入住體驗非常好，所有的工作人員都很nice，幫忙打印登機牌，主動幫忙叫車，而且響應速度很快，沒有西班牙的“懶散感”，對比馬德里的onlyyou，這家真的讓人很驚喜！ 酒店裝修很不錯，房間大小合適，也非常乾淨 一樓的餐廳味道還可以，照着Google map上的推薦點就行，不踩雷，但不要點rice了，非常非常鹹 總結來説，如果再來塞維利亞，我會再次入住！

I extended my stay at the hotel because there were issues with my booking at another hotel. The second stay was better than the first one and there were no visible stains. The hotel is located next to the Alhambra and it's an uphill walk if traveling from the city centre to the hotel on foot.

We arrived during a rain storm and could not access the parking space in front of the hotel as there were two busses and a police van occupying the space. We later learned that the busses belonged to an Italian soccer team that was staying at the hotel and that was given priority over all other, less important, guests. Since we could not stop in front of the hotel and had no idea where to go, we were forced to drive around the block in heavy rain and traffic. We eventually found our way to the enormous underground parking garage, which serves as the parking garage for a mall, offices, conference center and the hotel. The garage was poorly marked and we could not find the the right elevator/exit for the hotel. After exiting at the wrong place and getting soaked from the rain, we eventually found the entrance to the hotel, which was on the opposite side. A porter was sent to accompany us back to the parking garage to show us the way. The porter told us that this is an everyday occurrence when guests get lost in the parking garage or take the wrong elevators due to poor signage. When we expressed our grievances to the reception staff, they argued and told us that there were signs. Later that night, we called the reception desk asking for two wine glasses and a cork screw since there were none in the room. The receptionist informed us that it will be an extra charge to bring wine glasses and a cork screw to our room, but that we could get them from the restaurant on the 35th floor if we went to pick them up. My husband asked whether he had to bring the bottle to the restaurant to open and the receptionist said that was not necessary. When my husband went up to the restaurant and asked for the cork screw, they told him they could not give it to him as it was very expensive and they needed it. As a result, my husband had to return to the room and bring the wine bottle to the restaurant. Prior to our arrival, my husband sent an email to the hotel requesting certain information, but did not receive a response. When we asked the reception staff why there was no response to our email, they told us that we sent it to an email box that does not go to them. The next day it became clear to us that they had full access to the mail box since they asked us if we were still interested in the booking we requested in our email. In addition to the poor service, the room decor and furniture looked cheap and the shower and WC were very small. Although we booked the hotel for two nights, we decided to leave the next day. Upon departure, we called for help with our luggage, but there was no answer so we did not get any help. This is the worst five star hotel experience we ever had and the first and last time we will ever stay at a Eurostar hotel.

La amabilidad del personal, es sobresaliente. 10/10 , aunque como siempre hay algun que otro extranjero que pierde los papeles y tal deberia de rerimirlo. No todo es permisible por un cliente satisfecho....

Mejor imposible. Un hotel con un servicio y atencion al cliente de primera. Estoy super contento por la compra, el precio lo vale. No te arrepentirás. Hasta las habitaciones tienen rituals, el buffet del desayuno todo con cerdo ibérico para el que le guste la carne. Limpieza de diez, los restaurantes y comida de lujo. Vistas increíbles. Por cierto la ropa de cama y la cama en general super cómoda. Uno de los restaurantes tiene una estrella michellin.

Sarapannya enak, ada banyak pilihan, makan malam begitu, sesuai untuk keluarga dengan anak-anak, pemandangannya enak, beberapa perkhidmatan begitu, ada yang baik-baik saja, wang yang terlalu banyak belum dikembalikan, dan itu adalah sedang diproses.

Spent 3 nights at this hotel which is rated as 5* - a rating I don’t have any issue with. The building exterior and interior are all architecturally ‘brutal’. All surfaces are manufactured from hard materials (tile, glass, steel) - the exterior is clad in rusted steel. This type of design appeals to me so I quite liked the fact that everything had an industrial, clean cut practical feel. Location wise it sits at the end of a long well maintained park/gardens with orange trees aplenty which stretch from the railway station to the hotel and which is bordered and truncated with main roads. The downside of this is that traffic noise is evident despite the rooms being well glazed etc. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable with jacuzzi bath, two showers, double basins and separate toilet/bidet. Very helpful staff, great facilities including a nice rooftop pool, bar and sunbathing area. Breakfast was really good and well organised and there is a large enclosed courtyard which is partially covered with seating. The hotel is located within a 10 minute stroll from all the main historic attractions and extensive number of restaurants and Tabernas. Have no hesitations in recommending this hotel and would return without doubt.

