Hotel 3-Star di Amazonas, Colombia

The place was a nice get away vacation for us and we enjoyed our trip! It has an additional desk called Selvatours with optional tours that are mostly worthwhile. Unfortunately, however, we had a little bit of difficulty getting a hold of them during Semana Santa (when our reservation was booked) to find out how to schedule everything and get there by boat (we had to show up and figure everything out ourselves manually), so I think the service piece can be improved upon. Also, the trip.com website needs to get in touch with them to get the phone number(s) correct because the current one does not work. Overall we still enjoyed it.

Чудесные апартаменты со всеми удобствами, замечательные хозяева и персонал! В номерах есть абсолютно всё, что нужно. Удобный санузел, кровать, диваны, кресла, тихий кондиционер, кухня, плита, холодильник с водой, набор посуды, отличный вайфай, ТВ. Комнаты чистые и красиво оформлены. В бронирование включён бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта в отель и обратно. Хозяева помогли с организацией отдыха, нашли хорошего гида. Спасибо Дженни и Либардо за незабываемый отдых! Буду рад вернуться сюда снова!

Cheap price, kitchen, hanger for clothes, first seen after two months of playing, service is good, breakfast but more ordinary breakfast, no hot water, air conditioning needs to pay

Simple hotel with great dinner but breakfast is very moderate . Service of staff is super also the tours that are arranged by hotel are super and not expensive. Some negative is really breakfast for the rest in terms of price quality ratio is great
