From the moment I arrived, the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere and attentive service set a positive tone for my stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who were eager to assist with any questions. Their professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel comfortable right away. The lobby itself was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating a great first impression. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as housekeeping clearly maintained high standards throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures and a good supply of toiletries. One of the highlights of Lavitor Hotel was its convenient location. It provided easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply enjoy a quiet evening nearby, everything was within reach. The hotel’s amenities added extra value to the experience. Oolga.snegurovaThis is a new hotel. The room was tidy and clean (on the 2nd floor). The shower had hot water, but the pressure was weak. Soundproofing was poor. Early in the morning, I could clearly hear people moving in the hallways and doors slamming. Otherwise, everything was great. The staff were responsive. I was able to send clothes for laundry. The room had a toothbrush, soap, shampoo, and shower gel. There was no hairdryer.

KKeleThe hotel was quite clean. It's located in the city center. The receptionist understands English. The milk at breakfast was cold... which is a bit unsuitable for Chinese tourists. Everything else was fine. The cereal was particularly sweet.

GGuest UserOverall, room was spacious and as described. Toilet flush was getting stuck a lot. Location is near the Osh Bazaar and as per the locals, the area is a bit unsafe at night. Location is further away from Ala-Too Square and those areas. The kitchen was useful. The courtyard is large and spacious and good for resting if you don't want to go out to sightsee when it's hot. The front desk could look into better restaurant recommendations. The ones they recommended were soso. Overall, good value for price. I would stay here again.

SSabrinaThe lady at the front desk is very nice, speaks good English, and contacted in advance. She also helped to call a taxi for airport pick-up. The price-performance ratio is OK. If you don't have high requirements, you can choose? The breakfast is OK.

GGuest UserThis hotel was fantastic! It was super clean and the location is close to the city center. The shower also had hot water right away. The breakfast was just right too. I stayed here for a 10-day business trip, and what I appreciated most was the laundry service. For just a few hundred yen per load, they would wash and dry about 4-5 days' worth of clothes and return them neatly folded. At other hotels, they usually charge per item which ends up being ridiculously expensive, so this was a huge help. There are also many restaurants nearby and a 24-hour supermarket. I'd definitely like to stay here again when I come back to Bishkek!
