Hotel 2-Star di Parana, Brazil

The hotel staff are very sympathetic and clear all the doubts. I found the hotel very pleasant, we came in family and we have no complaints, only breakfast could start earlier than the schedule we have to go out for the tours, breakfast is very good, You have a lot of options (I believe people who complain about coffee are used to eating a lot of breakfast because I have nothing to complain, various options) I was afraid of the negative assessments, but I do not have any complaints in my view. The rooms are simple, but they meet expectations, well-established and spacious. I recommend, and the location of the hotel is not too far from anything, near markets, fairs and squares.

The hotel offers a very satisfactory structure for those looking for practical and economical accommodation. The rooms are clean and well organized, and the location is excellent. However, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff showed little interest in the guests, with attitudes that could be much more welcoming and kind. This detail negatively impacted the overall experience. Another point of improvement would be the inclusion of at least a mini-fridge in the rooms. The lack of a place to store water or other drinks in the room was an inconvenience. In general, the hotel is functional, but with adjustments in the service and small details of comfort, the stay could be significantly better.

The location is a bit off the beaten path, but not too far from the airport. It's in a more upscale residential area. The supermarket across the street is much better, and pricier, than most supermarkets in Brazil. The restaurants nearby are also on the high-end side.

Good location near the road, clean and well-organised environment, excellent staff well-performing, when you are making the reservation see if you have a freezer in the room because not everyone has this availability, It happened to me and they changed my room without any problem.

stayed four nights, our experience was perfect. location was good. property was clean. and host was also good

The facilities were clean and the location was good, so I used it comfortably. Wi-Fi is fast and fast, and breakfast is okay.

HOTEL EXCELENTE, TUDO DE ÓTIMO GOSTO E FUNCIONÁRIOS SUPER PRESTATIVOS E ATENCIOSOS

The room is very cramped! My daughter slept in a bunk bed! For those who need an overnight stay, it's great! I missed shampoo and a hair dryer. Good breakfast!
