Hotel 4-Star di Parana, Brazil

I booked for a break, but it was so good. I took a good rest to the room atmosphere, cleaning and breakfast! Also, the staff were so friendly and nice. I went with a 5-month-old baby, but there were a lot of family bingmen, and it was a comfortable place to have a baby!

The hotel is located near Paraguay, and you can see 🇵🇾 from the room. The room is large and spacious, and the hotel staff is attentive, well-trained and very professional. However, the hotel facilities are old, the air conditioner is broken, the hot water supply is unstable, and the phone rings in the middle of the night...

A great stay in a lovely city. The Bourbon is a very nice place to stay in downtown Curitiba. Well-located and clean, there is little to complain about. The room was big enough, and the city views were welcoming. We stayed in a queen room which was small, but it was comfortable and the view over the public library was nice. The location was the best selling-point. This hotel is in almost the exact center of the city. You can walk to the mall or 24 Hours Street easily from here, and everywhere else is a short drive away. The service was good; we had no complaints about the housekeeping. The room was always cleaned fast and well. Breakfast was also generous and delicious. We really enjoyed the pastries. The general state of repairs in the room seemed fine, but the floors could use a resurfacing because they are showing some wear. This hotel is easy to recommend if you are headed to Curitiba. We had a good experience, and we will likely stay here again if we are again through the area.

The price is cheap, the breakfast is quite rich, and the location is more convenient. There are often tour groups to stay, and the hotel staff can serve. But the hotel facilities are a bit old for a long time, and the charging port in the house is not good.

Environment: The surrounding environment is very good and safe. Opposite is the most beautiful Japanese park in South America, praca do japao. People walk their dogs in the park. Especially comfortable. Service: The hotel offers a rich breakfast. It is worth mentioning that the hotel actually has free valet parking. The hotel is a bit out of town, but there's a bus stop conveniently located nearby. The hotel is a little dated. We booked two rooms, and one of them had drainage issues. Breakfast and dinner were decent. We would have liked a few more vegetables to go with the salad greens. The cheeses and fruits were excellent. You definitely won't go hungry. The hotel offers transfers to the Argentinian side of the national park for a reasonable price.

The room was average. A hotel that costs over 1,000 yuan a night doesn't provide free mineral water. I have to go to the supermarket opposite to buy some water. Toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided either. When you check out, there is a 10reais tax? What the hell.

Quality of services: The hotel services are of excellent quality. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Food & Drink: The hotel restaurant offers a free buffet breakfast, as well as an a la carte menu for lunch and dinner. The hotel bar offers a selection of drinks and cocktails.

The mango tree at the door is amazing, with mangoes falling all the time. The swimming pool is also nice, the service is also very good, and our triple room is also very good👍 We all had breakfast in the hotel, which is rich for Brazil. The juice is great😎

Highlights: - awesome service at the breakfast by Gustavo, very nice guy making great tapioca - location is great, everything near by (mall, bars, restaurants…) - lovely staff at the front desk Areas to improve: - horrible sleeping quality, uncomfortable bed, pillow and blanket (falls apart) - room service did not change towels, had to use wet towels again - air conditioning not working properly, so we could not heat the room Could not sleep more than 5 hours, would definitely not book it again.
