I booked this despite the reviews. Upon arrival, we found wonderful, warm rooms (it was windy and -1 degrees outside). There was hot water, the radiators were warm, and the bed linens and towels were provided. Everything was clean! The only downside was a slight sewer smell in the bathroom, but I think that's just a characteristic of the local sewer system.

The sauna is Finnish style and it feels good to be able to raise the room temperature by yourself. The spa has a bath and a cold bath, so it is good to use it after entering the sauna. Environment: The mountain view room is set, you can see the snow-capped mountains and the Trinity Church from the balcony of the room, of course, it depends on the weather, if there is fog, you can't see anything. Facilities: Everything is acceptable for the price/performance ratio. The fly in the ointment is that the bathroom does not separate dry and wet, resulting in a bit slippery in the toilet. The service was excellent!!! We brought red wine but didn't have a corkscrew, and the staff at the cottage went out of their way to buy one and gave it to us for free. Although it was raining, the cottage was warm and cozy, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The location is great, with its own lawn and outdoor relaxation area—a very comfortable environment. There's also a communal kitchen available, which was very convenient for heating up our own milk and biscuits in the morning.

Stayed at Axien Hotel for a short day stay and it was suitable for a one day visit in Kazbegi. The room was simple and basic, not fancy, but fine for a short stay. The balcony door had a small issue, which the owner said will be fixed for our next stay. No complimentary water bottles, so bring your own. The owner was very kind and helpful. Overall, a decent option for a short stay.

This is a wonderful place, a delightful atmosphere, impeccable cleanliness, so many thoughtful little touches, silence, beauty, a delicious breakfast, a wonderful aroma, Italian toiletries in the shower, and Boris at reception simply made our day! He greeted us with a warm and welcoming welcome, checked us in, and suggested a delicious place for dinner. There are hammocks, swings, pleasant music, and a delightful atmosphere. We initially considered the Rooms Hotel, but we've never regretted our choice. We simply went to the Rooms Hotel for coffee after checkout and then had breakfast back at the hotel. This hotel left the warmest impression of our trip to Georgia!

A ten-minute walk from the center of Kazbuek Town, the hotel is very quiet, and the peaks of Kazbuek can be seen directly from the floor-to-ceiling windows from the room. Floor-to-ceiling windows can also open doors and sit on the balcony. There is a self-service kitchen area on the 2nd floor where you can make your own coffee or tea.

Amazing place, location and environment. The owner and his mom were of great help to us during our trip. The house is amazing, good for couples, families and friend groups. We’d definitely come again. Thank you!

We were a group of four, and the apartment was spacious. It had a mini-kitchen fully equipped for cooking. It was a super short, 3-minute walk to the Gudauri gondola lift, very close indeed. The Spar supermarket was only a 1-minute walk away, so the location was incredibly convenient. The apartment also came with a locker for storing sports equipment. It was warm inside, with several radiators for heating, plenty of electrical outlets, and a washing machine. The owner handed us the keys and had everything ready for us, and was always in touch. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! 👍 The only minor drawback was the lack of a simple foldable drying rack for clothes. We had to dry everything on the backs of beds and chairs. Such a small thing would have made our stay even more comfortable. 😃

A very cozy house and location near the center of Kazbegi. The owner was in touch and confirmed the location on maps the day before. Very clean, enough space for a large family of six.
