視野真的是太好了 而且客房服務的態度很好
雖然效率有點差 但是還能接受
早餐也很豐富 和萬豪共享一個天台 這個酒店還會有一些酒會舉辦 當地人也很認可的一個酒店
唯一的缺點是房間裏沒有用於辦公的桌子椅子 衹有一個沙發和小圓桌 出差辦公不太方便
不過樓頂的泳池是真的好看 風景也很贊

衞生：很乾凈，房間也很寬敞
環境：環境很好，希爾頓的標準
服務：服務也很好，位置一般
本次是去出差所以住的裏客户近，如果去旅遊也可以住海邊一點，很漂亮的海岸線或者老城附近
趕上了下雨，附近就這樣了

Llegué antes de las 3pm y me dijeron que únicamente se podía hacer el check in a partir de las 3pm sin verificar si tenían siquiera habitación lista. Llegué por la noche y me atendió el chico nocturno Manuel, muy majo. Me comentó la particularidad de la habitación y me acompañó hacia ella y me explicó todo para que no tuviera dudas por la noche.
El desayuno tienen buena variedad.
Está muy bien para pasar unos días por ubicación y calidad-precio.

LlludolNot at all a 4-star hotel. Service is bad, they gave me a room that didn't match the photo, then moved me to the actual room, and it was not at all like in the photo. Some USB plugs are broken; it's like they didn't build the hotel the right way with a lot of construction issues. They have a restaurant on the rooftop, the food was bad and very expensive. Regarding the service it's very bad too, the only person who actually did well his job was the guy who moved my luggage. I would not recommend!

GGuest UserMy colleague and I extended our stay here twice, for a total of 6 nights. The location is very good, close to Serena, Bluemall, and ágora mall. The service staff is the most worthy of praise. One night I took the packed fried rice to the front desk to heat it up for me. A tall staff member helped me take it to the restaurant to heat it up, and also took the spoon and knife and fork. Every staff member served with a smile. The hotel room is very new and very quiet (although there is a road downstairs, it is very soundproof and quiet), the breakfast is delicious, the environment is beautiful, there is a brand new gym, and there is a rooftop swimming pool. Lying there and watching the beautiful sunset and stars is indeed an unforgettable memory. I will stay here when I come to Santo Domingo on business in the future. In addition, there is a Chinese restaurant 100 meters away, which is perfect.

I already had a good feeling when I exchanged emails. After staying for 2 nights, I don't regret my choice. Stay at this hotel.

FFelix Martin FidalgoI arrived before 3 PM and was told that check-in was only possible from 3 PM onwards, without them even checking if a room was ready. I arrived back at night and was helped by Manuel, the night staff, who was very friendly. He explained the unique features of the room and accompanied me to it, making sure I understood everything so I wouldn't have any questions later that night. The breakfast offers a good variety. It's a great place to spend a few days, considering its location and value for money.

GGuest UserThe hotel belongs to the city landmark building, the facilities are modern and new, this plus points. Free underground parking, easy access, and the front desk clerk is very friendly. Remember to add 20-30 US dollars, apply for a high-rise suite, the view is super good; there are free snacks and fruit water before 7:30PM every night. Breakfast is very good. The most important thing is that the dining has Chinese food, tea, the taste is very good, this is a plus. The room is a suite, living room, horizontal, bathroom independent space and large enough. The living room has a kitchenette (microwave, hot water bottle) coffee and tea. In this Caribbean island country, you can find a hotel produced by Chinese food, which is great! If you come here for business trips, it is highly recommended!