My family stayed two nights in this hotel on a tour of Alhambra Palace. The outside common area of the hotel, including the dining room, was very well maintained and could deserve a 5-star rating. The rooms inside were a different story. We occupied two rooms. One was a “superior deluxe room,” and the other was a “classic city-view double room.” Both had the same price tag. The deluxe room was spacious and well-lit but had an odd arrangement with a useless bathtub in the center. Moreover, the room smelled of sewage when we entered the room—which I notified the management. They disagreed and claimed there was no sewage smell. I did not appreciate the response, as all four of our family members smelled of sewage. Nor did I escalate the issue, as our stay was short. The city-view room had a small window overlooking the city without much viewing space. The room was tiny, with two twin beds packed in the room, and was poorly lit. It felt like being in a prison cell. The shower doors in both rooms did not close fully, so the water splashed out. In short, both rooms were substandard and did not deserve the price tag at all. My recommendation to travelers is to stay elsewhere, and if you need to stay there, avoid the small “city-view” rooms and Deluxe Room #331 that smells of sewage. I got to love Spain and its people who are very friendly and helpful, but not this hotel.

We later learned that the busses belonged to an Italian soccer team that was staying at the hotel and that was given priority over all other, less important, guests. Since we could not stop in front of the hotel and had no idea where to go, we were forced to drive around the block in heavy rain and traffic. We eventually found our way to the enormous underground parking garage, which serves as the parking garage for a mall, offices, conference center and the hotel. The garage was poorly marked and we could not find the the right elevator/exit for the hotel. After exiting at the wrong place and getting soaked from the rain, we eventually found the entrance to the hotel, which was on the opposite side. A porter was sent to accompany us back to the parking garage to show us the way. The porter told us that this is an everyday occurrence when guests get lost in the parking garage or take the wrong elevators due to poor signage. When we expressed our grievances to the reception staff, they argued and told us that there were signs. Later that night, we called the reception desk asking for two wine glasses and a cork screw since there were none in the room. The receptionist informed us that it will be an extra charge to bring wine glasses and a cork screw to our room, but that we could get them from the restaurant on the 35th floor if we went to pick them up. My husband asked whether he had to bring the bottle to the restaurant to open and the receptionist said that was not necessary. When my husband went up to the restaurant and asked for the cork screw, they told him they could not give it to him as it was very expensive and they needed it. As a result, my husband had to return to the room and bring the wine bottle to the restaurant. Prior to our arrival, my husband sent an email to the hotel requesting certain information, but did not receive a response. When we asked the reception staff why there was no response to our email, they told us that we sent it to an email box that does not go to them. The next day it became clear to us that they had full access to the mail box since they asked us if we were still interested in the booking we requested in our email. In addition to the poor service, the room decor and furniture looked cheap and the shower and WC were very small. Although we booked the hotel for two nights, we decided to leave the next day. Upon departure, we called for help with our luggage, but there was no answer so we did not get any help. This is the worst five star hotel experience we ever had and the first and last time we will ever stay at a Eurostar hotel.

We can highly recommend this hotel. We had a minor issue with our room on our first night but this was resolved without question and we were moved to another room. Every single member of staff were friendly and courteous. We were a large group and reception helped us out booking excursions, restaurants and transfers. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent, served by our favourite waiter of our whole trip! Well done Radisson you should be very proud. The hotel is ideally situated for getting around the city on foot.

Great location decent hotel but room for improvement. The location is excellent right beside and almost on top of the cathedral. It is quite boutique and small but with many “attachments”. The rooftop bar which is really two bars is a major draw for guests and non residents alike. It is has a separate gelato bar, a restaurant “al lado” and a tapas bar next door all of which are good. There is a second residents bar (the corner bar) on the ground floor of the hotel and a dedicated small rooftop bar with pool (really a lap pool) for residents only. So it has lots of stuff. The rooms are decent and well appointed if a little quirky and the beds very comfortable. Some rooms have their own terraces. The breakfasts are very good and overall the staff are friendly and attentive. So that all sounds great and it is. So where’s my issue. Well I think it’s down to there being enough staff. When the rooftop bars are in full swing getting staff to come to the residents rooftop bar is tricky and slow and given the popularity of the open rooftop bars it’s often crowded there should residents wish to use these bars. Oddly enough on one wet day when the rooftop bars were closed one would have thought the inside corner bar would be manned for residents as an alternative, but no!!. This may be down to a too tight management of resources but in a five star hotel there should be staff sufficient to keep all facilities open (bar weather closures). The second issue is the noise in rooms near the rooftop bars. The insulation is insufficient and as the music is loud and thumping it is too penetrative. My advice to the hotel is the bring the volume down (which is too loud in the bars themselves to the extent that it’s hard to talk). In my opinion,You could still keep the vibe without the music being quite so loud. This would solve the communication issue in bar and also the irritated residents who can’t sleep.

