Hotel 4-Star di Tyrol, Austria

Excellent location in the middle of Innsbruck. Less than 10min walk to-from Innsbruck Hbf, Alstadt and many location in the city. Check-in was quick. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and big. There is a coffee machine which makes it even better. If you stay 2 or more days, you will get the Welcome Pass for free transport around Innsbruck.

*Reading the reviews prior of booking, one comment sticks in my mind was this hotel is a scam. First, I don’t believe as could be different experience. Also some says, staff are nice and friendly but there are also rude staffs.* I was transferred to this hotel, i booked *junior suite* room with double sized bed. Sounds good right ? But it’s so, so. Prior to check in, their policy is 2:30 pm. on the app is 2 pm. I arrived 1:36 and the reception want to charged me 15 euros, Instead I wait. She is rude, it reminds me the reviews, she is No customer service background. The view from window is amazing, room is clean, bed is comfortable. However, shower is too short from the corner, I’m small but still not able to stand. Toiletries is on place, no room sleeper for cold floor. No mini bar, no tea or coffee (available in reception with charge), no pen and paper on desk and other basics on 4 star categories. The room is on attic, limited low ceiling. Breakfast was basic, by the way the 2 young ladies are friendly, could be the trainees. What nice from selection is fresh orange juice from the machine, and freshly slice cured meat. The same lady from the reception is touching food with bare hand. Thanks I’m done of breakfast. Sauna is stated as part of hotel facilities however it’s not functional on my 2 days stay. Reception said you have to wait 1.5 hours or to have notice ahead of time. Overall, my first visit in Innsbruck was great however with this hotel was the last. Not guests service oriented.

Love everything about this hotel.. the view.. the ammenities.. post bus also very near to hotel.. if u stay 2night or more u can get welcome card too.. staff very good

Very strategic location with great mountain view of the alps. Just 5mins walking distance from the train station and the bus (to airport). Big shopping mall will park nearby. Not far from city center (approx 10-15mins walk). Super friendly receptionist especially Fabian. Thumbs up to him as his amazing hospitality enhanced our experience in Innsbruck.

Gorgeous hotel with perfect location. It had all the amenities listed and attractions were just 5-7minutes by walk. View of the mountains were breathtaking. Staff were cordial and welcoming. Clean rooms and good food at the cafe. We left the luggage in the store room as we could explore the old town before we boarded the flight. I would recommend hotel central as one of the best to stay for couples or families.

Glad that be able to watch Netflix on the smart tv. Staffs were helpful. The view from the balcony of hotel lobby was amazing

Perjalanan ke Hotel Penz ini mengejutkan saya. Lokasinya lebih senang daripada hotel veteran lain di tepi sungai yang saya tempah. Perlu setengah jam untuk berjalan-jalan di sekitar kawasan pemandangan yang terkenal. Di sebelah bawah adalah pusat membeli-belah dan makanan Thai yang lazat. Bilik-biliknya juga menawarkan pemandangan gunung. Sorot restoran taman di tingkat atas di tingkat 5 dengan pemandangan yang luar biasa. Sarapannya kaya dengan pelbagai dan lazat! Terdapat juga lumpia Cina dan zucchini goreng. Daging, makanan laut, pencuci mulut, jus, buah-buahan, keju mempunyai banyak jenis yang dibahagi dalam setiap kategori, dan mereka lazat. Mengesyorkan secara khusus semua jenis kimchi gaya Eropah, terutama tuna yang dibungkus dengan tomato kecil, dan keju lembut yang dibungkus dengan lada acar. Kombinasi rasa yang luar biasa, anda mesti mencubanya jika anda mempunyai citarasa antarabangsa!

Recommended hotel in Innsbruck, very large room, comfy bed, nice view from the room, service is perfect, there is fee to park in hotel but you can park around hotel in the public which is free

I hardly leave reviews because I find it a chore but NALA really lives up to its reputation. The hotel is so unique and comfortable .. I don’t even want to go out. I enjoyed staying in the room and even going to the garden to do some reading and work .. it’s just a 10 mins walk to old town and I like it that it’s quaint
