We really enjoyed this hotel. Unloading the car and then parking was super easy. The staff was really friendly. It was very cold in Segovia when we visited so the hotel and the room was nice and toasty warm. I liked the interior of the hotel; lots of charm, pretty courtyard. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was spacious enough and had ample space to place all the toiletries. The shower had great water pressure and the water got nice and hot. The location of the hotel was pretty good. It wasn't in the center of it all but the walk along the start of the acueduct was really nice and went quickly. I would say that the only downside for us was the breakfast buffet wasn't so great.

We have been sightseeing in the area and reserved this Melia with great expectations. I’m afraid Mr Escarrer would be a bit disappointed. On the plus side, the receptionists were really friendly and attentive, with the right helpful attitude. We could say the same about the staff in the cafeteria. The downside was the quality of the food in the cafeteria/bar/restaurant. Frozen chips in a Melia? The chicken fingers to pick at seemed to be a chicken escalope sliced and refried, making it dry and tasteless. Perhaps the menu ought to be relooked at because the premises are really nice. The room was fine although having to go to a vending machine in the lobby to get your minibar products kind of defeats the purpose of a minibar in the room. Breakfast was adequate although not what you expect from a hotel advertised as a Melia affiliate. All on all, a “pass” thanks to the staff.

Excellent location within walking distance from Train station, but I would recommend if you are ””walking ””to follow Google maps driving directions instructions much easier and clearer The hotel was within walking distance of the tourist centre. Restaurants were still putting out tables at 2100 and very reasonable priced. Great choices at the breakfast different types of, cheese, ham ,bread ,cereals and too good selection of cakes Great hotel, great breakfast and great location

I've stayed at this hotel twice before, once in 2017 and again in 2018, each time for over a week. When I needed to return to Valladolid recently, I didn't think twice about rebooking at the Enara. But never again. It's definitely gone downhill. Overall, the hotel looks tired, in need of a revamp. It just seemed not quite as clean as previous visits. On arrival, they had no knowledge of my previous visits and therefore my loyalty to their hotel. Then they tried to palm me off with a room in which a previous occupant had clearly been smoking. It stank terribly. In fairness, when I reported that the room was unacceptable, they quickly found me an alternative. But why did they try it on in the first place? Then I discovered that the toilet didn't flush properly, requiring 5 or 6 flushes before clear water returned - and this in spite of a lot of water being discharged each flush but clearly not directed in the right place. I reported the problem and was told it would be fixed, but it never was, so I just had to put up with it and waste a lot of precious water. I had a double room booked for 2 people but the wardrobe contained only 4 coat hangers. My wife would have gone berserk if she'd accompanied me! The hotel I'd stayed at in the centre of Madrid had 18 coat hangers. But why so few at the Enara? Once again, after I reported the shortfall, more hangers were installed very soon afterwards. And such an antiquated internet system! For some strange reason, when you check, you get an automatic allowance of 5 days' free use of their internet but I was staying for longer. I was in the middle of writing a long email coincidently exactly 5 days after checking in when suddenly my internet disappeared. I was not best pleased. So I had to traipse all the way to reception to get another 5 days. Virtually all other hotels I've stayed in around the world in recent years just give you the codes and that's it - no need to get new ones. The rooms don't have safes, let alone ones big enough to take a laptop, which is becoming the norm these days. A minor ******. The hotel has two adjacent lifts - they're bang next door to one another. And yet they operate independently - so you can't just press one lift button and leave it to the lifts to work out which one could service you the quickest. I'm aware of the struggles the global hotel industry has had as a result of the pandemic but some just seem to have got their acts together much better than the Enara. There are plenty of other good hotels in Valladolid, similarly priced, some much closer to the city centre. So, sadly, when I return to this lovely city, I shan't be staying a fourth time at the Enara.

Not worth the money. Our stay cost us over £100 for one night and we stayed in a brilliant 5* hotel in Madrid for the same price. (I think they raised their prices dramatically because of Semana Santa - rip off) The room was extremely basic, there wasn’t even any water provided. The shower head was rusty and dirty and there were hairs and mould bits all over the bathroom floor, and hair on the bed sheets. After complaining and being assured it would be re-cleaned, we came back to see no difference. The beds were uncomfortable and squeaky. The AC didn’t work very well and loud boiler noises kept us awake during the night. If this was advertised as a budget hotel then fair enough, but not worth the price we paid and I definitely will not be returning in the future.

Castilla Termal is an outstanding hotel. To begin with, the building itself is a fine example of old architecture with a beautiful façade and its impressive court. The rooms are quite big and comfortable, although the views were nothing to write home about. There´s a mixture of tradition and contemporary style in its decor. Big and impeccable bathrooms. Fantastic beds. One of its strong points is the spa. There are lots of jets -and they work properly-. Food is also outstanding: despite the reputation of many hotel restaurants, this one is an exception. My dinner there was delicious, everything was nicely presented and the service was very professional. Breakfast was also very good. All in all, it justly deserves five points.

So kind and helpful. We got a parking ticket and didn’t know how to pay for it and the woman at the counter spent more than ten minutes to find the way which reduced the ticked by half and we finalized the issue in half an hour instead of dragging it to the rental office. The room was huge, comfortable beds and we got a balcony connected to the pool. All in all a very comfortable hotel with calm atmosphere

This was my least favorite of the AC hotels I stayed in during my trip in northern Spain.. It was located in a relatively unremarkable area and just overall was very dark. The one great thing about its location was across the street from the department store and their massive grocery hall in the basement. Staff opinions were mixed for me - some of the front office staff were wonderful and helpful, another in particular always seemed put off by requests for information or assistance. The room was fine, although with no view of anything in particular. Like the theme of the hotel, it just seemed gloomy. I was happy for the comfort of this hotel but not its location. I'd have to think about whether I would stay here again.

