We loved everything! The room was clean, and we watched the fireworks and other shows from the balcony every day. Towels were changed daily, and the room was cleaned every three days. We stayed in several places on the island, but this one was the best in terms of location and service. We went to the beach by bike—a 10-minute drive with white sand!—but there's also a free shuttle from the cable car ticket office. The room comes with all the necessary utensils for cooking, which is very convenient!

Everything was great. The house is nice, clean. The private pool is really comfortable. The hosts are friendly, they helped us book breakfast and used the tour tram to take us to Sonasea night market for free. The beach is also just 3 minutes walk away.

There is an elevator service, close to important points, but when I went there was the constant sound of construction work and the water pump was very loud. The air conditioner was not very cool and there were no staff at all times as stated. The breakfast provided was delicious, but you have to walk to the restaurant yourself because the staff is not there in the morning. It is recommended to ask for the name of the restaurant when you check in.

I stayed here for 18 nights and was very satisfied. I chose this place based on reviews about the new bungalows and the friendly owners — and everything turned out exactly as described.
Accommodation
The bungalows were designed by the eldest son of the family that owns the hotel. Inside you’ll find brick walls, natural wood, and a beautiful shower made from real stone. All the equipment is new: a good air conditioner, a TV, and a minibar. The Wi-Fi was fast enough for remote work — video calls worked without any issues.
Facilities
There is an on-site mini market with a nice selection of wine, scooter rental, and a laundry service. I was told they plan to open their own café-restaurant in December. Prices are reasonable, and everything you need is right here — I never had to look for services elsewhere.
Location
Guests can use the beach of the hotel next door — it’s a 5-minute walk. The beach is clean and well-maintained. A tourist street with bars and cafés is just three minutes away, and this area of the island has especially beautiful sunsets.
Atmosphere and Service
This is a family-run hotel, and you can feel it. The owners work with genuine care and attention to every guest. They listen to feedback, keep improving the place, and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
After 18 days, I can say this place is made with heart. I would happily stay here again.

Everything was great. Tony is very friendly and helpful - always trying to help and advise. There is a favorable exchange rate for dollars and very cheap laundry (at the time of writing the review, 75 rubles for two washes per kg: white and colored). The breakfast is hearty: we ate mostly pho bo.
The rooms are small, but cozy. We were there in the low season, so from the street everything was quiet, like in the high season, I don't know.
The level of English in the hotel is higher than the average on the island - complex grammatical constructions will not be understood, but in simple English you can easily communicate 😂

The hotel has no private grounds, housed in colorful, low-rise buildings. Contactless check-in is available. There's no one at reception; a girl works only during the day to clean the rooms. They left our key card on the ground floor at reception, and the doors were open (the entrance).
The room has two large double beds, with a meter of space between them and the wall. Space is limited. The refrigerator is small, but surprisingly, it freezes well.
Water (0.375 ml) was replenished daily for three people.
There's a balcony, but no table or chairs (you can request extra). They brought us one chair upon request. Overall, my suggestion for the hotel would be to add a table and chairs.
The beach is a 7-10 minute walk away. Free sun loungers are available, along with a bar, cafe, and restrooms.
The location is great for relaxation. Close to the Lake of Love and the evening show. Everything is close by. Very convenient. If your goal is to travel and not have to spend time in your room, this is a great choice.

Overall the room is quite clean. You can request to rent motorbike with them, if you are unable to get any source from external service provider. Compliment to the short hair lady as she tried her best to solve all my inquiries. Unlike the other lady, she asked me to Google myself. This is why a 4 stars was rated instead of 5 stars.

Unexpectedly - the hotel owners are Russian! Very kind and hospitable in Russian)) Gave a lot of advice. Helped with exchanging money. Cooked pilaf, which I slept through) in general, good people.
The hotel itself:
Excellent location - the sea is a 5-minute walk away, shops and cafes are nearby. The square where the evening show takes place is around the corner, a two-minute walk away. In the hotel itself, you can order breakfast and buy drinks at the same price as in a store.
The rooms are clean, freshly renovated. There is a kettle and everything you need. If you want, you can cook for yourself in the shared kitchen on the first floor - there is a stove, microwave and dishes.

Отличный мини-отель. Меня смутило, что вход через массажный салон, но сам номер оказался просторный, чистый, с удобными кроватями.
Владелец очень отзывчивый человек, проявлял максимальную заботу о нас. Регулярно менял полотенца и белье.
Расположение отеля тоже прекрасное - на спокойной улочке в минуте от центральной достопримечательности Grand world.

We booked a Beachfront bungalow. It's the best choice in this resort. Room amenities are not enough. They do not provide toiletries. They do not provide shampoo, shower gel etc. so you must carry your own toiletries.
The property is old and not maintained well. The owner may be a miser person or he does not have enough money to renovate his property.
The location is 10/10. Just on the beach. Check photos.
They have a nice Beachfront restaurant serving vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food prepared in the Vietnamese style.
Room service standards are below average.
We are 100% vegetarian. So we ordered our food from outside and went to the hotel restaurant to eat our food.
It was highly surprising and sad that hotel management denied us to sit in the restaurant as we ordered food from outside. It was utterly surprising and sad for us.
They asked for an additional VND 100,000 per person to sit in the restaurant. This was ridiculous. We never faced such humiliation at any other hotel in vietnam.

The air conditioner in the room pleased - without it it would be difficult. Sometimes we saw geckos, spiders - but they did not interfere with life)
There is a cafe at the hotel - this is probably the only place nearby where you can buy something (the nearest village is about 3 km away), the prices in it are appropriate - everything is more expensive than in populated areas. Bike for rent 200,000
The beach is clean, sun loungers are often free, the sea is warm, if you walk along the coast to the south (5 minutes walk) you can get to the beach near the golf club - there is generally beauty (as in the Bounty advert) not a single person per kilometer of clean coast and palm groves)

Positive feeedback:
1. Clean Room
2. All the facilities in the room well maintained
3. Beautiful Bathroom
4. Comfortable bed and pillow.
5. Bottle water provided daily
Negative feedback:
1. Lots of Lizard's (inside and outside the room)
2. Bed comforters are too small for 2 person
3. Television channels are not clear. Bad pictures.
4. Staff at hotel doesn't speak english. Very hard to communicate.
5. Security and CCTV are not well observed. Had difficulty to sleep at night due to a stranger knocked the door 2AM at night two days in the row. Called reception and was told no one outside the door and no action was taken. Checked CCTV the day after and realize there was a drunk guy with bare foot standing outside the room knocking the door.

I prefer white and bright environment so it will look brighter and neater . there was ”creeting” sound when the doors was open or close in all the toilet shower rooms
which was very scary and erie. I also prefer the lights in the toilet to be whitle lights instead of dim lights. Please up grade on your toilet door.and the lights.

EElena OExcellent value for money. Conveniently located, near clean beach, night market, shops, exchangers. The sea is clean, there is a path for walking. There is a shared kitchen, if you need to cook you can rent a bike. The owner is very responsive, helped with everything. Despite the proximity of the food court, the room is very quiet, there is a balcony with a table and a chair.The room has a kettle, fridge, safe, hairdryer, towels changed every day, cleaning too.I liked everything, prolonged for a couple of days.

GGeezusMI definitely recommend if you're on a budget (or not) and want something simple with a good service. The hotel is 10mn walk from the Harbour which is convenient when you have a 7am boat to catch.
The service is great, the room was cosy and clean with a fridge, A/C + vents. They provide towels, slippers, toiletry travel set (shower gel + shampoo, shower cap, toothbrush and toothpaste). You can ask for your luggage to be stored if need be.
