Fantastic location with breathtaking views all around, even pictures don't give them justice, you have to see this in person! Host was very accommodating and helped us a lot during our stay. Restaurant in this cottage was also wonderful, food was very good and had the home made vibe, and the views in the restaurant were also fantastic of course. This is the best place to just relax and enjoy the nature as it's located at the edge of the town near the mountains and it takes some time to walk there, but it's absolutely worth it! You can do some cow/horsewatching at your own pace. Everything is quiet other than birds signing every now and then, it's just so peaceful in general. Beds were comfy and all amenities were working and clean. Overall I'd highly recommend this place if you want to run away from the city and forget its problems 🦅🌸⛰

It is said that the taxi driver does not see in the village, but the cow can walk around and see Georgia without decoration. Moreover, the residents around were only people who felt the temperament of the kind and friendly Georgian. About 10 minutes walk from the hotel, there is Chatem Frani and you can visit the Georgia winery. (Reservation required) If you wish, you can ask the reception to make a reservation at arrival. You can also sightsee Mutsuheta by using a taxi. (about 30 Lali) ★ About Service The reception is very kind and will answer any requests. In addition, cleaning is done carefully, and the hall and terrace are always in good condition. I also used the restaurant at dinner, but it is recommended to use it once because it is seasoned well with the wine of Chatomfrani with the baptized taste. The sauna is Finnish style and it feels good to be able to raise the room temperature by yourself. The spa has a bath and a cold bath, so it is good to use it after entering the sauna. Convenient stay: It is a homestay, cost-effective. The landlord checked a passport and confirmed the reservation information. Environment: The mountain view room is set, you can see the snow-capped mountains and the Trinity Church from the balcony of the room, of course, it depends on the weather, if there is fog, you can't see anything. Facilities: Everything is acceptable for the price/performance ratio. The fly in the ointment is that the bathroom does not separate dry and wet, resulting in a bit slippery in the toilet. I hope that non-slip slippers can be provided.

Stayed at Axien Hotel for a short day stay and it was suitable for a one day visit in Kazbegi. The room was simple and basic, not fancy, but fine for a short stay. The balcony door had a small issue, which the owner said will be fixed for our next stay. No complimentary water bottles, so bring your own. The owner was very kind and helpful. Overall, a decent option for a short stay.

The service was excellent!!! We brought red wine but didn't have a corkscrew, and the staff at the cottage went out of their way to buy one and gave it to us for free. Although it was raining, the cottage was warm and cozy, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The location is great, with its own lawn and outdoor relaxation area—a very comfortable environment. There's also a communal kitchen available, which was very convenient for heating up our own milk and biscuits in the morning.

This is a wonderful place, a delightful atmosphere, impeccable cleanliness, so many thoughtful little touches, silence, beauty, a delicious breakfast, a wonderful aroma, Italian toiletries in the shower, and Boris at reception simply made our day! He greeted us with a warm and welcoming welcome, checked us in, and suggested a delicious place for dinner. There are hammocks, swings, pleasant music, and a delightful atmosphere. We initially considered the Rooms Hotel, but we've never regretted our choice. We simply went to the Rooms Hotel for coffee after checkout and then had breakfast back at the hotel. This hotel left the warmest impression of our trip to Georgia!

Wonderful hotel. Very hospitable hostess. She packed us a pie for the trip. Delicious breakfast, I've attached some photos. A room for two adults and an 8-year-old child with breakfast was 3700 rubles. Parking is available. The bed linen smelled incredibly delicious. I'm very happy and highly recommend it!

We booked 2 cabins and they were gorgeous. A few things were missing like towels but they were brought after which were fine. Would be great if they could provide extra toilet roll, kitchen towels and floor mat. The bathroom floor was wet as there was no shower curtain. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed our stay and wished it was better weather. The surrounding was peaceful and beautiful.

There is a kitchen-dining room where you can drink tea cafe, warm up your food, cook something simple, eat Administrator Lali is attentive, friendly, charming and hospitable. Although the checking in process was delayed by quite a while due to the previous guest not leaving on time, the room is perfect for a single traveller or maybe couples.Its only about ten minutes walk to the Bin lift and rentals shops are everywhere, its also right above Spar where you get basically any groceries you need for your stay.
