Cover most of the basics extremely well. Great friendly service staff at reception , on 2nd floor. Nice simple friendly helpful bar with a good bartender call Wu Hao. Went out of his way to make a cocktail not on the menu for my wife . Breakfast is ok, again good friendly staff . Only drawback is the entrance is just a lift along a busy main road with 2 bus stops . Very difficult to unload on arrival .

這家酒店服務很好！！剛準備旅遊買了快遞，趕不上行程，酒店非常貼心的為我提供了可以放快遞的服務🥰，我一開始説自己不需要接送服務，後來下車時候，臨時需要，酒店也是十分快速的提供了接送服務，司機也十分熱情和微笑服務。 為了節省成本，我住酒店分了兩次訂單，第一天來的比較晚，二樓房間訂完了，但是我想要住二樓，在和前台溝通以後，前台小姐姐也是非常貼心的在二樓有空閑房間的時候為我預留空房間，全程熱情的微笑服務，早餐也很好吃，還有慕斯小蛋糕，好吃好吃。

I was extremely satisfied with the room and the location is very convenient. The room was well furnished and maintained and met my expectations fairly well Furthermore, the amenities provided were of good quality and not much noise can be heard from outside. Lastly, the receptionist and staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to help and satisfy the customers wants. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if you're in Guiyang. It's very worth it for the price and I would definitely come back again.

Our recent stay in Room 1515 of the hotel for 3 nights from March 22 was very satisfactory and experienced warmth and excellent service from front receptionists and room service staffs. The arrangements for brunch to provide from 7:00 AM to Noon was superb and can further help to satisfy most travellers with time flexibility, a big plus. As a couple with strict vegetarian diet, the warm respondsive service to cater our special request to provide extral fresh vegetarian hot noodle soup for the three days were grateful and appreciated. We will highly recommend this hotel.

We are an elderly couple and were warmly welcome at Mercure Anshun Hotel. Miss 樹枝 attended to us, serving us drinks and making us feel at home. Check in was quick and the room was comfortable, with no fault. 樹枝 even gave us advice on where to go in Anshun and informed us where to get tickets to Huangguoshu. She is someone Mercure Anshun should hold onto for a long time. The location of the hotel is superb, just next to the Anshun railway station, a walk of about 10 minutes. A 15 minutes' didi ride will bring you to Anshun Ancient City (Gufu Street) where the streets were lined with restaurants, desserts and snacks.The night market is just across the ancient city. Picture 5 is where you can get the bus ticket to Huangguoshu which journey took about 40 minutes, bus fare was CNY22. Thank you for making our in Anshun a memorable one

來荔波發愁住哪家酒店，看到的全是舊的酒店，反覆在攜程裏逛了N次才淘到的寶藏超好酒店，訂的時候衹有一條評論，還擔心會不好，住進來以後超級超級滿意，酒店超新，奇怪這麼好的酒店評論少，問了才知道是因為他們攜程才剛剛上架，酒店實體跟圖片上一模一樣，我拍照技術不好，拍不出房間的美哈，從預訂開始就有人關切的問我們幾點的高鐵票，要來接我們，接站的時候，小夥子搶着幫我們拿大件重的行李，就處處讓人覺得很温暖，我願意花時間寫點真實感受，讓更多遊客看到服務這麼好的酒店，讓糾結的人不糾結，哈哈哈。我喜歡住新酒店，整體體驗，不愧是荔波遊玩的首選。我們住的房型整個酒店就這一間，相對於景區門口或者景區內別的酒店，這個價格真心一點都不貴，因為房間大、房間新，躺床上就可以看到遠處的山景，看着雲彩變幻萬千，酒店位置特別好，走到景區東門4分鐘，躺床上都能看到景區售票大廳，門口交通便利，周邊配套齊全。一點都不吵，以往都是有點失眠，不知道是床品舒適還是超級安靜，一覺睡到天亮，大堂設計簡約大氣，格調雅緻，特別喜歡大堂的設計，一進門就覺得舒心放鬆。房間打掃得非常乾淨，細節處都處理得很到位，床品柔軟舒適，睡覺特別讓人安心。值得一提的是工作人員服務周到得體，態度温和有禮，尤其是店長，從未見過一個酒店人如此熱愛自己的工作，全程都是情緒飽滿，任何時間都是超有耐心，從辦理入住全程順暢，還給我們指引，讓我們的出行遊玩變得便捷，節省了很多時間，3號出發那天下中雨，我們行李有點多，前台幾個人自己沒打傘，冒雨幫我們把行李裝上車，送去高鐵站，到了車站，店長讓我扶着我家老太太，又冒雨幫我們行李拿到車站門口避雨的地方，直接就可以進站了，太暖心了，下次來一定會選擇你們家，每個接待的小姑娘都很細緻，有任何需求也都及時響應，讓人倍感尊重與温暖。第一天幫忙辦入住的小姑娘也超好，好喜歡跟她玩，我説想看看別的户型，熱情的帶我們看了其他兩個Loft房型，下次人多的時候可以帶家裡人一起來玩，其中有一間頂上有小亭子，喝喝茶什麼的也很舒服，退房那天沒看到她，本來還想跟她打個招呼的，點贊門迎小夥伴和餐廳的小朋友們，服務嘎嘎好，超級熱情，整體環境安靜舒適，設施齊全實用，品質與温度兼具，希望能有長包房的套餐，等不是旅遊旺季的時候，再來長期住一段時間，一張門票可以免費進去七天，一百多太划算了，景區工作人員也超級熱情，有不明白的路線 ，很耐心的講解，五一這麼忙，還都耐心講解，體驗感超級好。車輛管理的井然有序，一點都不堵，我們一號和二號中午去玩的，東門都沒有怎麼排隊，在高鐵站和高鐵上寫的，值得點讚的是荔波高鐵站每個站台都有觀光直梯，這又是一個加分項，大件行李和長者小孩友好，好了，不多寫了，總之第一次來荔波，酒店和景區服務都超好，有空了還來呦，祝荔波小七孔景區發展的越來越好，酒店生意興隆，前台小姐妹們越來越美，哈哈哈。

Probably the best hotel stay we have ever had. It is a small and quiet hotel with incredible service. They will help you to bring the luggage to the hotel which is very convenient since the path can be bit steep and exhausting. Furthermore the view from the rooftop is likely the best in the whole village. The breakfast was delicious and the afternoon tea had a great selection as well as prepared with much effort. We would definetly recommend this hotel for everyone who needs a quiet getaway from the fast life in the city and a place where you imidiatly feel like at home.
