Hotel 4-Star di Yucatan State, Mexico

The hotel is very new and is the best hotel for the entire trip. The breakfast is good, the front desk is very good, the room is better than expected, the soundproofing is very good, it is 2km away from the historical center, parking is free, there is a swimming pool on the roof, and the view is very good; the only drawback is that the toilet is designed a bit high, and a person with a height of 160 can only tiptoe 😅

I liked the whole truth. It is a very complete hotel with a very competitive price. Breakfast I liked very much for the variety for the price I had. Very recommendable!

The location is extremely convenient, right across from Parque Santa Lucía. Everything in downtown is within easy walking distance, so we never needed transportation. The hotel is beautifully and cozily decorated, offering a peaceful retreat right in the heart of the city. We particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which has a very good breakfast menu with plenty of tasty options. The only downside was the rather slow Wi-Fi. We would definitely book here again!

Excellent customer service! Beautiful hotel and room. The room was comfortable, quiet and very comfortable bed. Great pools to relax after a long hot day out.  I really liked the honey shower gel and extras. I would definitely stay in hotel hacienda again without a doubt. 

The room was lovely and big. Mirasol and Elizabeth were very kind and professional. Mirasol helped me with my bags and arranged a switch of my room when the hot water was not working. I was told it was working again in that room the next day. Great location. Make sure you request a room towards the back as I understand the rooms at the front can be noisy at night. Would recommend

Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better, close to everything I wanted to see and do. Despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is beautiful and full of character, with spacious rooms that make for a comfortable stay. The historic charm and atmosphere are definitely highlights, and overall the property has a lot of potential. However, one issue that should really be addressed is the large number of dengue mosquitoes, especially around the pool area.

Location is great. Friendly personel. Towels seem a bit old and stained. I GOT SICK with Breakfast, the chicken tinga was from the day before and had a rancid taste.

Beautiful, charming hotel, a bit dated. Large rooms, good restaurants, and good room service. Underground parking with no elevator and a bad sewer smell.

Betten waren bequem, das Zimmer ausreichend groß. Lage ist super - nicht zu weit von der Altstadt entfernt.  Leider haben wir für 2 Personen nur ein großes Handtuch und ein kleines Handtuch bekommen, Handtücher für den Pool waren auch keine vorhanden. Die Dusche hatte wenig Druck, auch die Löcher der Duschbrause waren wohl teilweise verstopft.
