Hotel 4-Star di Alberta, Canada

The room was clean, comfortable bed and good coffee. However the shuttle only runs once every hour which was strange for a hotel only a 10 minute drive from the airport and not convenient for some flight times. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was included but you had to order off of the menu. There was no quick buffet and we didn’t have time to sit down and wait to be served. When we said okay, can we just get a coffee to go we were told it was 3.00. And most importantly, you could hear air traffic throughout the night.

Service was fast and accurate for both in-room and at the restaurant. Check-in and check-out was swift. The doorman/valet and bell team are very friendly, gave great advice about where to go around the hotel while the concierge wasn’t there. Bathroom was small, but clean and everything you need is there. Highly recommend.

굉장히 깔끔하고 cozy한 숙소였어요. 혼자 가서 방을 썼는데 생각보다 넓고 어메니티도 나름 잘 되어있어서 만족스러웠습니다. 공항까지 셔틀버스도 운영하고 있어서 더할 나위없이 편하게 있다가요ㅎㅎ

Great service! The only feedback is that the room type deacription does not match the names thy have at the hotel.

The staff were very helpful and the bar service and food were very satisfying even when we arrived close to closing time .

Overall it was a decent stay here. Pros: -Clean room with comfortable beds -Shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. -nice clean waterpark with helpful and friendly attendant who did not rush us at the end of the night when our young kiddo was dragging his feet to avoid having to leave - heated pools and 2 water slides made the hotel more appealing for us with having our kids along Cons: - the waterpark slides did not have enough of an angle so we couldn’t get down the slides with out having to propel ourselves at times which was odd but also nearly comical -tiny rooms especially for the price. It felt a bit cramped with the limited furniture and the kids on pull out sofa. - the bathroom door provided zero privacy from the rest of the room with no sound barrier, plus it had a “frosted” glass panel as the main part of the door so it was completely see through, and was a tiny bathroom. - no in room microwave so we missed out on being able to heat up leftover takeout from our trip to help us keep costs down and reduce waste unless my husband went hunting for one to use on the main floor, but that was quite a hike when we are on 4th floor so food was cooled right down by the time it made it back to our room. - ordering from the menu at the onsite breakfast restaurant was expensive and the food was quite disappointing. My kids seemed to enjoy the breakfast buffet at least which was free for 5 & under at least.

Good location, where the bus stops right in front of the hotel, across the street. Convenient to the places of interest, restaurants, Chinatown Room was very spacious, v clean, however it did not have a safe, which I thought it was weird as the receiptionist said that the room is an upgraded one.

Spacious king suite. Very clean. Good tea and coffe facilities with fridge and microwave in room also. Pool and jacuzzi also good.

Shuttle was very fast and easy! My only suggestion is that the booking include more details about where to go at the Calgary airport to.catch the shuttle and whether guests have to call for pick up or if it runs on a set schedule how often it picks up.
