Now most of the things I booked and communicated through her before and while on this trip. Truly helpful and make the journey more convenient.

Quay lại Intercontinental Grand Ho Tram sau khoảng thời gian khá dài. Sự đón tiếp ấm áp từ các bạn Front Desk - Concierge làm tôi cảm thấy thật thoải mái. Phòng và tiện ích xung quanh rất sạch sẽ. Nhà hàng Lemongrass sở hữu vị trí thuận tiện di chuyển và morning buffet đa dạng. Đồ ăn ngon và đặc biệt tinh thần hỗ trợ của bộ phận F&B phải làm tôi ”WOW” ( mặc dù đã trải nghiệm nhiều nhà hàng nằm trong resort). Các bạn phục vụ đều rất chu đáo, cởi mở và nhiệt tình. Khi tôi đang enjoy buổi sáng thì Mr.Phong ( F&B manager or supervisor) có đến hỏi thăm và chúc chúng tôi có 1 kì nghỉ vui. Tôi đánh giá cao tinh thần hỗ trợ khách hàng từ các bạn từ FO đến F&B. Chắc hẳn rằng không chỉ tôi mà còn có rất nhiều du khách sau chuyến đi có trải nghiệm tương tự. Hy vọng trong tương lai gần sẽ có thêm kì nghỉ thú vị tại đây.

This is my fourth time returning to Pullman Vung Tau, and I must say I'm somewhat disappointed. The facilities have deteriorated without any renovation or upgrades. In the bathroom, fixtures are broken and left unrepaired, with exposed wiring visible. The air conditioning unit is incredibly loud (only stops when set below 25°C and fan at level 3, which is puzzling). The room carries a heavy smoke odor, which I had to report to reception for remediation. Additionally, there's a musty smell near the bedside table. I hope the hotel management reconsiders its operations. I stayed in room 402 from April 28th to 30th, 2024. Thanks.

Wow! What an amazing experience. The Malibu Hotel is the best hotel that I've stayed in in Vietnam. We had a business trip there in early March 2023. Everything was exemplary and all 65 staff members agreed. I will briefly share what makes this hotel so amazing: 1) Customer Service: A huge shout out to Ms. Bella from The Malibu. She made organisation of our trip smooth and was extremely detail-orientated. Additionally, Mr. Dat ensured that our Gala dinner was a memorable experience. Both Ms. Bella and Mr. Dat were extremely transparent about budget and pricing, double-checking every expense with our team before it was processed. The best customer service that I've received in Vietnam in 7 years. 2) The food: The food is incredible and very fairly priced. I stayed in the hotel in early 2022 and they have maintained the high standard since then. Well done to the kitchen staff at The Malibu. The best I've had in Vietnam. 3) Public spaced: The Malibu has a wonderful pool & lounge area. Servers were punctual and pleasant. 4) Comfy beds: The rooms & beds fit those of a 4/5 star hotel. No issues here whatsoever. It might be nice if they had a balcony. 5) Location: Wonderful location near the major roundabout in Vung Tau. A short walk to the beach. Fantastic!
Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram Beach, an IHG Hotel

This place was amazing Free Shuttle bus service was flawless Staff out of this world friendly. Rooms beautiful clean large. Easy day trips organised. Facilities fantastic. We cannot thank everyone there for a wonderful 5 nights. Cannot wait to return when the ***** is completed. So much going on.
Dhawa Ho Tram

It was a good trip, we had a good time in Ho Tram and Dhawa. The room a bit small and not very clean if we compare to Holiday Inn Hotram and IHG’s standard. But the pool is nicer and the beach also better. I’m a bit consider next time when I back to Ho Tram I should stay in IHG or Dhawa. I hope the room more clean and a bit bigger is the best. Thanks.

The hotel facilities and rooms were in the best and clean condition. However, the composition of the breakfast buffet was insufficient, the training of the staff was insufficient, and the number of staff was insufficient, so it was inconvenient to clean the dishes too late. I think more kindness training of the restaurant staff is needed.
Ixora Ho Tram by Fusion

It is the latest hotel added to the Grand Ho Tram ***** which share the same complimentary shuttle bus service. Like the lobby and corridor designed with open air which enable us to enjoy the sea breeze. Room was clean with good layout, kitchenette and balcony. We have few selections for food and entertainment selection (cinema, arcade, bowling) as The Grand is within walking distance or you can take the on demand shuttle service provided by hotel. Breakfast selections and variety is reasonably good. What impressed me most is the attention and initiative taken by the Sea Salt restaurant staff. Upon knowing my vegetarian diet during dinner at the 1st night, effort was made to inform the kitchen to specially prepare a veg breakfast for me. I did not identify my dietary in the next morning when I went for breakfast and yet staff immediately ask what I would like when seated. As I usually do not make special requests and try to make do with whatever is served in breakfast, so imagined how appreciative I am. Kudos to he excellent customer service training and paying attention to details. Overall very impressed by Fusion brand standards.
