Hotel 5-Star di Bogota, Colombia

The hotel's shuttle service is back this year, which is super convenient. You can catch the shuttle at Gate 1 on the 1st floor of the airport. They'll send you a timetable once you've booked. Breakfast is decent, and luggage storage is available. While the windows don't open, the view is still quite nice.

Located in the rich area, in the office building, the safety and health of access is tall. There are Japanese dishes downstairs, Mexican dishes, local South American dishes, very convenient, and the service is polite and thoughtful. recommend.

Some of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and very respectful, but there were some gentlemen who was quite rude, and there was a young bartender who kept harassing us for more tips even though it was on the bill. When we checked in we parked across the street the car was outside for 5 minutes the security watched the tow truck take the car and then they came in when the car was already loaded it almost seemed like they were in cahoots with each other, but I can't confirm that, but it seemed a little odd that they watched I'll call get towed cost us over a million and a half pesos to get out car back

The room condition was very clean and tidy, and it was convenient because it was directly connected to the shopping mall.

The room is very big, the hotel is clean and the facilities are very good. The only drawback is that it is far from the center.

Me informaram um valor aproximado de 20 dólares, mas a conversão para pesos colombianos estava com uma taxa muito alta, o que fez o custo final em dólares ficar consideravelmente mais caro do que o esperado. Outro ponto a considerar é que a rua principal em frente ao hotel fecha aos domingos para a ciclovia, o que pode dificultar um pouco a saída ou o transporte para o aeroporto nesse dia. No geral, recomendo o hotel pela estrutura e serviço, mas vale planejar o transporte de domingo e ficar atento ao câmbio aplicado no restaurante.

The best NH hotel in Bogotá consistently excellent service and comfort. One detail to reconsider: breakfast is now charged separately at $17, unlike previous stays when it was included. For guests staying multiple nights, this policy feels out of step. I hope they revisit this.🧘🏻♂️ On the other hand the steam room is super!

Stayed here many times. The location is very good. It is close to shopping malls and many entertainment venues. Safety is also guaranteed. It is really a wealthy area.

Almost every time I go to Bogota, I will live in this hotel, or the Marriott next door The price/performance ratio of this hotel is slightly higher in comparison, the service is quite good, and the decoration is not bad. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside is that the breakfast is pretty much the same every day (which can't be helped).

Would recommend! Safe area and great services. I made 2 bookings separately and they arranged to have to stay in the same room (free upgrade) with late checkout as well!
