Hotel 3-Star di Chu, Kyrgyzstan

Very nice stay. Loved the breakfast, so many options, different everyday. Staff at the reception speaks good English and were very helpful.

Menurut saya untuk hostel yang Harga diatas 200 rb tapi dorm room sangat tidak worth it Kamar nya luas, meja makan bagus dapur ada Pelayanan C S juga bagus Yang tidak bagus adalah Staff cleaning services sangat arrogant Pas saya masak mie instan staff cleaning services marah2 ngedumel dan kayaknya dia gak suka kita masak Padahal itu fasilitas yang disedikan Satu lagi yang paling tidak worth it adalah Kasur nya sangat jelek, sekali di duduki langsung benyek Trus kasurnya sangat tidak proper karena asal kita bergerak maka akan mengeluarkan suara ( ngek ngek ) Truss disini mostly tamu local yang tidak punya tata krama Cukup sekali kesini

We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. The room was clean and cozy, equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The water pressure in the shower was so strong it felt like a great massage. The hotel staff are young, friendly and very attractive, always ready to help. Special thanks to the lady working as the head chef in the kitchen for the delicious breakfasts. She always smiled, which created a wonderful atmosphere in the dining room. We can definitely recommend this hotel. And if we ever find ourselves in Bishkek again, we'll stay at this hotel once more.

My three-night visit was absolutely delightful. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was consistently clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area, and returning each evening felt like coming home. It was the perfect base for my long weekend, offering both relaxation and convenience. I will definitely be returning.

We love the hotel as it is right in the citycentre. Therr is a mini market and fastfood restaurant just next to the hotel. There is free water refill both cold and hot. And there is free flow of coffee and tea. The receptionist is very helpful. She arranged for our private car transfer from Bishkek direct to our hotel in Almaty. Recommended!

Wirklich schönes und sauberes Hostel aber leider ist nachts echt laut und heiß in den 2er Zimmern. Meine Matratze war auch durchgelegen. Konnte nur sehr schlecht schlafen

I enjoyed the peacefulness of this palace like hotel with its lovely rooftop for sunset viewing. The room was comfortable, reasonably priced, and clean. I appreciated the relaxation of the onsite private spa that was a lovely surprise to my stay. The staff were helpful in providing guidance for city landmarks and attendng to any requests I had. Highly recommend it!

The hotel is centrally located. A bit old but clean and spacious. The only thing I would complain about is the air con which doesn’t work very well.

The reception is not helpful, aircondition is not working, we requested for fan but they do not have a fan, the room was too warm. During breakfast, as we are rushing because we have a tour to go, we were not allowed to have breakfast, none of the staff were helpful, the old lady in the kitchen was so rude, she wouldn’t let us have a small quick breakfast, even if it’s already 8 am , the start of breakfast.  I will not recommend this hotel
