GGuest UserThis was an amazing hotel and after the hellish experience I’d had in travelling to Taunton and other things along the way this hotel was bliss. Nicky on the desk was a lovely person and made you feel like you were lifelong friends. My room was 29 and it had everything I needed. It was clean and bright and the bed was so cosy. There was even a fridge in it! There are kitchen areas on every floor with cookers, fridges and microwaves. I loved my stay and if I ever return to Taunton I’ll definitely go back there ❤️

GGuest UserThe location is not very convenient and not sure why but the buses that stop in front of the hostel do not show on either google map or apple map so I only found out there there were direct buses after arriving the hostel. However, instead of taking buses, I highly recommend walking to the city centre as you will walk through an amazing field of grassland. The room is very spacious, cozy, and quiet. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe manager was very friendly and helpful. Our room and the rest of the hotel were spotless throughout. It was also very quiet it was fully booked but there were no noise issues.
The hotel is seconds away from the seafront and a convenience store. It is a few minutes walk to the town. If you couldn't park outside you could for free in the sidestreets adjacent, which is always a bonus!

LLaura SirenitaA very convenient location, just minutes from the bus station. And the room was comfortable and pleasant to stay at. I really enjoyed that my room had a bath as I needed to unwind at the end of the day.

GGuest UserI hadn't received the text message about the door code - and Trip.com had stated check in until 8pm, whereas the sign on the door stated 6pm.
Luckily, the door was answered - although it took time to confirm my booking - otherwise I may have been entirely stuck.
My bedside lamp wasn't working, although this was immediately replaced by the very helpful gentleman on duty. Comfortable bed, separate shared toilet and separate shared shower. Price was £46 for one night: would have been happier paying around £35 given the facilities on offer.
