Hotel 4-Star di Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo

The shuttle bus was very clean and had wifi. The hotel was also clean and tidy, with a restaurant on the first floor, a swimming pool and a bar.

I had a pleasant stay at Sheraton Kinshasa. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. I also enjoyed the food and the overall ambiance of the hotel. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kinshasa.

The breakfast is good, the service is good, the room is comfortable, the bathroom is also very good, it is very suitable for business trips, you can meet customers in the lobby, it is also very convenient to walk one kilometer from the market, and it is convenient to eat

Overall acceptable but one of the frontdesk re eptionist is very agressive and not helpful .. the other receptionists were nice . The hotel doesn't have any amenities , gym is in bad condition , swimming pool is more of a fountain than it is a pool

J’étais en famille et nous avions aussi invité des amis à se joindre à nous pour le dîner romantique à l’occasion de la Saint Valentin, et nous avons tous adoré le repas et l’ensemble du service. La qualité du personnel est aussi extraordinaire !
