The hotel has good rooms with a fantastic breakfast and decent location. We did have one major issue with a school group that ran up and down the halls all night, banging on the doors, screaming and slamming doors. We brought up this issue several times with the hotel staff and nothing was done about it. This ended up costing us a day of exploring the city because we needed to sleep when they finally stopped at 7am. There are other reviews with similar issues so I would be cautious about booking here if you don't want to have similar issues.

Of the three hotels I have visited for a week in Crete, this hotel is the most calm, maybe because it is not near the center and young people a little bit.
The room is good, but I was unlucky with the location of the room. My balcony was right above the stairs. I couldn't eat quietly because people were constantly coming out of their rooms or coming in. I lived like a little straight in a street cafe. In general, I didn't have enough privacy, and because of this location of the room I heard everyone who used the stairs. I think those rooms that go out the other side are more quiet. The area of the hotel is beautiful! The Internet and air conditioning are absolutely free, unlike other hotels in Crete. By the way, many hotel owners in Crete do not indicate information on hotel booking sites about paid air conditioning, safe and Internet. Here all these services are free. Bed and pillows are just super, for this separate thanks to the hotel administration. There is even a urine, a dishwashing tool and a kitchen towel, which is rare not only for Crete but also other parts of Greece. Thank you very much for that too!
In general, excellent hotel! I recommend to people who are looking for silence and privacy with nature!

Hotel’s staff are really friendly and helpful. Hotel is quite new, and worth the price we paid. Location is a short drive from town, and there are some nearby eateries.
Breakfast spread is good and the roof terrace has a good view. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable. But it can do with a luggage stand.

Nach dem Check-In stellten wir fest, dass wir ein Zimmer mit direktem Pool-Zugang und somit auch mit etwas Meerblick hatten. Die Freude währte aber nur sehr kurz, denn es war ein Zimmer mit einer Verbindungstür und in dem anderen Zimmer war ein Fenster offen. Dadurch pfiff der Wind im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes in unser Zimmer. Zwar konnte die sehr nette und zuvorkommende Patricia von der Rezeption das Fenster schnell schliessen, Ruhe war dadurch aber noch nicht gegeben. Denn wir konnten leider, als kurz darauf die Gäste des anderen Zimmers zurück kamen, jedes Wort verstehen und sogar hören, wie sie auf die Toilette gingen (trotz verschlossener Verbindungstür). Sogar die externe Masseuse, die in der Zwischenzeit eingetroffen war, entschuldigte sich bei uns für die Lautstärke aus dem Zimmer nebenan, obwohl sie nicht beim Hotel angestellt war. Wir konnten dann nach der Massage aber unkompliziert in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen, was zwar zur Strasse ging, aber dennoch bedeutend ruhiger war.
Ansonsten war das Frühstück leider etwas überschaubar, kein Speck, Würste oder ähnliches, eine Sorte Aufschnitt, dafür frisch gepresster O-Saft (auf Zuteilung, nicht zur Selbstbedienung) und ein toller Ausblick auf den Hafen und das Meer.

很乾凈整潔的商務酒店，酒店位置就在市中心步行10分鐘就可以去老城區以及港口拍攝日落日出。甘尼亞附近住宿很不錯的一個酒店，值得推薦。唯一的問題是酒店自己的車位需要提前預訂如果沒有預訂附近的車位要20多歐一個晚上。

GGuest UserThis is a very well managed hotel with a good location, close to the pier and a five-minute walk from the Archaeological Museum. The breakfast is very good, the facilities are complete, the price is not expensive, and the cost performance is very high. When I checked in on June 1, there was a gentleman front desk staff who patiently answered many questions about Heraklion tourism for me and helped me print the boat ticket to Santorini. I would like to thank him here!

GGuest UserWe stayed for 12 nights in total. We asked for a room with south-facing windows but it was never given to us, even when the room was empty. It was so unfriendly.
The older cleaners were very serious, but the younger ones were very bad. They were not timely and did not put away the items. Complaints were useless.
The breakfast was very good. Although the variety was the same every day, it was rich and very Cretan.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location to the town and the staff were very friendly.
I would not recommend the standard room as it was extremely small and felt claustrophobic, we did try to upgrade the day we got there but they were unfortunately fully booked, as a couple with two suitcases there was no room whatsoever and very limited hanging space so had to leave the suitcases open on the floor and climb over them to get around.
The air con had mould growing out of it and left the room smelling awful.
We were also only given two towels which are only changed once every three days, it would have been nice to get a hand towel so you aren't using the one towel for everything. This is also the case for pool towels they are only changed once every three days.
I think the hotel would benefit from an overall refresh, painting etc and the pool to be cleaned more often, although the water was clear there was green mould build up around the sides as well as the white pool loungers.
I would not say that our room was 4 stars but that may have been based on the bigger rooms that are available.

