Persekitarannya indah, bersandar di kaki gunung belerang, sangat indah, hotel ini agak tua tetapi tidak menjejaskan keindahannya! Perkhidmatannya sangat baik, tetapi bayaran letak kenderaan agak tidak munasabah! Sarapan tidak termasuk. Sarapan di restoran agak mahal. Kerana wabak itu, pelayan menghantar bilik itu terus ke bilik, yang mana senang! sangat bagus!

Cet hôtel est neuf et sent littéralement le neuf. Il n’y a vraiment rien à redire. C’est propre, décoré avec soin et la localisation est centrale. Le mini bar de la chambre avec des produits plus ou moins atypique est une bonne idée pour appuyer le concept boutique de l’hôtel. Pour soulever un point « négatif », le stationnement payant de l’hôtel est peut-être légèrement trop chers. Je recommande sans hésiter cette adresse.

My family stayed here for one night upon our arrival in Calgary since our flight wasn't scheduled to arrive until 10 pm and we were heading out to Banff the next day. It was a good thing that we did as our checked luggage got delayed for a day and it took a until 1130 pm until we were able to arrive at the hotel due to the paperwork involved. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from baggage claim. Our first impression upon check in was that it was a modern hotel with good service. We quickly checked in and then came back down to try to grab some dinner. Last call at the restaurant was at 11:45. Only a limited menu was available since the kitchen had already started cleaning up, so we ordered a burger, fish and chips, a reuben, and a salad. After a 10 minute wait, the food came out and it was really good. Everything was cooked very well, and even my wife who doesn't like salad, wanted more salad. I would rate the restaurant as a place worth visiting as a standalone restaurant. The next morning, my kids had a complementary breakfast due to my titanium status which they enjoyed as well. My wife went down later and had the salmon and another salad which she ate every single bite of. The hotel is also located right next to the car rental counters so it was a 2 minute walk to get our rental car when we left for Banff. I highly recommend this airport hotel when you are in Calgary and be sure to eat at the restaurant. We're planning to stop in for a bite before our departing flight.

This location is so perfect if you want to walk around the streets of Calgary. My room was a standard King it was the best experience I’ve ever had. They just had a moment of tech issues when it comes to claiming my breakfast voucher, but aside from that, the staff were so nice, they kept the room clean, the amenities were so worth it.

The service at this hotel is superb. The front desk staff were so helpful and considerate. The facilities are exceptional. The food was excellent. The room was lovely and the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. All amenities were considered. Robes in the closet, Keurig coffee machine with generous supplies. I did not see the other guest amenities as I had just arrived from an international flight, was a late check-in and was booked for one night only. I would positively book here again.

An amazing hotel. Fairmont gold dining room / lounge is impressive. Great 33m indoor pool and fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and Bow river. from the hotel. This is a beautiful, classically styled, expensive and impressive resort. Self Parking is a 3 min walk to the hotel. Take a 10 min bus ride into Banff Ave. Bus tickets for guests are complimentary. Banff is a very picturesque town and well worth a visit. Banff avenue points directly at Cascade mountain for an amazing view every time you walk out to the street.

Seemed under staffed. Long wait times. Took 40 minutes waiting in line to check in. Long wait times with the servers were delivering room service while waiting on tables too. Our room was missing coffee items.

Check in took a bit of a long time but the staff was very helpful. Highlight of this hotel is definitely the water park. The water slides are so much fun for the kids and even though there is no lifeguard, the pool is relatively safe for 7 years old and above taken into account the depth of the pool. Remember to bring your floats if your kiddos cannot swim independently yet

This is our second time to stay at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. The environment of this resort is very beautiful, which include several lakes, golf course and trails. In the meanwhile, there are good restaurants in this resort. We did enjoy the wonderful dinner at Orso Trattoria restaurant. If we visit Jasper next time, this resort will be still our top priority choice.

The hotel is great. It is clean, it looks new, and have everything well provided. The only thing that requires improvement is that we waited nearly half an hour for the shuttle from the Calgary airport. It is late for some reason. Still, overall we enjoyed the stay very much and we may come again the next time if we need a stay at somewhere near the Calgary airport.
