Hotel 4-Bintang di Wilayah Kanagawa, Jepun

We stayed for the firework on NYE and this hotel delivered!! (Although I did go to the pier to enjoy it with the crowd). This hotel is located above Cross Gate which is a 3-4 level mall mainly of restaurants. I missed the info that they have a car park right under the building so I parked for an hour outside but that's fine. I wish it was multiple entries though. Car park is definitely challenging for bigger cars but manageable. Back to the hotel, it's typical Japanese size or even smaller if it's a two bed room. Breakfast was proper buffet style and I mean the room can fit maybe 30-40 tables if not more so you can imagine their offering is superb in both western and Japanese style. My only regret is I was too tired to walk and try each plate they offer!! Room is tiny but it can be excused by the view. Although I saw some constructions starting so the view might be blocked next time I come :( The only concern I had is that some lifts can connect to the mall bypassing the reception. So literally anyone could arrive to your door, which caught me by surprise a little.

I would have given a 5 star rating for service but got a very bad experience with this one staff call Yashiro (she wasn’t wearing a name tag but told us this name after we asked a few times for her name). We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights, for 6 people. On the second evening when we return to the rooms, we found out that our room wasn’t cleaned. Later found out that we need to put the magnet tag outside of the door if we need cleaning. Which is fine and we were not complaining about this. But we needed new towels. We called the reception separately and got hanged up! The receptionist said a bunch of “maybe” English or mixed with Japanese, then hang up. I called again and explained we needed new towels, she said “no towels!” Then hang up. I called again, same answer, then hang up. We then go down to the lobby, this same girl looked annoyed and said NO TOWELS! Her level of service was just very bad and unacceptable! It was only until when we asked for her name, she acted she didn’t understand English. Then I spoke in Japanese asking for her name. Then her attitude changed. Gave us 3 towels. I said we needed 6 for 6 people. Then she said no again! I said it is ridiculous if the hotel only has 4 clean towels! And I will write my experience on my booking platform. Then she finally took us to our floor and said there are many towels there. To be fair, all other staff was very friendly, including the boy who checked us in and the girl called Monya who checked us out and helped us with delivering the luggages to our next hotel. I don’t need compensation from this hotel as I will not be returning to this hotel again because of this one bad staff but I surely hope management can give her better training on how to handle simple customer requests with a right attitude.

Anda juga boleh berjalan kaki dari Stesen Yokohama, tetapi ia mengambil masa kira-kira 10 hingga 15 minit. Kawasan sekitar tenang dengan hanya apar**en dan hotel. Saya fikir ia agak mudah kerana terdapat kedai OK di sebelah. Memandangkan bahagian hadapan berada di tingkat 20, saya merasakan ia agak menyusahkan. Saya check in pada waktu malam, jadi pemandangan malam adalah cantik, tetapi kerumitan untuk naik ke atas untuk mendaftar masuk dan perlu turun ke bilik adalah titik tolak. Memang susah nak tunggu lif. Bilik itu agak besar dan bersih. Bilik yang saya duduki tidak mempunyai tab mandi, tetapi mungkin bilik lain juga ada? Memandangkan lokasi, kebersihan, harga, dan lain-lain, saya fikir ia akan menjadi baik tanpa tab mandi, tetapi saya fikir ia akan menjadi lebih baik jika ia berlaku. Secara keseluruhan, saya ingin menggunakannya semula apabila saya bercadang untuk tinggal di Yokohama lagi. terima kasih banyak - banyak!

Very good experience in Hotel with traditional meals including dinner and breakfast. Hot springs are very extraordinary and we relaxed in both private and public hot springs. Front counter are very friendly and helpful for all information needed. Night Ramen is served for guests and very nice. Recommended for accommodation.

Only 1400 yen for taxi from airport to hotel They have shuttle bus between airport and hotel Pretty good free hot bath on 2 nd floor Here is the time table They also have free shuttle to Kawasaki station for JR lines Will stay again

Perkhidmatan pelanggan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat sabar. Ia adalah hotel yang menjimatkan. Ruang bilik agak besar untuk Tokyo, dan kalis bunyi OK!

Wonderful stay! Staffs were great, there’s a lounge where you can grab free coffee or just chill and relax. Rooms were clean and spacious, we got a free upgrade with the Bay view! Hotel is conveniently located just above a metro station! Definitely will return! Only thing missing is if they could have a nice little Onsen! It will be more than Perfect!

All I can say is I’m super love the hotel! Very convenient, near the hakone ropeway, near the pirate ship! There is also private and public Onsen. Super love their buffet dinner and buffet breakfast! Highly recommend people and my friends to go! Will revisit again :))

Really love the convenience of the hotel allocation, allowing us to travel to different places with the nearest train station (Kawasaki station) just a few mins walk from our hotel. Not to even say it has multiple convenience stores and malls around the hotel, including different kinds of restaurants around us!! Definitely gonna come back to this hotel again!!! Plus point is that it is only 30mins away from Haneda Airport T3~~~

Ia sangat mudah kerana ia boleh diakses terus dari Stesen Yokohama. Sarapan disertakan sebagai pilihan. Bayaran pendahuluan diperlukan di ruang makan di tingkat lobi. Ia tidak murah, tetapi anda boleh memilih antara makanan Jepun atau Barat sebagai hidangan utama anda, dan ia juga disertakan dengan mini bufet lauk-pauk kecil, jadi anda boleh makan sepuas-puasnya. Rasa pun sedap. Bilik itu baru, jadi ia sangat bersih, dan terdapat sofa dan meja mini, jadi ia selesa. Saya ingin menggunakannya semula apabila saya tinggal berhampiran Stesen Yokohama.

