Hotel 4-Star di Hessen, Germany

Dicke Staubschicht auf den Schränken. Silikon bzw. Fugenspachtel in der Dusche schon verfärbt. Die Zimmerheizung war in der ersten Nacht zu kalt. Auf Nachfragen kam der Hinweis das die Heizung auf AUTomatisch gestellt werden muss. Dann war’s besser nsgesamt akzeptabel. Sonst wirkte das Hotel sehr sauber. Würde wieder buchen.

A new hotel in perfect location which is just 3 minutes walk to the e tram station where you can take Number 11, 14 and 21 to the Main station. There is a shopping mall ‘Skyline Plaza’ next to the hotel. The room is perfect with excellent view and is spacious.

Alles bestens und sehr gemütlich, sehr sauber, kann mich nicht beschweren. Wer mit Bus kommt, sollte an der Robert-Bunsen-Straße bzw Polizeistation aussteigen, da bei Maps und DB nicht der richtige Fahrplan angezeigt wird.

The hotel was new and clean. Would have been perfect if it had a kettle so we could make tea in the cold weather:)

Location wise, it’s easy access to the public transport. However, there were only a few restaurants nearby and the cafe in the hotel doesn’t offer lunch. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t provide decaffeinated tea such as mint or Chamomile etc. In general it was a comfortable staying.

The problem was that it had no USB ports in the room, which is quite standard nowadays, and the reception staff didn't have anything like that to lend out.

I booked based on being able to check in early; I know airlines crews use this hotel. When I got to the hotel, I could check in early but after 10 AM for additional 50 euros. If I wanted to check in before that I would have to pay for an extra day. I had prepaid the hotel, so I ate that loss and used the 50 euros to apply for a taxi out of there. I asked in an email about early check in which is why I booked that hotel - the email outlined the charge but was not specific in saying before 10 am was another night charge. Wish hotel policy was clearer. Arriving at 05:30, and having to sit in the lobby for hours after 15 hours of flying was unacceptable.

Sehr freundliches, hilfreiches u. humorvolles Personal am Emfang. Als Alleinreisende fühlte ich mich gleich willkommen! Super zentrale Lage u. trotzdem ruhig, da mein Zimmer nach hinten raus war. Das Hotel ist sehr geschmackvoll im modernen, barocken Still eingerichtet. Da ich Freunde besuchte u. bei diesen frühstückte, kann ich darüber nichts sagen. Ich würde immer wieder dort buchen, da auch d. Preis sehr okay war!

아이들과 가족여행으로 다녀왔어요. 유럽치고 저렴한 가격에 좋은 위치 깨끗한 숙소에 잘 쉬다 왔어요. 비스바덴 시내에서 도보로 8분 정도면 가고.. 바로 옆이 기차역이 있었어요. 직원들은 친절했고 주변은 관광지이지만 조용하고 쾌적했습니다. 단점은 4명이 예약을 했는데 한명은 쇼파에서 자야했어요. 1층이라 커튼을 치고있어야했고 티비 2대 중 한대는 켜는 방법을 몰라 못켰고 한대는 독일방송 밨에 안나와서 넷플릭스나 유튜브가 되었음 좋겠다 싶었는데.. 가져온 노트북으로 보면 되니까 큰 문제는 아닌 것 같아요. 주차비가 1일에 28유로인가로 가격이 좀 되는데.. 바로 몇미터 옆에 저렴한 노상주차도 있어서 그걸 이용하는 편이 나을 것 같아요. 그림은 호텔 앞 정원인데.. 조경이 아름답고 앞에 공원도 좋았습니다.

This hotel location is incredible, 300 meters to Main station, 300 meters to Messe. The hotel is also very clean with friendly staff. Rooms were big and clean and bathrooms are good size and very clean. Highly recommend this hotel for business travellers - specially going for any events in Messe.
