Hotel 4-Star di Chiapas, Mexico

Excellent hotel located in the heart of the capital Chiapaneca, luxury facilities and excellent staff service, access to the glass square and fast-exit periferics, I recommend it for stays with the family.

The room was very noisy in the morning. The restaurant seated the only guests outside my room. Crazy.

It was a business trip, accompanied by my wife she was enchanted with the facilities and service of the hotel

Todo Esra super genial la atención, restaurante mis respetos para el chef, limpieza atención todo genial el único punto malo es que las albercas el agua estaba súper caliente no se podía nadar ya que el agua estaba súper caliente muy raro que en un hotel este el agua así deben de hacer algo al respecto

The hotel is beautiful, for it 4 stars and no heating in the room? I'm half explored. The next day I'm out right away. Trip.com should check its criteria once.

The decoration of the hotel is relatively new, with large rooms and comfortable beds. There is free coffee. The downside is that it faces the street, with loud car noise and few parking spaces. The air conditioner was old-fashioned, blowing directly on the bed, and my head hurt the next day.