CCourtneyOur stay at Selected Suite was simply perfect! The location is amazing, and the room itself is unbelievable, everything brand new, with stunning design and incredible comfort. The space is large, with a beautiful terrace, a huge shower, and modern detail, the steam room was a big bonus after a long day. Honestly, the decoration is so impressive I could happily live here.
Everything was spotless every single day, it’s honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. I felt so comfortable that I never wanted to leave. The team even prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for my partner, which made our stay extra special.
Parking was very easy, the reception is available at all times and always helpful, and the cleaning ladies are just fantastic, smiling, kind, and doing an excellent job. A very special thank you to Ayu, who was absolutely adorable and made our stay unforgettable with her kindness and warmth.
I recommend this place 100%! I cannot wait to come back. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single thing to improve everything was truly perfect.

LLeoGoWe spent 5 days in this beautiful hotel. In this hotel we met the most kind, friendly and responsive people of Greece - the hostess of the hotel and her family. We were met very hospitality with a wide smile and it was a great start to a good rest in Crete. Given that we have just left Santorini, the next strike of ferrymen began and we were very excited by the whole situation and confusion.
Great thanks to the hotel owner for her daily joy, good mood and positive.
The hotel is very good, located on one of the noisy streets of the city, but a little bit away from the noise itself, i.e. sleep was comfortable.
Breakfast and dinner are quite good, for them separate thanks.
There are parking spaces nearby (behind the building opposite the hotel exit).
The rooms are comfortable, there is everything necessary. The beds are comfortable.
The sea is near, 15 minutes walk.
No regrets have chosen this hotel for a holiday in Crete.

JJimmibobAbsolutely stunning place in a perfect location just a short stroll along the sea front to the historic old town of Chania and the Venetian Harbour. In the other direction an even shorter stroll to the harbour and Nea Chora beach - which has a ton of bars shops and restaurants. Property is directly on the seafront in a real tranquil location - with a beautiful pool and incredible sea views everywhere you stood. The staff were fantastic and even contacted me on WhatsApp prior to my stay to arrange my check in. Had my room ready early - which was fabulous. I was incredibly lucky to have a suite with a hot tub right on the sea front - beautifully decorated, fresh, clean and the views from the balcony were incredible. I believe breakfast is included for all guests, which was lovely with a wide variety of hot and cold food drinks and pastries. The only criticism is of myself that I didn’t stay longer. I would come back in a heartbeat!

GGuest UserReally enjoyed my stay at Porta suits. I have Booked it last minute in front of the airport at my arrival haha! Special thanks to the receptionist, what a friendly woman! Had lots of conversations and she was the best. The room was superb!! Really stylish, modern and warm. The jacuzzi top notch👌🏻. The bed is super comfortable and wow what a big kitchen with washingmachine, dishwasher and oven. Everything you need is here. The city center Minas cathedral spot is very near, less than 10 minute walk.if you don’t like walking, you can also take a bus. The bus stop is nearby and only costs 1,20 euros. It takes you to the big busstation at the port or you go out earlier. Again, perfect stay! Will definitely come back with my family! Thank you again for the great service!

GGuest UserWe booked the Hotel for 3 nights.Hotel was overbooked. In the 3 days we could not actually move into our booked room. We had to move 3 times!! Customer service is non existant and the staff does not care about the customer`s desires. Manager Yiannys refused to talk to customers and acted like a real, i mean real ***** At the end we accepted a free night in the apartment building from Anna s house in town without a pool. The pictures in the internet do not reflect the true appearence of Annas house, which was only 1 out of 4 hotels that they use. Every day people complained and were moved from hotel to hotel with golfcarts. It was impossible to miss all this happening. Never had a worse situation than this in my whole life.

YYouwenhuadechongziThe room was clean and tidy, the kitchen was well equipped, and there was a small supermarket in the lobby. In particular, the front desk staff was very warm and friendly, and gave us handwritten bus routes and bus stop names. The bus stop was not far from the hotel, which was very helpful for us to visit the city (the bus driver did not understand English).
