Hotel 4-Star di Guizhou, China

I had a pleasant stay despite arriving close to midnight due to a delayed flight. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I appreciated the coffee and cocktail vouchers. I chose to stay in, order food, and watch a movie—the projector screen, ambient lighting, and comfy sofa made it a really cozy and relaxing experience.

很幸運能夠發現BEN酒店，來貴州住了許多天，衹有BEN讓我覺得非常滿意。剛入店，前台姐姐非常熱情，細緻又貼心，又是倒熱水又是烤蜜薯，一入店就感受到滿滿的温暖；酒店過道乾淨又寬敞，店內飄散的香味也是我喜歡的，客房內廁所乾濕分離，洗手池也超大；晚上睡覺也很靜謐，床超彈，枕超軟；酒店的服務也超齊全，提供許多生活小用品，衹需撥打前台電話，無論多晚，服務人員很快就能送到客房；最喜歡的還是酒店的夜宵和早餐，有專門煮麪的吧枱，吧枱很乾凈，小料很齊全，特別是吃的東西都是酒店自己做的，吃得健康安心且又不失地方特色，煮麪的阿姨非常温柔同時熱情無比，總是洋溢着微笑，煮的東西也超級好吃！！！總説人間煙火氣，最撫凡人心，我想如此温暖的酒店，能夠帶走所有旅人的勞累吧。如果能夠再次去遵義，BEN依然會是我的首選！！

Great hospitality with amazing views! The staffs were so helpful and friendly. I contacted them through wechat in advance and they provided directions on how to enter the village. They will also help to carry the baggage to the hotel as it is located up on the hill. We even got a free upgrade to one of their best rooms! I would say the view from our room was the best you can find in the village. Overall the room is also clean and comfortable, with a beautiful tub that allows you to enjoy the view. They even served us afternoon tea, late night dessert and a hearty breakfast. Would definitely recommend 👍

Location is great! A short 10 minute walk away from the metro station and mall. Many good food options nearby. Extremely friendly staff who answered all queries and acceded to our requests. Easy to use washing machine provided. Breakfast was scrumptious too! Highly recommended for travellers looking for a clean, spacious and fantastic stay in Guiyang City.

It was a breeze to check in from the time we arrived, even when we arrived before the check-in time. We were also upgraded to a lovely room with a view. Our booking didn't come with breakfast but not to worry as the area is filled with food options - Mcdonalds and KFC just across the street if you are being safe but then there are MANY other local food options that we couldn't decide what to eat. It was walking distance to the the Jiaxiu pavillion and the Wenchangge pavillion. There was also a nearby pedestrian street food area which was really convenient as well. Check out was also smooth with the refund for the deposit coming in within 30 minutes (using WeChat). Would definitely come back and recommend to others as well.

Excellent hotel near the station. We walked to the hotel with our backpacks in about ten minutes. The hotel was very modern and the welcome was very professional and warm. The hotel lobby exuded calm and serenity. Our room was large, modern and very clean. The bed was particularly comfortable. It was very nice to stay in the room after a train journey or a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was very generous, well-stocked and excellent. The small evening snack offered by the hotel turned out to be almost a full meal. There were restaurants next to the hotel, which we did not try but looked very appetising. Washing machines and dryers were available, which was very welcome for road trips lasting several weeks. The hotel is not located in the city centre, but it is very easy to take a taxi to the main attractions in the area. The staff were always helpful ad attentive. I would definitely recommend the Mercure hotel Anshun

Very nice room and great view of the village from the room , I think this room type on the 5th floor (highest floor here, No. 501) is the best room and view of this hotel. Amenities is good. Toilet is smart toilet, we get the welcome fresh fruit in the room, staff is so friendly and helpful to travel in this village , we are so impress to stay here , only 1 thing is the weak point for us is breakfast is too basic (noodle and porridge) but overall is good and next time I need to back to stay here more To reach to this village, you should go to the north gate and take the bus after buying tickets to the village, then walk to the bridge No. 6 about 200 m. Then the staff of the hotel will help you to carry luggages to the your room but on check out date, he will bring your luggages to the bus station directly ^^

這次出遊無意間敲定的這家酒店真的超出預期，必須認認真真寫個好評安利給準備出行的朋友！ 剛抵達門店就被前台暖心服務圈粉，工作人員待人熱情謙和、禮數周到，下車後主動上前幫忙提拿行李，全程耐心指引辦理入住。酒店整體裝修格調雅緻，大廳的設計獨具匠心，氛圍感拉滿，隨處能看出店家在裝潢上的用心，隨手一拍都很出片。 客房設施都是嶄新配齊的，硬件配置完善齊全，房間打掃得一塵不染，角落、衞浴都收拾得乾乾淨淨，床品柔軟舒服，衞生間瓷磚質感高級，衞浴用品配備到位，窗邊觀景視野絕佳，推開窗户就能看見古樸民居，靜謐又愜意；客房還配有投影儀等貼心配置，住起來安逸又自在。 早餐更是整趟旅程的驚喜亮點！招牌牛肉粉味道絕了，湯底醇厚鮮香、牛肉分量實在，米粉爽滑入味，而且出餐速度特別快，不用久等就能吃上熱乎的早餐，晨起一碗暖胃又滿足。 地理位置更是得天獨厚，步行僅五分鐘左右就能直達景區，出門遊玩超級省心，省去來回打車趕路的麻煩。店家老闆為人隨和友善，有任何需求溝通都十分爽快，全程入住沒有一點糟心事。 從服務、環境、餐飲再到區位全都在線，整體居住體驗舒適又舒心，性價比超高，下次再來這邊遊玩，一定還會選擇入住這裏，真心推薦給來周邊旅行的小夥伴！

A beautiful and large room in Tongren ancient town, I would have stayed longer if I had more time! The staff is very kind and friendly, and the breakfast is good 😊

I was extremely satisfied with the room and the location is very convenient. The room was well furnished and maintained and met my expectations fairly well Furthermore, the amenities provided were of good quality and not much noise can be heard from outside. Lastly, the receptionist and staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to help and satisfy the customers wants. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if you're in Guiyang. It's very worth it for the price and I would definitely come back again.
