Regular room 22m:
Pros: Amazing location, lovely and helpful lady staffs who spoke good english. Clean and modern design/materials, newly equipped with amenities.
Cons: Whoever designed the rooms probably never did housework: You have two rows of hangers that will overlap with no closet space and only luggage rack size for a carry on. No hooks in the bathroom, corridor, or shower for anything. It was very tight even for solo traveling with 1 luggage.
Also the hotel was built in 2025 and the mattress is already very worn, which made for poor sleep. Thats it just two things that really stood out but really affected the stay.

Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse de la personne qui nous a accueilli et expliqué les activités à faire sur l'île. La chambre était parfaite.

During our trip to Japan we stayed in several hotels. Only this one corresponds to the declared class (4 stars) by international, not just Japanese, standards. Excellent location in the very center of the city, qualified and hospitable staff, a large light room with an ”urban” view from the window, all electrical equipment and plumbing in the room are in excellent condition, cleanliness reigns everywhere. It is obvious that all the employees of this hotel work - and work well - and do not just give all the guests ”service bows”.

Nice and beautiful hotel. Can walk to the main tourist attractions l.
Not walking distance to Hiroshima station and the easiest way is by taking taxi which cost around 1000 JPY.

衞生：從酒店外，停車場到內部和房間，都很不錯
環境：地理位置優越啊，當時是下大雨，去鞆之浦也就開了20多分鐘酒到啦！
服務：前台很熱情的介紹各項服務，停車場專員也很耐心幫提示空車位！！
下次來福山肯定還選這裏，去尾道玩最適合住福山！

The hotel offers aesthetically impressive rooms that match the pictures, with the breathtaking view surpassing all expectations in person. The staff also provided excellent service in accommodating food intolerances. Unfortunately, the culinary experience was disappointing; the food was too mild and underwhelming for the price paid. Furthermore, the Onsen facility was inadequate: it lacked variety with only 2 warm pools and a steam sauna, offered no varying water temperatures (and the cold plunge pool was not cold enough). Additionally, the desired peaceful atmosphere was disrupted by having more of a socializing gathering in the onsen, which lowered the overall impression and value of the wellness area. In summary: excellent rooms but we would have expected more value for money regarding the food and spa.

這個酒店可太棒了。廣島機場叫出租車大概1個小時到。酒店純日式停園風，還有大批的錦鯉。房間帶私湯，晚餐出眾，住了兩晚都不重複。

YYingtaoxiaowanziThe hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, greeting me upon arrival and seeing me off at check-out. The location is excellent, right next to the station with plenty of dining options nearby, and the hotel's own restaurant is superb. The bedding and pillows in the room were incredibly comfortable, truly impressive – I even considered buying some to take home! The environment was clean and hygienic, and the windows were so spotless they seemed to disappear, giving me a fantastic impression of Hiroshima overall. The only minor downsides were the hairdryer wasn't great, and the shampoo and shower gel weren't big brands, leaving my hair a bit stiff.

4. All basic facilities are well-equipped.
5. Breakfast was very rich and varied.
6. They were very accommodating to our two adults and two children. We booked the room for adults, and only had to pay a small difference and buy children's breakfast upon check-in, which was really great.
Cons:
1. The hotel's parking lot is very small and often full. The other two parking lots are quite far, so we just found another parking spot nearby.
2. Dinner on December 30th (New Year's Eve price) for two adults and two children was 21,000 JPY, but the food was really mediocre. Compared to the excellent breakfast and lunch, it was a bit disappointing. Breakfast and lunch, however, were both very good and highly recommended.
3. I've stayed at three Hilton hotels in Japan (Tokyo Disney, Hiroshima, Nagasaki), and none of them have a consistent policy for children. It's always best to call or email ahead to confirm when staying with kids. However, this hotel's extra charge was minimal, which was very considerate.

GGuest UserEvery detail in the hotel was impeccable; it was impeccably clean and tidy, and our family enjoyed a perfect vacation. The hotel offers free parking and is located right on the beach, with direct access to the sand. Small bags and slippers were provided in the rooms for strolling around the hotel grounds.
The hotel rooms provided toiletries and various aromatherapy products to create a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel also provided pajamas, which were very comfortable. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

GGuest UserConveniently located directly above the south side of Hiroshima Station, with a small elevator leading straight to the 7th-floor lobby (near the Hiroshima Electric Railway entrance; the Maple Loop bus is on the north side). There's a wide variety of dining options in the mall downstairs. The hotel feels quite new, the rooms are spacious, and the front desk staff speak good English. The self-service luggage storage is easy to use. Overall, the Granvia quality is excellent.

The service was impeccable; I dropped off my luggage in the morning, and by the time I checked in later, it was already in my room. They even changed the sheets every day during my multi-night stay. Among all the hotels I've stayed at in Japan at a similar price point, this one is by far the best.

GGuest UserThis hotel is great. Hiroshima Airport called a taxi for about 1 hour. The hotel is pure Japanese style, and there are a large number of koi. The room has a private soup, dinner is outstanding, and I stayed for two nights without repeating.
