The hotel is at a nice location, if not walking but still a very manageable distance from hitech city business area. The rooms are not the best even for the bargain rates. When we came in, the tv was not working, the set-top box was missing, the remote was clumsy with the cell falling off. They changed the system but i would have preferred a change in the room. The good part is that the staff is very cooperative and makes up for most of the shortcomings with a smile. Language is not a barrier. There is no food on offer. There is a restaurant in the premises operated by a third party who serve food which if not mentioned is better. Overall, i will rate it as below average with awesome staff.

The hotel room was very cosy and comfortable. I enjoyed my time here. The reason of giving 3/5 is first they gave me a room where someone had already checked in. The guest was in room and we both were shocked when I opened the door. Thankfully he didn't argue with me though annoyed and asked me to enquire at reception. The receptionist then gave me another room. Another thing is the printer at reception wasn't functional. I needed a printout to include in my documents for the VISA interview. But it was too late by the time I found out that printer wasn't working. The 2nd receptionist was very kind and suggested a shop nearby but it was closed. So overall a very good hotel but they should keep a track on which rooms are occupied.

I use to stay the particular hotel is near by hospital. In the mean time every time i am travelling from tirupati, andhra padesh. But they are charging rs. 160- for early checking and i use to check out every time before 5 pm, my travel time is 5 pm to 8 pm. Hence i request u people kindly allow early in morning time. Pl consider my request for next booking.

Found this hotel from mmt. Fully satisfied about this hotel. This is my 2nd trip to hyderabad and choose the same hotel. Rooms = excellent room service = excellent location = excellent cleanliness = excellent behaviour = excellent. Nothing adverse to say about this hotel. Love you hotel neem tree, hyderabad
