I am a restaurant manager with my own restaurant in Manhattan, NY. I like LA very much because I am a Laker fan and I love this city. But the breakfast restaurant in this hotel makes me feel discriminated against for the first time in America for so many years. Maybe I am an Asian face? ? ? ? ? I don't know. From the time I sat down to eat to the end, there were only a few tables of guests at 7 o'clock in the morning, and no one served me coffee or tea, not even a greeting from the waiter! ! ! Don't their wages come from the service charge of each table of guests? ? ?don't take me wrong. I just cannot understand how they can doing this kind of job. What makes me feel worse is that they will ask me what the nearby guests need to drink. Listen.

I heard the safety of Los Angeles (especially around sightseeing area )was getting worse so I choose this hotel. I went to Disney land,dodgers stadium,and beaches, all by Uber. The room was usual,nothing special. The part that I didn’t like was very low Shower pressure. I liked the location of the hotel because it took only 10min by free shuttle bus from LAX and 15min by walking to get to in and out burger. I also liked the breakfast buffet, I could save money and time I guess.

Good location few minutes walking distance to metro in downtown.Big supermarket nearby around 2 minutes walking.Room quite small for Quadruple.kitchen have no plate and bowls.No pan for cooking purpy

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights (10-12 Nov) during our business trip, booking two king-bed rooms. The hotel’s location was around 1.5 miles from the downtown. The front office staff, as well as the room service team, were very friendly and attentive. They were always willing to listen to our queries and resolve them with a smile. The only issue we encountered was the lack of an in-room bottled water, dental kit and slippers, which are typically provided in hotels outside of the USA but 2 bottles of water everywhere except DoubleTree By Hilton! While we understand that this may be due to the country’s policies, it can be somewhat inconvenient for travelers who are accustomed to these amenities. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and great service.

The Westin was perfect for our short stay before flying home. We chose it as it was close to the airport and the shuttle both to and from made it too easy. A short walk to a few dining options and also car hire within the building is a great option. There is also another car hire place just down the road. Overall very pleased with the Westin and would stay there again.

Central location downtown close to Union Square. Nevertheless the neighborhood is slightly rough. Good service, but only 1 bottle of complimentary water for the whole stay. Rooms are clean, but a little small. Good views of the skyline in the higher floors. Staff very friendly.

I used to stay Sheraton whenever i am San Gabriel I also lived in Sheraton Gateway LAX Particularly I praise the General Manager Wanda who is a humble polite and hard working leader We found out we studied at different high school next to each other The team work as a whole is very good 👍🥂🌹🎉

Nice hotel located in downtown LA, close to grand central market and blue bottle coffee. Decent amenities but room is small. Barely able to open luggage whilst toilet is also pretty small. Overall decent stay overall, but could be better with more amenities like free amenities such as toothpaste and toothbrush, and water in the room.

We spent only one night at Doubletree Hilton hotel because we were laying over from our flight. It was a short 10 minute ride from the hotel to the airport and the hotel provides free, shuttle bus service. However, do take note that the driver will ask you for tip. I have checked with the hotels staff, and they mentioned that it is not necessary to pay the Driver. But if you like to be generous towards the driver, you may tip the Driver. I have chosen this hotel because I have read about other hotels and & airbnb whereby the location is either too far away from the airport, or those locations have some “different types of characters” loitering around those areas. This hotel is located at a very quiet place, and it faces the beautiful view of the sea. The price of the hotel room is on the high side, but if you can get a voucher, it would save you a bit

The location is good, a lot of restaurants nearby. They allowed us an early checkin which is nice. Free valet parking helped a long way. Mel and Raymond particularly are very helpful. Good job!

This is one of the best hotels I stayed in LA, I really enjoyed staying in the k-town area, great selection of restaurants, well-stocked supermarkets, close to the metro station and the hotel staff were extremely helpful, I will def come back to this hotel and for sure will recommend this hotel to everyone :)

Very convenient close to Powell Station. Down side is night time there are many homeless around that area.

This hotel has a great location inside the CBD of San Francisco. The room is a bit small but it still has a modern design compared to the old design of another hotel in the area. Please note that this hotel does not have a complimentary continental breakfast buffet, it only has breakfast for purchase at the restaurant.

