I enjoyed my stay here and extended by another 4 days through their own website at Rs. 498 per day. The facility was awesome in all areas I.e cleanliness, hospitality,facility,entertainment,in-house food kiosk etc. Only issue faced was cold water in the shower which is a negative as heaters were not operational & requires attention in chilly Delhi weather.

Their service is outstanding, even better than many 5-star hotels. I was initially concerned about staying in this chaotic area with my elderly mother, but the staff reassured us completely. They even helped carry our heavy suitcases the 100-meter walk from the main road to the hotel. Don’t worry about the distance… they’ll take care of you from your check in to check out.
All the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. They greet you warmly every time you come and go. When we took Ubers, they often sent someone to escort us to the main road. Even one time, the manager with formal suit helped us chasing the taxi. My mom was thoroughly impressed with the hotel.
Being a newer property, the rooms are quite clean. For Delhi standards, the value for money is excellent. Finding this level of quality in a prime location is tough. So we understand that we need to accept the environment outside this hotel… but once enter back hotel, we feel warm.
Particularly Thank you manager Tanveer. Always answer my need promptly. Hotel also helped me to receive the parcel.

My stay at this hotel was truly excellent and one of the highlights of my trip. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. The check in was smooth and I immediately felt comfortable and well taken care of.
The room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained, with great attention to detail from housekeeping every day. The amenities were thoughtful and added extra comfort to the stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the location is very convenient for exploring nearby attractions and the beach.
What stood out the most was the quality of service. Every staff member was polite, respectful, and clearly focused on guest satisfaction. I enjoyed my experience so much that I have already planned to return again in a couple of days. I am really looking forward to staying here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The Staff and the owner were kind and supportive, and the place was clean and well maintained. overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience.
Recommended, If you are looking for low budget hotel. Room has basic amenities like Wi-Fi , hot water and clean room
All the other hotels are either very pricey or not worth it in the area or nearby Uttam Nagar

However, I didn't encounter any cockroaches or other insects, so I think it's fine for a *** traveling alone.
The hotel staff are kind.
The hotel is located about a 20-30 minute walk from Delhi Station, so I think the location is good. (I didn't meet any foreigners lol)
There's a McDonald's nearby, so food is not a problem.
There are also a few local restaurants.
I think the service is good. I was really surprised when there was a sudden power outage on the first day...lol It was a great memory because it made me think, ”This is India!” lol It was restored in about 15 minutes.
There were no amenities other than towels. (It seems that hotels in India don't have blankets, toothbrush sets, etc.)
[Summary]
It's cheap and recommended for men traveling alone.
Women might want to avoid it...lol

Ttrip723I got some experiences which are unique to India so I won't regret staying here.
Most importantly, it was totally safe inside and I had a relatively good sleep.
The best thing to note is they were so kind.
I was able to write the owner’s name and address for applying India visa that was successfully approved, and they offered the completely free and safe taxi from the airport to the hotel.
That was really helpful for me, who was moving by myself. Thank you so much.
The downside is it was too humid that I was like an absorbent. It's not because of this hotel but because of Delhi, though.
The area was not so safe, though it’s so close from the center. Anyway now I’m back home totally safe so it was no problem!

PPleasant JourneysStepping out of New Delhi Railway Station can be a bit daunting, especially at dark...we made our way straight out, crossed the street and entered Paharganj via the Bazaar. A smiling face directed us another 200 metres and down a narrow lane to the hotel, situated cozily within what might have seemed a maze. Smiles again as we entered ” Welcome, we're expecting you!” A comfortable room, hot water and a good night's rest...for a reasonable price.
We found a good breakfast nearby and ecwn did some shopping, then continued on to our next destination. Fun travels - Pleasant Journeys!

AAJPictonGrace Home is located in a nice and secure part of Saket. The home itself is very old so you need to get use to some of its quirks.
It is very simple with no fanciness but clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating.
You are within walking distance from street food, parks and some of the major take away food chains. There is a cinema too if you wanted to catch the latest Bollywood movie!
