호텔이 큰 길 가에 위치하는데 창문이 방음이 되지 않는 나무 창이어서 차 소리가 시끄러웠다. 또한 객실이 너무 작아 캐리어를 펼 공간이 부족해 힘들었다. 샤워 부스도 매우 작아 불편했고, 호텔 주차장이 상당히 떨어져 있는 곳에 있어 이동이 번거로웠다. 하지만 직원들은 모두 매우 친절했고, 방 교환을 해주지 못해 미안해 했고, 그런 이유인지 모르겠지만 조식을 무료로 이용하게 해주었다. 또한 호텔 건너편 식당을 10% 할인된 가격으로 이용이 가능하다.

Avevo prenotato la solita camera matrimoniale al primo piano, ma quando sono arrivato in camera mi sono trovato i letti separati. Quindi sono ritornato in reception e mi hanno messo su una camera al 5 piano non all’altezza delle camere dei piani inferiori.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, in the center of Mestre, with a lot of dining options, 2 minutes walk to a direct bus to Venice and a tram to train station.
The room was very warm, clean, the breakfast delicious with a nice variety of food choices. Would recommend for a stay in Venice. Amazing value for the price.

We stayed just one night on our way home. The location is great because it's 3 minutes walk for the beach .They have also free park place (limited).The breakfast was included in price, not a rich one but it was ok.
The room is small but clean,I had also a terrace with a table and 2 chairs, and laundry dryer. Comfortable beds,everything functional besides one lamp .It was no luxury but for three stars it was ok.

The hotel was clean and the service was amazing, all the staff were super friendly and helpful which definitely contributed to an amazing user experience. The location though is not the most convenient as it is not close to any major cities but since most get here by car this is not a big issue. Next to the hotel there is also a decently sized mall where you will find a Laundry store, a supermarket and a grocery store within walking distance.

I was greeted by the enthusiasm and patience of the hotel owner! ! Because I was very happy that night and a little tipsy. I told the boss that I wanted to jump into the swimming pool naked, and the boss did not refuse, and also prepared a bath towel for me and asked me to pay attention to my body! He is really a very warm-hearted person!! Breakfast is also very sufficient! ! Before I checked out, the boss even gave me a bath towel with their hotel logo for me to keep as a souvenir. Il proprietario dell'hotel è una persona molto entusiasta! ! Perché? Prima di tutto, lo ammiro molto. È in servizio di notte e lavora sodo! In secondo luogo, questo hotel ha una lounge e puoi goderti la musica e il bellissimo paesaggio di notte! ! Poiché il mio amico ha detto di portarmi fuori in altri posti, sono tornata in hotel molto tardi quella sera. Sono stata accolta dall'entusiasmo e dalla pazienza del proprietario dell'hotel! ! Perché ero molto felice quella sera e un po' alticcia. Ho detto al capo che volevo tuffarmi in piscina nuda, e il capo non ha rifiutato, e ha anche preparato un asciugamano da bagno per me e mi ha chiesto di prestare attenzione al mio corpo! È davvero una persona molto cordiale!! Anche la colazione è molto sufficiente! ! Prima di fare il check-out, il capo mi ha persino dato un asciugamano da bagno con il logo del loro hotel da tenere come souvenir. Grazie mille! ! Overall, it’s a great option for travelers looking for budget-friendly accommodation near Venice without compromising on comfort and facilities. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxed base to explore the city.

