Hotel berhampiran MixC Shopping Mall, Shenzhen

The road is very clean and there are two cats in the hotel the hotel have big windows and big TVs when they are here and they are the location of the value of there are delicious. Breakfast breakfast have eggs and bread and someone else.

Clean room and the front desk gave me a free upgrade to a better room. The room features a nice projector TV, blackout curtains and very appreciated heated seat toilet with bidet. The location is overall great and feels local with good access to metro. The shared laundry machines were appreciated though the dryer is rather weak. Overall, I would stay here again and it was worth the money.

Marriott memang tak pernah mengecewakan saya. Kemewahan warisan yang ada pada lokasi yang sudah lama ini sentiasa mengagumkan, dan pengalaman keseluruhan tetap memukau. Walaupun sudah beroperasi bertahun-tahun, ia kekal seperti baru, tanpa sebarang tanda usang. Perinciannya halus dan di samping itu ia mempunyai sejarah yang menarik, suasana mewah yang sederhana membuatkan seseorang ingin berehat dan tinggal lama di sini. Ruang hotel dihiasi dengan teliti, seolah-olah berada di koridor masa, dengan suasana yang sangat memukau. Selain itu, yang patut dipuji ialah layanan kakitangan yang mesra dan selesa, perkhidmatan sepanjang masa yang teliti dan penuh perhatian, menjadikan pengalaman ini sangat hebat. Satu-satunya kekecewaan kecil ialah sedikit kekurangan dalam perincian pembersihan, beberapa sudut tidak cukup bersih, sedikit mencacatkan pengalaman. Namun, kualiti keseluruhannya sangat baik, kekurangannya tidak menjejaskan keindahan keseluruhannya. Ia tetap menjadi tempat berharga yang patut dikunjungi berulang kali, dan saya berharap agar perinciannya dapat diperbaiki lagi pada masa hadapan.

I was unexpectedly stranded at Shenzhen North (Shenzhenbei) during the busy holiday season and urgently needed a place to stay. After comparing several listings on Trip.com, this hostel stood out based on its reviews, and it fully lived up to my expectations. The photos are accurate and reflect the property exactly as it is. The host prepared the bed sheets and pillowcases right in front of me, which immediately reassured me about the cleanliness. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Cleanliness is one of my top priorities when choosing accommodation because I value my health, and I felt completely comfortable staying here. I saw no pests or anything unhygienic, so if you’re concerned about that, you can rest easy. The host speaks basic English and was very welcoming. Since I had just traveled from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen North, he even kindly offered to show me around the area. There are plenty of food options nearby, I enjoyed Lanzhou noodles and stinky tofu just steps from the building. For clarification, the hostel is located inside an apartment building and operates in a dorm-style setup. Shoes are removed at the entrance, and guest slippers are provided. There is a comfortable common area with a sofa and dining table, free drinking water, and complimentary toiletries including a toothbrush and disposable towel, which was especially helpful since I had forgotten to pack one. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a Western-style sit-down toilet. Each bed has its own privacy curtain and personal light, which I appreciated. There are also power outlets conveniently located at each bed. Wi-Fi worked smoothly without any issues, and free laundry is available, which is a great bonus for travelers. There are designated quiet hours, so you can sleep comfortably. During my stay, it was peaceful and no one snored. The host even asked whether I snore, which shows he is considerate of all guests. The other guests were polite and respectful. I was the only foreigner staying there, and the rest were Chinese travelers who were likely in the same situation, unable to secure train tickets that night. The property is non-smoking, which I also appreciated. The only minor downside is for taller guests. I am 183 cm (6 ft), and I had to curl up slightly since the bed length appears to be around 180 cm. It was manageable, but something to keep in mind if you’re tall. The location is very convenient. It’s next to the train station, and you can easily take the subway if you have luggage. It only cost me 2 RMB to ride, so there’s really no need to take a taxi. In the morning, I bought pork steamed buns and soy milk from a nearby vendor, he was friendly, and the food was great. For $4, this was outstanding value. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay near Shenzhen North, this is an excellent option. Can’t beat the location of mandarin oriental if you want to be around the shopping area! Mandarin oriental hotel has impeccable service and the view of the room is stunning! Esp the view of the shower! Perfect for a shopping weekend with a bit of glamour! Breakfast is also excellent! Must try the MO coconut!

Pada asalnya saya menempah bilik biasa, tetapi saya sangat terkejut apabila hotel ini menaik taraf bilik saya secara automatik semasa daftar masuk. Bilik yang telah dinaik taraf berada di tingkat yang lebih tinggi dengan pemandangan yang lebih luas, dan setiap kali malam menjelang, saya dapat melihat keindahan cahaya lampu bandar dari bilik. Selepas seharian penat menjelajah, kembali ke bilik dan melihat cahaya lampu di luar tingkap membuatkan semua keletihan hilang. Bilik dibersihkan dengan teliti, dan semua kemudahan lengkap serta berfungsi dengan baik, menjadikan penginapan tenang dan selesa. Kakitangan sangat mesra dan perkhidmatan daftar masuk cekap dan lancar, memberikan pengalaman keseluruhan yang sangat baik. Hotel ini sangat sesuai untuk perjalanan perniagaan atau percutian singkat. Saya pasti akan memilih hotel ini lagi untuk perjalanan seterusnya dan sangat mengesyorkannya kepada semua.

BOOKED THIS HOTEL BECAUSE IT IS A NON-SMOKING HOTEL AND STAYED FOR 4 NIGHTS . HOTEL MUST HAVE STRICT NON-SMOKING RULES AS ALOT OF PEOPLE SMOKES IN THE ROOMS EVEN THOUGH IT IS A NON-SMOKING HOTEL. THE SMOKE ENTERS THE ROOM FROM THE CORRIDOR AS WELL WHICH US AND COULDN'T SLEEP. GUEST SMOKES IN LIFT LOBBY , ROOMS AND SOME IN THE LOBBY. THE HOTEL STAFF CAN'T DO ANYTHING TO THESE GUESTS EXCEPT TO ADVISED THEM ONLY. THIS IS THIS ONLY ISSUE WE FACED FROM OUR STAY, OTHER THAN THAT IT IS A VERY NEW HOTEL AND CONVIENIENTLY LOCATED WITH THE SUBWAY BELOW.

We are a group of 7 friends. I made a reservation for all of us together and paid around 8€, which I thought was a very good price. The day we arrived, the owner told us the price was per person and not for the whole booking, which was odd as the reservation already had our 7 names on it, but also reasonable considering the very low price. After our stay I can honestly say that the original price of 8€ for 7 is the maximum I would have paid for this place. The rooms themselves are not too bad and in line with the Chinese standard (quite right, very hard and slim futon mattresses), but also clean sheets and good privacy with curtains. The real issue with this place are the bathrooms. First of all there are only two of them for more than 20 people. Secondly, they are nothing short of disgusting. One of them is a room with a squatting toilet, a sink and a shower that smells like piss worse than a public toilet. The second one has a Western toilet with a broken toilet seat and a shower without a shower head (basically like a garden hose). I normally don't complain about these things as I'm used to traveling on a budget. But as I said, these are things I would have totally accepted if the price I paid was indeed the original one I made a reservation for. Especially because for that price (as a group of 7) you can find cheaper and nicer options in the same area. I would not recommend this place unless you really can't find anything cheaper or better, or if you want to be very close to the civic center. Definitely not a good place to stay more than 1 night.
