The hotel is conviently located very close to the central train station. In the pedestrian walk way of the train station take the exit ”Bürgerweide/Congress-Centrum” and turn right. The entrance to the hotel is less than 100 m from the exit of the train station. The reception staff is friendly, my room was clean and nicely furnished. The hotel does provide room service only every 3rd day of your stay. While I do not need a new towel every day, I felt annoyed by the lack of daily service to make up the room, as I certainly expect this daily service from a hotel of this price category. I felt even more annoyed by the fact that this lack of service comes along with ridiculous mission statements ”be part of the future” (see picture). I am not interested in being part of a travel future, where maximizing profit through reducing service is the vision of the brand management. My conclusion, if you stay one night, I can recommend the hotel, if you stay more then one night consider to chose a brand that still provides room services.

It’s a very nice hotel located right in the center. The breakfast is quite standard, so I can’t say it’s excellent. Unfortunately, parking can be a bit problematic. However, the rooms are spacious, clean, and newly designed, which is very nice. Overall, we were very satisfied, and I would consider staying here again.

Hotel direkt neben dem Bahnhof- leider auch das Zimmer direkt neben der Hochstrasse. Fenster recht gut gedämmt. Wellnessbereich eigentlich schön. Wäre nett gewesen, wenn wir beim Einchecken nach der Frage nach dem Wellnessbereich darauf hingewiesen worden wären, dass es im Zimmer keine Bademäntel gibt, sondern für 4,- an der Rezeption. Das hätte uns den Marsch durch die unübersichtlichen und mässig gut ausgeschilderten Gänge erspart. Auch die ”Frühstücksampel” vor dem Frühstücksraum war vollkommen überflüssig, wenn man ja schon mal losgegangen ist. Wir waren Samstag um 9h frühstücken, wurden von der ”Ampel” begrüsst mit dem Hinweis, dass jetzt voll ist. Dieser Hinweis wäre im Zimmer und/oder Fahrstuhl sicherlich hilfreicher. Auch die permanenten Hinweise ”Duschen vor Baden” im Wellnessbereich sind ohne Duschgel in den Duschen eher nervig. Kleinigkeiten, die den eigentlich recht positiven Gesamteindruck leider etwas schmälern.

辦理入住時，前台工作人員熱情友好，服務周到。房間很舒適很安靜很寬敞很明亮，睡眠質量很棒，唯一的缺點是衞生間的浴室門關不緊，洗完澡漏一地水，也沒有地漏。

Hotel is nicely renovated. The lobby and restaurants looked impressive. Breakfast had enough selection and was nice. Towels and bedding were new.  However, the bathroom was extremely small and quite difficult to get in the shower due to the positioning of the door. Water bottle was not refilled so maybe it’s only one bottle per stay.   Overall good for our needs.

Convenient location, right near the station and a lot of places to eat, and an REWE for your groceries too. Room was clean and spacious, kitchen especially was spotless, well stocked and well organised. Staff were friendly and very helpful, looked after my luggage as my flight arrived at 8am. Bed was very comfy

Die Lager ist sehr gut, 10 min zu Fuß erreicht man die Fußgängerzone mit netten Restaurants, Bars und Kaffees. Das Zimmer war sehr gut und Personal sehr nett. Das Parkhaus befindet sich direkt gegenüber von Hotel ☺️