Not really In a great location but everything else was fine. Great view of the city

The staff are friendly and mostly can speak cantonese. The location was alright, difficult to find on the first day. Parking in SF is generally expensive. Room was dusty and the sofa give me rashes. However, the walk from Powell Station has a street of homeless people which I feel unsafe for ladies and young kids.

Very accessible with public transport. Right next to shopping district, union square and food places. Check in/out was very smooth. Didn't got a chance to use the amenities tho.

The service at the hotel was excellent. The employees were very kind when answering our questions. We were also allowed to check in early which was very sweet since we arrived early. They also have a nice gym with a lot of equipment and a nice restaurant attached. Parking is unfortunately not included and it costs $75 for overnight. Fortunately, there are many parking areas around the hotel for much cheaper. Would 100% recommend!

I had some initial problem with my booking but there were very good to solve them . Be aware there are renovation works happening at the time of this review and it can get noisy . The hotel and trip.com helped me with my feedback.

The Hotel was in a great location and the staff were very friendly and accommodating! The kids loved the stores. I appreciated that they held our bags before and after our reservation.

그냥 무난해요. 대신 뭔가 요청하려면 무조건 카운터로 직접 내려와야 합니다. 그냥 가격=서비스예요. 위치는 진짜 유니온스퀘어 코앞인데 더워서 창문 열어두고 하루종일 일하면서 사이렌 소리 30번 넘게 들었어요. 맞은편 숙소에서 지냈던 일행은 총소리도 들었다고 하네요ㅠㅠ

Location: There is a bus stop in front that goes to Disneyland. It cost $6 for a pass for 1 day for adult. Some food around the hotel. Room: size is good for 4, 2 adults and 2 children. 2 bath tub in the toilet. Good for family. Aircon noise is abit noisy. Otherwise all is good Breakfast: Not alot of option but quite good. The kids love to do the waffle in mickey mouse shape. Overall, good value for us.

Great location. Very convenient! Friendly staff. Hotel itself aged look and feel. Water was stopped between 11 pm to 6 am for the entire building, On the second day. Could not shower or anything for that day. We came in for a convention we worked till midnight and then had to leave following morning at 6 pm. COULD NOT SHOWER!!! The room wasn’t cleaned for two days, we had to call the front desk for each day. Not the great experience. Hope our next stay will be better…

A nice cosy hotel but the heart attack came during check out as I was charged the full amount of the stay when I had paid in full. After clarifying with Trip, they actually charging for pre-authorization charge which I was not informed during check-in.

I love the DoubleTree by Hilton. This is my Go To Hotel when we visit Anaheim. Never a disappointment. --Paul was helpful, caring and so Fabulous. But will never go thru a 3rd party again..

One of the standout features of this hotel is their family-friendly policy of ”kids eat free.” This not only adds great value for families traveling with children but also makes dining more enjoyable without the added stress of budgeting for meals. It was delightful to see kids savoring their meals with smiles and laughter filling the dining area—a testament to the welcoming atmosphere the hotel fosters. The pool area is nothing short of breathtaking. The stunning design incorporates lush landscaping, providing a serene oasis for relaxation. However, I must mention that while the hotel’s public areas and amenities are fantastic, the rooms themselves are somewhat outdated. Nevertheless, this did not significantly detract from my overall experience. 酒店很新 衞生什麼的都不用擔心 房間該有的設施都有 離迪士尼不是特別特別近 但是距離合適 沒有到樂園的shuttle bus 需要開車過去 酒店有停車場 25刀每天 有專門的人負責幫你泊車 治安也很好 連着住了三晚 性價比很高

The hot water for shower will suddenly turn cold, The tea bags u needs to ask for refill even I paid the tips in the room, but atmosphere is very good. For laundry u needs to go down all they way to other hotel otherwise u need to paid huge if u stay for a week.

With the exception of the parking fee of $28 bucks per day, I liked everything about the Hotel FERO in terms of customer service, facilities & cleanliness. The best part I like about the hotel is the convenient location to Interstate 5, the Honda Center, Angels Stadium, a walkable shopping center and restaurants.

Lokasinya sangat ganjil - anda tidak boleh berjalan ke mana-mana dengan mudah. Untuk harga saya sangat kecewa di tempat itu. Bilik kami memandang ke arah lebuh raya. Air panas tidak berfungsi dan bilik mandi sangat usang dan tab mandi lama. Perkhidmatan ini bagus dan terdapat kawasan atas bumbung yang bagus tetapi secara keseluruhan saya tidak akan mengesyorkan.
