Hotel 3-Star di Sergipe, Brazil

The hotel is fairly new and modern. The room was a bit on the small side but was very clean and functional, with a comfortable bed. Staff spoke a little English and were very welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with a varied selection and very good coffee. The gym was in a separate nearby building that had AC and a good selection of fitness equipment.

The hotel is super comfortable (with a large room, clean, lightened, spacious bathroom, wonderful towels). It is well located, a good pool with a careful garden. The only negative point was the levy of an extra fee, created by the establishment, which the second recipient would be for the satisfaction of the officials, in addition to 10% for the service, which we pay without problem. O hotel tem um bom café da manhã, porém não é variado, passamos 4 dias e sempre as mesmas coisas no café da manhã. Os quartos são bons, mas algumas coisas deixam a desejar como chuveiro, TV que é muito antiga (não é SMart TV), ar condicionado bem velho e barulhento etc. Pelo que cobra de diária deixa a desejar na estrutura.

Recepcionista bem atencioso, com bom atendimento. Bom café e boa diversidade. O ponto negativo, no meu caso, foi a descarga que não estava funcionando bem e mofo nos azulejos do Box do banheiro. Fora isso, foi uma boa experiência.

Hotel Velho e sem manutenção, quartos de tamanho bom, porém com aparência de sujos e mal conservados, café da manhã ok, porém sem muita variedade, principalmente se vc fica mais de 3 dias. Os funcionários são bem educados e prestativos. Ótima localização, perto de tudo! Não me hospedaria novamente.

The breakfast was tasty, but I found it with little variety.The excellent service of all staff and the receptionist. I think that because it is a 5-year-old hotel and because it has a poor care, it could have more maintenance, we know about the depletion because it is a beach because of the salithre, but it has things that I see are not justified.

Pontos positivos: funcionários bem educados e comunicativos, hotel bem localizado, café da manhã bom, área da piscina muito boa com ótima vista e variedade de bebidas, bem instagramável. Pontos negativos: ar-condicionado não tão fortes, mas ao sair chegaram algumas equipes para fazer manutenção, tive problema com o ar-condicionado em um quarto, mas me mudaram imediatamente de quarto. O café fica enjoativo se vc ficar muitos dias, pois são coisas básicas que mudam.