Great hotel in a great area, really happy staying there although it’s slightly more pricey than others Nice view too

Hotel ini terletak dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari stesen dan beberapa tarikan ikonik. Lobi di tingkat tiga bersambung terus ke gedung serbaneka bersebelahan dari jam 11:00-20:00, dengan pilihan tempat makan yang banyak. Restoran hotel sendiri mempunyai dinding kaca yang besar dengan pemandangan yang indah, dan juga menyeronokkan untuk minum petang. Kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu boleh bercakap dalam bahasa Inggeris dan mengingatkan anda tentang pelbagai perkara. Tingkap bilik menghadap Gunung Fuji🗻 Walaupun lampu terang pelabuhan tidak dapat dilihat, ia tetap menyegarkan. Kemudahan dan sanitasi diselenggara dengan baik, dan skrin TVnya besar. Teh plum yang disediakan mempunyai rasa yang istimewa, saya sangat menyukainya. Ia adalah hotel yang patut disyorkan👍.

シーパラに向かう際にはほぼ毎回、利用させていただいてます。 稀に部屋に外れがあって、外れを引いてしまうと室内設備が見るからに古く、コンセントが変な角度で刺さないと機能しなかったりします。 後、ホテル内のコンビニの品揃えが少なかったり、 室内に電子レンジの設置がないのはちょっと不便だったりします。 しかし、不満点はそれくらいで後は景色も綺麗だし室内も清潔で快適に利用できます。 いつもありがとうございます。

If you drive, this is the place to stay. Open air sauna for guests, amazing breakfast and dinner. In spring, the garden is in bloom, while in autumn, you can catch the autumn colours all around the area.

We really enjoy our stay at this hotel, we spent 2 nights and we wish we can spend more time too. The villa size is big for family of 4, there is in room onsen and  sauna as well. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also BBQ at the balcony. There is free car park on site and I love the fact there is a spa centre which we really want to try but I was unable to book as they only take reservations by phone, I wish they could have other way to book 😭 But overall we love it and will give it 10 out of 10

Little far from train station, but hotel offer free shuttle bus if you request or certain time. From hotel, they offer shuttle bus to go to hakone Yumoto train station. I had problem to book to add children to stay at website. But hotel staffs helped me to fix this issue. We enjoyed staying this hotel.

老式温泉旅館，設施比較舊，但乾淨整潔，房間較大。 有四個包間温泉，無需預約，鎖上就能用而且24小時，但設施全自助，如果長期沒人用水温會很低要放熱水很久，看上去也舊舊的衹適合真的在大浴場服務時間外又想泡的。 酒店的位於南温泉莊巴士站前，如果不自駕，基本就要靠巴士出行，附近沒有便利店和餐館，所以周遊券是剛需，巴士隨便坐能帶你到達大部分餐廳和便利店，請在晚上8點30前吃完買完回到酒店。之後就別出去逛了，巴士結束後離開酒店沒有任何意義。酒店裡有賣店基本上能買到一些便利店的貨，忘了出去採購或沒買夠也不至於完全無法補給，21：30關門。也可以選擇在酒店晚餐，請提前預訂，挺好吃，但價錢......所以還是坐巴士出去找吃的吧。早餐就在酒店吃吧，選擇不多但實惠。 南温泉莊離桃園台很近，坐巴士去大涌谷纜車，直達箱根神社（一天衹有一班），以及海賊船都非常方便也能避開人羣，非常適合不坐電車進入箱根的一晚或兩晚行程。可以在新宿直接坐巴士，睡3個小時直接到酒店門口。離開時也一樣，直接回新宿，御殿場的巴士，甚至還有去羽田的，航班在下午或晚上的最後一天都不用回東京了（最穩妥的是提前預訂，但應該也可以直接攔車給錢）。相反你假如是要在箱根住宿，但是搭電車進入箱根的就不推薦這裏了，在湯本要坐大半個小時的巴士，如果拖着行李還沒座位就很累。離開時還要坐差不多的路程回去湯本或小田原，登山巴士可不一定有位置放行李，中間上上下下站滿了人就崩潰了。 正門斜對面就正對富士山，如果能分配到酒店正面的3-4樓的房間天氣好時可以在房間裏直接看到。酒店有圍棋室和乒乓球可以玩.

酒店離電車站步行5分鐘，非常方便。位子私密，很安靜。房間也非常乾淨整潔。酒店自己的私湯館，人不多，超舒服。 因為不知道需要按人頭付費，選錯了入住人數量，酒店的服務非常周到，幫忙取消了之前的訂單，現場付費安排房間。而且選了兩個房型，請我先看過之後再做決定。 一個房間兩張床，一個房間4張榻榻米。睡的舒服又寬敞。 強烈推薦去箱根選這家酒店

The food is ok. But everyday the same not recommended for long staying. Location is not bad. 10-15mins to the main station. There is a bus stop nearby but do take note that the shortcut got a lot stairs….. better do not take baggage. The sound isolation not good. If u are light sleepers reconsidered.
