The room is very clean and its very near to Masjid Al Hakim. Only 5mins walking distance to the beach too. The toilet also clean and they also provide water dispenser, so no hustle to worry to buy mineral water together with the iron (upon request). I also used the laundry service which is very good and the price also quite cheap. I went during Ramadan, hence anyone who want to discover Padang during Ramadan, i would really recommend to stay at this hotel!

For the floor, etc. it is clean, it would be better if the towels are compatible with the new towels provided. And nobody pays attention on the mattress or bed sheet or blanket that makes it itchy on the skin. So much

Hharun hasbiworth the price close to everywhere the seaview.. rumah makan & mall all just walkable. stayed here because of the location is very good near to everywhere. the only thing i frustrated about the room the towels provided was very low quality towels very hard to absorb wetness everytime after taking bath. hopefully in future reddoorz should provide towels that have fabric suitable to absorb wetness even is not a thick towels like 4 star hotel cheap towels also can provided the fabric is good.besides that I think this hotel is very good because of it's location.. close to plaza andalas mall..big supermarket..rumah makan.. seaview..small mart.. coffee shop & all you need is here

HHuseeThe hotel’s location is definitely a plus—it’s close to the sea, which offers easy access to the beach. The receptionist was very welcoming and made check-in smooth, but unfortunately we weren’t allowed to check in early. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The room didn’t feel properly cleaned, and the amenities are clearly outdated and in need of renovation. While the staff’s attitude was great, the overall condition of the hotel falls short of expectations.

Hotel room is clean except the amenities in room some has worn out like the ceiling lamp broken and shower handle unable to use. Overall, good short stay.

MMuhamad GandiI booked this accommodation for my wife who was going to take the CPNS test. When she arrived there, she was very happy because the homestay was clean and close to the test location (walkable).
What impressed her the most was the friendliness and generosity of the staff, coincidentally she arrived early (around 10 am) and the type of room she had booked was not ready (because check-in was supposed to be at 2 pm), the staff even offered her a place to rest and went straight to the room that was ready (a better type than the one she had booked) without any additional charges.

AAin JaafarI booked a room with two king-size beds, but instead I got one king bed and one single extra bed. The shower pipe in the bathroom was broken, and the air conditioner was not cold. However, the room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided good service.
