Facilities: Somewhat old. Cleanliness: Overall acceptable. Service: The front desk staff speaks excellent English. Breakfast is decent, and the service is quite good. One of the recommended taxis was good, but the other driver demanded a higher price and used deceptive tactics to extort money. Very dishonest.
