The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for travel. Especially coming from the airport, the 777 bus goes directly, and it's only about a 10-minute walk after getting off. The rooms are spacious and have balconies, and the service is good.

The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the pier. They don't provide bottled water, and there's no facility to get drinkable water, so you'll need to buy your own from the supermarket. Drying clothes on the balcony is prohibited, so bring extra swimsuits or a portable drying device. The shower easily wets the bathroom floor.

My stay at Meriton Suites Broadbeach on the Gold Coast far exceeded expectations. The location is superb; it's just a few minutes' walk to the white sandy beach, and conveniently close to the light rail station and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, making getting around, dining, and shopping incredibly easy. My high-floor unit featured a panoramic floor-to-ceiling window balcony directly overlooking the magnificent coastline. I could watch the sunrise over the ocean in the morning and enjoy the sunset with a sea breeze in the evening – the views were expansive and incredibly relaxing. The apartment has a complete home layout, with a full kitchen and a washer/dryer combo, which was very convenient for buying seafood and cooking ourselves. The room was clean and dry, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The complex offers two swimming pools, a gym, and a sauna, all surrounded by lush tropical greenery, creating a peaceful and serene environment. The 24-hour front desk service was attentive and thoughtful, and the WiFi was stable and fast. This place is perfect for both couples on holiday and families on a short stay, making it an excellent choice for accommodation on the Gold Coast. I will definitely prioritize booking here again on my next visit.

This hotel is centrally located in Gold Coast, making it suitable for getting anywhere, and transportation is readily available. If convenience is your priority, this place is a good choice. Room service is also excellent, and it offers great value for money. Service: There was a welcome drink upon check-in, and the staff were all friendly, though there was no Chinese-speaking service.

The hotel rooms are fully equipped with kitchenware, a washing machine, and a dryer – everything you could possibly need, it's so complete!

I don’t know if they were short-staffed or just spiritually opposed to consistency, but cleaning was less “meticulous upkeep” and more “vague suggestion.” Every day was a fresh new episode of What Will They Forget This Time? Towels? Maybe. Trash bins? Who knows. Soap? That’s a Tuesday-only luxury, apparently. One day the bed was made, but the sinks and mirrors clearly hadn’t been touched. Another day, they left their cleaning supplies in the bathroom—so at least some effort was made, I guess? The shower floor remained perpetually sandy, a charming little ecosystem of ants set up camp in our kitchenette, and the grand finale: we returned from a day exploring the stunning Daintree to find our room door left wide open. Thanks, housekeeping. Truly unforgettable. By day five I wasn’t even mad, I was invested. Was this performance art? Were we part of a social experiment? Is this how minimalism starts? So yeah, stunning hotel, flawless front desk, but housekeeping? Shithouse! Blinds are filthy in the rooms and no sheer curtains for day time privacy. Would I return? Maybe. But I’m bringing my own towels. And a mop.