Very nice hotel and staff, they are all helpful and nothing is too much. It was the cleanest hotel thus far that we stayed in. Very nice and clean beds, we slept in them like at home. The food in the hotel gets 10 points from us it was very complete, you could get almost everything

Positives: 1) Reception very professional. 2) Perfect location for both old town and shopping district. 3) Junior Suite nice size considering size of building. Bed very cosy and gorgeous bathroom with one of the best showers I’ve experienced at a 5 star and plus level. 4) Hotel spotlessly clean. Negatives: 1) The welcome drinks should be provided as in all 5 star and plus establishments upon arrival. At UNUK, you are provided with a key which you are to present during your stay. This is just a cheap scam to force customers who are paying 5 star plus prices to stay in the hotel band then pay more for extra drinks and maybe even food. I just handed the key back upon departure, very poor start and disappointing end. 2) The service at breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced. a) Except day 1 on Wednesday 15th, we were left at the breakfast entrance, despite the staff walking around an empty restaurant. On the other 3 occasions, we were rescued by one of the kind gentlemen on reception, who took our number and allowed us in. b) On Friday 17th we were abruptly told twice by the blonde lady to wait as we were ordering, seemed to be a connectivity issue, but we were never told. c) I then received a cup with a crack. Staff in a 5 star plus restaurant and the hotel management should ensure this is an absolute no no. d) On Saturday 18th we had to ask for service for the cooked food order, that’s unforgivable service. Then it got worse, The lady with the dark hair who was working the early shift, despite me showing her the menu had no idea what we were ordering. So instead of clarifying or asking a colleague just walked off and I received my breakfast, but my wife did not. Absolutely not 5 star plus, hence my 2 star rating. We will be returning to Seville, but not to Hotel UNUK.

Staff in a 5 star plus restaurant and the hotel management should ensure this is an absolute no no. d) On Saturday 18th we had to ask for service for the cooked food order, that’s unforgivable service. Then it got worse, The lady with the dark hair who was working the early shift, despite me showing her the menu had no idea what we were ordering. So instead of clarifying or asking a colleague just walked off and I received my breakfast, but my wife did not. Absolutely not 5 star plus, hence my 2 star rating. We will be returning to Seville, but not to Hotel UNUK.

Great location decent hotel but room for improvement. The location is excellent right beside and almost on top of the cathedral. It is quite boutique and small but with many “attachments”. The rooftop bar which is really two bars is a major draw for guests and non residents alike. It is has a separate gelato bar, a restaurant “al lado” and a tapas bar next door all of which are good. There is a second residents bar (the corner bar) on the ground floor of the hotel and a dedicated small rooftop bar with pool (really a lap pool) for residents only. So it has lots of stuff. The rooms are decent and well appointed if a little quirky and the beds very comfortable. Some rooms have their own terraces. The breakfasts are very good and overall the staff are friendly and attentive. So that all sounds great and it is. So where’s my issue. Well I think it’s down to there being enough staff. When the rooftop bars are in full swing getting staff to come to the residents rooftop bar is tricky and slow and given the popularity of the open rooftop bars it’s often crowded there should residents wish to use these bars. Oddly enough on one wet day when the rooftop bars were closed one would have thought the inside corner bar would be manned for residents as an alternative, but no!!. This may be down to a too tight management of resources but in a five star hotel there should be staff sufficient to keep all facilities open (bar weather closures). The second issue is the noise in rooms near the rooftop bars. The insulation is insufficient and as the music is loud and thumping it is too penetrative. My advice to the hotel is the bring the volume down (which is too loud in the bars themselves to the extent that it’s hard to talk). In my opinion,You could still keep the vibe without the music being quite so loud. This would solve the communication issue in bar and also the irritated residents who can’t sleep.
