Hotel 4-Star di Uusimaa, Finland

The airconditioning system is out of service The whole hotel is overheated Was sweating when i check in and get to the room They provided me a fan (which was quite useful for cooling myself down) But still i could not open the window widely to facilitate ventilation It's not a nice experience for me

As the hotel is not circled around lunch and restaurants I would’ve appreciated better opening hours and more lunch options in the cafe at the hotel. Seems like it as a hotel mainly for partnering firms where they was served food all day but for the rest of us it was a bit off. Great view that I had been looking forward to but after a booking mistake I ended up in a street view and the wheelchair adapted rooms. I got annoyed by every service request was followed by a charge: checking in 30 min early - charge. Changing room to a regular room - charge. Changing room to a sea view - charge. I’m used to more flexibility…

A decent choice if you’re coming for work or business. The hotel has a spacious common area with plenty of desks, meeting rooms, and sofas, which makes it easy to work or take calls. Other shared facilities include a kitchen, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi. Breakfast is served at a café connected to their Noli 2 property, so if you book a room with breakfast you’ll need to walk there. It’s fine but not remarkable — limited options, and a bit disappointing since there’s a full restaurant on-site that serves meals later in the day. Not a big issue, but worth noting. Room amenities are quite mixed. I stayed in two different studio rooms - both had some unexpected conveniences like full utensils, a washing machine, and an oven, but oddly no TV or couch. Service is also limited: check-in is self-service, and staff are only available during certain hours. It’s definitely a lower service level than most hotels I’ve stayed at elsewhere, though perhaps that’s typical for Finland or this price range. Overall, it’s not a bad stay by any means. If you’re here for work and want a practical base in the area, it’s a solid option - just come with the right expectations.

I think the corridor floor of guestrooms should be vacuumed daily as some guests bring along their pet with fur everywhere. Other than that, the breakfast should be provided regardless of whether its public holidays or not as guest who has booked the room with breakfast not aware Midsummer Fressi Cafe not operates.

The size of the spa is a bit small. Everything else is top notch. The surroundings and the historic manor add to a wonderful experience.

The hotel’s location was perfect—just a 10-minute walk from Helsinki Central Station. The facilities were modern and spotless, and the free sauna (though small) was a nice bonus. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only minor complaint was that the bed was a bit too soft. Overall, a fantastic stay!

I am very impressed with the staff. They all are really helpful and friendly. Location is excellent. You can take a tram from central station to the hotel. Everything is perfect.

Lovely hotel right it the centre of Helsinki, and within walking distance to most of the main sights. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by. All of the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast is probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. Plenty of choice and always well stocked. The only small negative I had was that there were about 10 steps from the front entrance to the lobby and no one to help you with your suitcases.

Room is clean and very spacious. Beds are also bouncy but firm. However, there is no water kettle in the room. Breakfast variety is limited but sufficient We also went to the Gym. The gym is well equipped and exceeds our expectations for a hotel located near the city centre. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay

The place is incredibly nice, it’s a pity that I checked in at 10pm and leave at 5am the other day, but the design is modern and beautiful, the environment is chill, and I am so impressed that since I left in the early morning and they can provide breakfast at 4am, also I’m so impressed they use Rituals… for shampoo, shower gel, hand washing and body & hand lotion:) After all, since it’s a very short stay, but the experience is excellent and impressive, definitely a great choice for you to stay
