This romantic rental unit is equipped with modern amenities and furniture.The spaceMoringa villa is new and consists of three levels. The top level is a spacious tiled and decked terrace with a shared infinity salt water pool, gazebo, covered area and outdoor shower. The middle level is where Studio One and Studio Two are located; the lower level is a secluded deck area with a lounge area and garden.The upper and lower levels which are part of the main villa are a shared area for the two studios. Both of these levels have sun lounges. The middle level offers table and chairs and a gas barbeque. The owner’s accommodation is never rented, or in use when the studios are rented out.The studios are identical and have a four poster King size bed with en suite and kitchenette. The doors open onto a balcony, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the views from your bed.The spacious bathroom includes a 6 x 4 feet walk-in shower with granite vanity unit and mirror. The kitchenette is a modern design with granite work surfaces, a breakfast bar with stools, a fridge-freezer, hot plate and fully equipped.Linen, towels, robes and beach towels are provided.Wifi, Laptop safe, American and English sockets, air conditioning unit, overhead cooling fan and hair dryer are provided.The property is the perfect escape for travelers, nature lovers, honeymooners, friends and family. I have the most friendly, helpful and competent house manager who oversees the day-to-day operations of the villa.Other things to noteIf you are coming from the airport, we can organize a taxi pickup for you at an additional price (price varies from $85.) After your pick up from the airport, you can decide to rent a vehicle so that you can explore Soufriere/St Lucia on your own. We can always assist you with getting a vehicle rented and have it delivered to you at the villa. We would recommend that you rent a jeep because of the bumpy road. The drive from the villa to the town is not so smooth as the road is unpaved.If you are here for a short stay and would like to be driven to your different locations; the taxis and are always ready to take you around. The cost is very inexpensive and we can always provide you with an estimate if needs be.From the Moringa Villa you can walk to the Anse Chastanet beach which is about a 10-minute walk. If you decide to walk to the town especially on a hot day be prepared to wear comfortable shoes and walk with water as the walk will be a bit draining.Remember drivers are always available in the area and we have some of the best drivers that can take to and from your destination. They are also available for hire for a trip or for a half day or full day if you are going on an excursion or sightseeing.