ЮЮрий ХлутковWe’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments around the world, from tiny rooms to beautiful villas, and this was honestly our first experience like this.
We arrived around 2:30 PM, right after check-in time. There is no elevator, but that’s completely understandable for an old Venetian building. We carried our luggage to the third floor, and while my wife was speaking with the host, we suddenly found out that the bathroom was shared with another room.
This was a huge surprise for us because on Trip.com the booking clearly mentioned private facilities in the room and a shower. Only later did we realize that the bathroom was actually outside the room and shared between two rooms, with separate keys for the wooden bathroom door. The bathroom itself was clean and decent, but for us this completely changed the experience. We have never stayed in a place with a shared bathroom before, and finding this out only at check-in was very disappointing.
Another frustrating point was the check-out policy. Check-out was at 10:00 AM, which we already knew from the booking, but honestly this was only the second time in my life I’ve seen such an early check-out time — and I’ve probably booked more than 200 hotels. I think the only earlier one I ever had was 9:30 AM. I genuinely do not understand why there needs to be a 4-hour gap between check-out and check-in for cleaning a room that does not even have a private bathroom.
On top of that, the host said it was impossible to leave luggage after check-out because she had “negative experiences” before. So after an already disappointing stay, this just added another layer of inconvenience.
Other downsides:
* terrible pillows — sleeping felt like your head was at a 90-degree angle;
* extremely poor sound insulation, you can hear literally every movement from other guests;
* in the shower there was nothing except hand soap near the sink — no shampoo, no conditioner, no basic amenities.
Positive points:
* very good location;
* the room itself was clean;
* coffee was available in the room.
Unfortunately, the bathroom situation completely overshadowed all the positives for us. Because of that, I would rate this place 2/5.

The hotel's location is superb, within walking distance of major attractions, making getting around incredibly easy. The room was clean, tidy, and well-lit, with soft, comfortable bedding and a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in efficient and paying attention to thoughtful details. The breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted great. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and I would choose it again next time.

AAdam23We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations.
You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right!
We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed.
The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible.
A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated.
Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus.
All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

GGuest UserWe arrived at the most expensive hotel (AU$1600 for 3nts, 2 adults) we had ever stayed at, there was no lift to our room on the 1st floor.
I struggled to carry 2 suitcases with no assistance from the gentleman in reception up to the 1st-floor room. This would be very difficult if we were older & unable to carry our cases.
The wi-fi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the public areas - even though we were told it would.
The bedroom had multiple squashed mosquitos on the walls next to the bed.
The lace curtain had a couple of cigarette burns on it.
The bedcover had a cigarette burn on it.
The telephone handset cable was not connected to the .telephone - I tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay in the socket.
The safe was not working.
The instructions to use the safe were so old & worn out you couldn't read them.
The shower wouldn't work properly, so I had to call the person in reception to assist us in getting it working.
You had to get out of the shower cubicle to retrieve shower gel/shampoo/soap. There was nowhere in the shower to put these items. There was no room in the shower at all. I moved the stool in the bathroom to put my shower gel on it & two legs fell off the stool.
The toilet roll holder wouldn't hold the toilet roll and it kept falling off.
The bathroom bin was broken and filthy
The breakfast ran until 10 am, the bread ran out & was not replaced & this was before 9 am.
I am a travel agent & book many guests to stay in cities around the world including Venice
I was upset that this hotel was an extremely poor standard and felt like it ruined the end of my beautiful holiday in Italy.
We would be extremely grateful if you could offer us a credit for our next hotel booking with trip.com, we are in the process of booking our November Asia tour.

The booking description said it had one double bed and one sofa bed, but it's actually a suite with two double beds and four people, which exceeded my expectations! The shower room is a bit narrow; you might accidentally bump your arm (I'm a medium-sized person). If you like to drink water in the room, bring your own kettle; the capsule coffee in the room is quite good! You can adjust the air conditioning temperature yourself in 10 minutes (my family members are very efficient). Breakfast is a standard white meal; it might be a bit slow on Sunday due to the crowds, but it's much better on Monday.

Lo que podría mejorar son las instrucciones del check-in, ya que les contacté con bastante anticipación por la app para hacer el check-in y aún así tuve problemas al llegar. Lo bueno es que responden y solucionan rápido, debo destacar eso. La vista desde nuestra habitación era preciosa, daba a un pequeño patio. Recomiendo sin dudas
