This hotel was excellent. It is so close to JR station and streetcar station. There is also a bus to airport. Shopping malls and restaurants are next to hotel. The staff are helpful and polite. This hotel are fully soundproofed, which i had a good sleeping quality. The hotel facilities are so new, but i hope there will be a gym room. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel for all tourists.

The hotel offers aesthetically impressive rooms that match the pictures, with the breathtaking view surpassing all expectations in person. The staff also provided excellent service in accommodating food intolerances. Unfortunately, the culinary experience was disappointing; the food was too mild and underwhelming for the price paid. Furthermore, the Onsen facility was inadequate: it lacked variety with only 2 warm pools and a steam sauna, offered no varying water temperatures (and the cold plunge pool was not cold enough). Additionally, the desired peaceful atmosphere was disrupted by having more of a socializing gathering in the onsen, which lowered the overall impression and value of the wellness area. In summary: excellent rooms but we would have expected more value for money regarding the food and spa.

Everything you’d expect from a very modern Hilton. Clean, very international feel, large. Good amenities. The room was excellent with an American meets Japanese feel. Location is really convenient. Knocked them down as there was a bit of a hard sell of an upgrade at check-in but checkout and the car park/ taxi concierge were excellent. We didn’t go to breakfast but there was a huge amount of people heading that way.

衞生：從酒店外，停車場到內部和房間，都很不錯
環境：地理位置優越啊，當時是下大雨，去鞆之浦也就開了20多分鐘酒到啦！
服務：前台很熱情的介紹各項服務，停車場專員也很耐心幫提示空車位！！
下次來福山肯定還選這裏，去尾道玩最適合住福山！

Stayed here during a mid-February trip and the location is its greatest strength. Being directly connected to JR Hiroshima Station via the pedestrian bridge was a lifesaver, especially since we were traveling with several large suitcases. We used the Ta-Q-Bin (luggage forwarding) service to send our bags to our next stop in Nagoya, and the staff handled it perfectly. Also made use of their valet laundry service for our tops and pants—it was quick and saved us a lot of hassle. If you're looking for a stress-free base in Hiroshima, this is it.

our original hotel booking at mitsui garden got force cancelled due to maintenance so this hotel was our alternative & it did not disappoint!
service : front desk & staff were very friendly & allowed to store our luggages till evening the next day! [10/10]

cost : amazing, given that this was our alternative offered as compensation, its amazing [10/10]

這個酒店可太棒了。廣島機場叫出租車大概1個小時到。酒店純日式停園風，還有大批的錦鯉。房間帶私湯，晚餐出眾，住了兩晚都不重複。

XXiangdaorenStaying at Hotel Granvia Hiroshima again was definitely the right choice! The hotel has direct access to the station, making transportation incredibly convenient with many options available. Shopping and dining in the surrounding area are also super handy. The room I booked was quite good, with a spacious view. Both the hotel's breakfast buffet and the executive lounge's food were excellent! It was a very satisfying experience.

YYingtaoxiaowanziThe hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, greeting me upon arrival and seeing me off at check-out. The location is excellent, right next to the station with plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel's own restaurant is superb. The bedding and pillows in the room were incredibly comfortable, truly impressive – I even considered buying some to take home! The environment was clean and hygienic, and the windows were so spotless they seemed to disappear, giving me a fantastic impression of Hiroshima overall. The only minor downsides were the hairdryer wasn't great, and the shampoo and shower gel weren't big brands, leaving my hair a bit stiff.

ZZyi1The room was very clean, and the single room was surprisingly spacious! The view from the window was also great. The service was excellent; they even proactively asked if I needed to store my luggage. All modes of transport are available downstairs, making it very convenient to get anywhere. Plus, there's a large shopping mall with a wide variety of food options.

The room is spacious and beautiful, the hot spring is on the top floor with the hot spring to see the beautiful scenery, the most beautiful holiday.

1109007****Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The room was spacious and modern, and its proximity to the station was a huge plus. The service was impeccable; I dropped off my luggage in the morning, and by the time I checked in later, it was already in my room. They even changed the sheets every day during my multi-night stay. Among all the hotels I've stayed at in Japan at a similar price point, this one is by far the best.

GGuest UserThis hotel is great. Hiroshima Airport called a taxi for about 1 hour. The hotel is pure Japanese style, and there are a large number of koi. The room has a private soup, dinner is outstanding, and I stayed for two nights without repeating.
