Hotel 5-Star di Attica, Greece

It is simply a good hotel, not a high end 5-star hotel. The corridors are dirty and the spa area is noisy and really basic. Having stayed before at the hotel, shared the same comments and nothing has changed. It looks like the hotel focuses on the events rather on the 5-star quality service.

All the staffs have been super helpful and supportive of my special needs and the location is the heart of center of Athens. I am grateful for all staffs that assist me with my tough times in my life. Will definitely come back and stay here again. speechless for their efforts and kindness.

Meja penyambut tetamu mengatakan bahawa harga Ctrip adalah yang paling teruk, jadi saya terpaksa membayar lebih! Malam kedua menambah 130 euro. Adalah disyorkan bahawa Ctrip membuat harga lebih tepat pada masa hadapan dan memperkenalkan bilik dengan lebih terperinci! Sebagai contoh, jika kita memerlukan tab mandi, kita harus menandakannya dengan jelas supaya kita tidak perlu malu apabila sampai ke hotel! !

To nie jest hotel 5*. Dobre 3*. Nie spełnia standardów 5*. Pokoje są za małe. Nawet bardzo małe. Zamiast restauracji jest mała salka śniadaniowa. Po przyjeździe taksówką nikt nie wyszedł zabrać naszych bagaży, to standard w 4* a tym bardziej 5* hotelach, bo recepcjonista był sam. Wystrój bardzo surowy i prosty. Zwykły budynek wpasowany pomiędzy stare kamienice na Place. Widok z okien fatalny na ściany sąsiednich, zaniedbanych budynków. Brak parkingu czy nawet miejsca postojowego. To problem, bo jak przyjedzie sie taksówką abybwysiasc inwyladowac bagaze to zablokuje sie ruch na calej ulicy. Brak baru, brak restauracji z prawdziwego zdarzenia. Brak możliwości wejścia na dach, na którym można by urządzić taras z widokiem na Akropol. Śniadania dobre i bardzo urozmaicone ale wszystko zimne i wystudzone. Jajka sadzone zimne. Kawa dobra. Produkty śniadaniowe dobrej jakosci. System sterowania oświetleniem, klimatyzacją i zasłonami okien łatwy do opanowania i prosty ale to zawracanie głowy bo po wyjściu z pokoju wszystko resetuje się i trzeba ustawiać na nowo przez aplikację w smartfonie po powrocie. W rzeczywistości trwa to znacznie dłużej. Rolety nie spełniają swojego zadania bo są za daleko od okien i w pokoju jest jasno w nocy. Łazienka ładna ale ciasna bo zaprojektowana bez pomysłu. Zamiast umywalki olbrzymi zlewozmywak, który zajmuje 1/3 łazienki oraz za duża szyba pomiedzy toaletą a umywalką, do niczego nie potrzebna a ograniczająca powierzchnię. Wylewka wody w umywalce za dluga, przeszkadza w myciu a woda chlapie na ubranie. Muszla klozetowa dobra dla kobiet albo eunuchów bo nie przewiduje miejsca dla męskich narządów. Prysznic dobry z dużym ciśnieniem wody. Łatwy do regulacji. Przy łóżkach brak kontaktów tylko gniazdo USB-A, to stare rozwiązanie.

Excellent location, right in the heart of Athens. The room was exactly as shown in the photos (family room), spacious and fully equipped. Amenities in the room were of high quality (loved the scent of the toiletries!). Extra comfy bed, duvet and pillows. Highly recommended for stay! The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. From a famous restaurant like Milos, I expected something better in quality and taste. The quantities were ok, but lacking in quality. The bread was not warm, the fruit plate poor (tangerine, pear and kiwi) and the omelet indifferent, no taste at all. We didn't dine at the restaurant, so not sure whether it had to do with breakfast or with the meals in general. Very helpful staff, though.

設施：設施滿分，周圍酒店當中最好設施 衞生：衞生滿分無可挑剔 環境：環境一般，在酒店地理位置一般，兩邊都是大路，晚上玻璃隔音不行，車輛聲音和摩託車聲音炸街睡不着。追求安穩睡眠的建議看地理位置附近安靜的酒店。 服務：服務無可挑剔相當好。

Hotel was lovely, things were quite expensive, water in the mini bar was extortionately priced. Staff were all helpful.

Overall, this Hotel was good, friendliness in particular! Though we just stayed there for one nite (would have to get on board the cruise the following morning)， the Receptionist, Efie was very helpful in telling us how we could get to the port and went extra miles in sorting out the transport details for us. Also, the breakfast there was satisfactory - though the food variety was just so so, the staff was very efficient in refilling, thus, all hot stuffs were found tasty. As for the room, it was clean and tidy. The cleanliness of the bathroom was praiseworthy (I know too well that I'm very particular on the toilet hygiene standard)。 If I would re-visit Athens of Greece, this Hotel will receive my priority consideration.

Our first night stay was acceptable although the room was very short of supplied coffee making items which in turn forced us to visit the cafe who charged us €8 euros a time for a small coffee - but then the worst of all was when we learned of our cancelled cruise the day after, which meant we had to stay an extra night while we organised our change of plans, meanwhile the hotel got news of this and cashed in on people’s misery by increasing the room rates by a massive 75%, which we found despicable to be honest and a second night confirmed the hotels policy IMO of seemingly driving guests towards spending as much as management can extract all hidden behind a big smile of course Very disappointed with our stay overall and would advise anyone staying to avoid the hotels restaurant or cafe and walk across the road to the airport, where food is available not only in plentiful of choice and better quality - but at a fraction of the price of this greed based establishment under the name of Sofitel - Shame on the Hotel IMO
