Hotel 5-Star di Bahia, Brazil

The location and significance of this hotel is unknown. I thought it was a hotel by the sea, but it was not by the sea. It is not very safe to walk to the sea or to the surrounding restaurants (the security guard said). The hotel's swimming pool is small and average. Breakfast was mediocre. The location is an hour away from the city. Although the service attitude is very good, it is difficult to give high marks.

I had an amazing time at Wish Hotel da Bahia! The hotel is clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always making me feel comfortable and cared for. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of fresh options and great variety each morning. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salvador!

The resort claims to be 5 stars, but the service is 1 star. Since it is a 5 star resort, you would expect the service to be up to par, but the reality is that to get drinks at the bars and around the pool you sometimes have to wait in line at the counters. If it were a 5 star resort, there would be waiters serving around the pool. On the beach, the service is even worse. There is only one small bar where drinks are not served, and the draft beer offered is Itaipava. If you want to drink a beer on the sand, you will have to walk to the bar to get one beer at a time, because the ”hotel” does not provide ice buckets to put the drinks in. It claims to be all inclusive, but if you go to the bar and ask for a bottle of any drink other than beer, you will not receive it, because according to them, it is dangerous to walk around with bottles. In other words, I am 4 years old again and I cannot have a bottle in my hands. I asked for a bottle of gin to drink in my room, as I wasn't in the mood to stay at the bar and get shots. The supervisor in question refused to give me the bottle and said that they don't provide them, so it's only theoretically all-inclusive. Most of the employees have zero charisma and no desire to work, which is understandable considering that the employee is taking on multiple roles and has to serve 30 people at the same time.

Wonderful hosting! The hotel is a delicious, after the stay the hotel name made full sense, it is to really fall in love! The receptionists Ana and Julia are two foffs, high astral, animated and very educated! All staff were very friendly and collaborative, breakfast is exceptional and the coffee suite is extremely comfortable. It was perfect!

A cozy, spacious room, well equipped, worried with all details to please guests. The hotel restaurant is wonderful... Another special point, which deserves the attention of the officials, mainly Marcelo, Clariane, Waanderson, Bruno, Pipi, Nai and Adson .