Es un hotel situado cerca de la calle Santa Clara, ideal para recorrer todo el casco histórico de Zamora. A destacar la amabilidad y buena disposición de todo el personal para hacernos la estancia cómoda y agradable. La habitación, en la tercera planta, tenia un ventanal a la calle principal y el cuarto de baño también con ventana, amplio y muy nuevo. Las comidas abundantes, ricas y bien presentadas. Silencioso y muy limpio. Muy recomendable.

This is a lovely hotel we stayed here as part of a Riviera holidays tour. We had a bright spacious room and bathroom but unfortunately the carpet had what appeared to be 2 pools of dried vomit, one by the bed and one at the end of it. We only had time to drop off our bags in the room as the tour guide was taking us straight into town so we wouldn't be back until later that night. I came down and reported this to the man on reception who didn't speak any English so told me to write down my complaint and they would see what they could do. I mentioned this to our tour guide who said his room was the same and he was glad he'd brought his flip flops so he didn't have to step on the carpet! On our return we found the carpet had been shampooed and was much improved. The thing is a 4 star hotel should never have carpets in this state, we were very disappointed that a lovely hotel like this was so careless with it's cleaning standards.

Very helpful staff I may have mis spell Diez. Night shift on 4.22. We plan to drive to Madrid but unsure if we can due to our rented car had not applied the entry permit. He had been super helpful, searching in website n found where v may park our car outskirt of Madrid n take a train to go. Clear instruction. Real helpful! Room size is big n clean. Great view n v had dinner in the restaurant.

Stayed 1 night at this hotel but was disappointed thoroughly. It started with the bed... we had selected a king-size bed while booking and what we got was a double bed. Not really the best choice when you are traveling with your husband. On top of that there was another single bed in the room. So, we got a room with 3, yes THREE, beds !!! There was even a small bench inside the room. The property is old and the rooms are also very old. No bath robes our slippers were provided. The bathroom had a bathtub and a bidet. The room service menu had very limited options. The room had a nice view of the aqueduct and that was the best part about it. The location was great with plenty of bars and restaurants around. The check-in was smooth and the staff were helpful.

After a poor experience I wrote to the General manager of the hotel.Never had a response, that's why I like to share my experience. The week over Christmas I stayed with some friends in la Granja, I got up early in the morning for my daily run. As in the past I used your restaurant in the sous sole, your breakfast room. I arrived at about 08:00am I was greeted by a young lady and I was ask if I stay in the hotel, I said to her that I am from outside and just like to have some coffee, there was some hesitation from her side and she did ask, I assume her peers an older lady with blond hair, she approached me with a smile and in a friendly manner and said of course I could have a coffee and she guided me to the table that was set for two people, she removed one of the table settings and ask me what type of coffee I would like to have. I ordered a caffe con leche. After a few minutes she arrived with the coffee with the hot milk with a nice foam on top, she poured the milk on top of my coffee it was hot and very nice. She came back with a small plate of a pastry that tasted delicious. I ordered another coffee that arrived promptly nice and hot. I did ask for the bill, paid and left. I came back the following day, this time I was greeted with a smile by the older lady and had the same very pleasant experience, she is a true asset to your establishment, as I do enjoy and appreciate good service and food. I came back the following day, the older charming lady was not on duty, I was attended to by a younger waitress. I was greeted and was ask if I stay in the hotel, I explained to her that I am from outside and just like to have a cup of coffee, she hesitated a bit, I explained to her I had coffee the last two days in this restaurant. She said OK, I was waiting till she would point out to a table where I can sit down, she did not ask me. I had to ask her if can I sit on this table, she said yes, I sat down, she pointed to a coffee machine in the dining room. I explained to her that I was here the last two days and my coffee was served, she responded if I like the coffee to be served, I responded yes please. She left. In the meantime, I had to remove the table setting to make space for my coffee as she did not do it. The coffee arrived with the milk separate, she did not poured the milk into the coffee, I did mention to her that yesterday with my coffee I was served a small pasty, whilst she went to get the pastry I tasted the coffee, the milk was not hot no foam and the coffee did no taste nice. The pastry arrived a small round thing that was rock hard! I did not complain as at that point I would not have achieved anything, as I think the young lady was a bit lost. I did ask for the bill paid and left. My two experience was like day and night and I did decide not to come back for early morning coffee, a disappointing experience! I Also I like to point out another incident. On the26th of December my friends invited me late afternoon for a drink, the

Fabulous swimming pool and pool area but it doesn't open until 12.00! I thought you would be able to sit in the lawn area until the pool opened but there is also no access until midday. Good-size room and bathroom. Just a bit suprised by the tiny TV! I certainly don't need a giant TV in a hotel room but this one was very small. Great team at the pool, in the bar and restaurant and on the front desk. Location is away from the bustle of the centre but just a short bus ride to get there (30 min walk). There are supermarkets and a couple of restaurants close by. The hotel has a bar and restaurant on site. Overall, a very nice hotel with a great pool.

The apartments are well equipped and well decorated. It makes you feel at home. The price is fair and worth it. The location is privileged, right at the commercial street. Furthermore, the entire staff is kind and helpful. Additionally, I requested a taxi to reach the city. Antonio, the driver, made sure the trip was safe and pleasant.

Hemos estado este fin de semana, y el trato ha sido excelente, desde el primer momento, que llame a recepción para informarme , pasando por recepcion, asi como en el comedor y en el restaurante, tanto para el desayuno como en la cena. Los servicios del hotel son correctos, me gusto mucho la variedad en el desayuno, asi como el trato de la gente de cocina y camareros. Para mi excelente. Muy bien
