Hotel 4-Star di Goias, Brazil

Check in e check out ineficientes, apesar de encaminharem e-mail para check in online, na chegada ao hotel os hóspedes recebem pagers pra aguardar (por muito tempo) o atendimento , o que é indicador claro do problema crônico. A estrutura geral atende o esperado.

Nice hotel, the room is big enough, the bed is big enough, opposite the small park and breakfast shop, the overall feeling is still very good, very quiet road, no noisy car sound

Recomento este hotel, atendimento, pessoas bilíngues, restaurante ao lado incrível.

Excellent hotel very good , service treated us with closed face difference I spoke good afternoon nor answered me , placed us in a room that was not booked then they spoke that the rooms I booked were all busy , more placed in another room , excellent breakfast many varieties pleasant clean room was all very good first time , would return more times ...

Facilities: To be honest, the speed of the network is too bad, and the rooms on individual floors cannot be connected to the network Hygienic: good, it is clean to the naked eye Environment: Very nice, there are also walking distances around very much like food Service: The staff is nice and nice

It is of congratulations for the organization, service 10, only praises to all the collaborators, from check-in to check-out, great breakfast, very great care with us guest.

Tem q observar a quantidade de pessoas. Fechei para 3 pessoas. Quando cheguei lá, tinha 2 camas de solteiro. Tive que pagar mais 100,00 por uma cama a mais no quarto. Infelizmente tive esse imprevisto.

Very close to the airport and convenient transportation. The front desk will speak English and communicate smoothly. Breakfast is European, with many choices and neatly furnished. The electrical facilities were slightly old. The room I stayed in that night, the air conditioner worked abnormally, and the air volume temperature could not be adjusted after restarting the power outage, or even closed. The maintenance staff did not get it until 2:30 in the morning. I hope the next stay will be more smooth. Thank you for the front desk staff who are still on duty so late.
