The hotel is on the seaside and very close to the train station, less than 10 minutes. There are M&S and Costa nearby. The hotel is relatively old-fashioned, but it does not affect your stay. It is clean overall, but the bathing area is a bit small and it takes more than ten seconds to get hot water.

Great place to stay to enjoy the many wonders of the Snowdonia National Park. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar is well stocked with excellent local real ales and the food is superb and really good value. Especially good is the Tuesday night Curry and a Pint for £15! Breakfast excellent, served quickly and great value. Had a slight issue on arrival where I was given a double room instead of the twin I had booked, but they were able to move me without problem. Was also expecting a Mountain View according to Trip.com but didnt get that either.....wasn't bothered in the end as I was out in the mountains all day anyway, but others may be disappointed if that happened to them. Room was very clean and serviced each day, although the coffee/tea/etc was not replenished and the cups weren't cleaned - possibly an oversight on my particular visit. Again, not a big issue for me but others may be more critical. All in all a great place to stay and good value for the money.

We stayed 4 nights there with a friend couple. Staff were all helpful wnd polite, and listened to suggestions. Great in variety t and tasty breakfast. Room was spacious and clean, with good pillows and bedding. The toilet was great and plenty to move around. Everything was wonderful. Only imperfection was that our room faced the back, anf we can see the other rooms, so we needed to pull down our curtains eVerytime we changed clothes.

I initially thought the countless reviews mentioning Nathan were AI generated, but meeting him in person proved otherwise! The hotel’s interiors and stunning sea view made it an easy choice after a long search for a cozy place to stay. Nathan is genuinely one of the kindest and most hospitable people you could meet, he treats every guest like a friend and goes out of his way to make your stay special. He even recommends the best local restaurants, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel itself is wonderful, but having Nathan there truly made our stay unforgettable. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with top notch service. Thank you, Nathan!

The location is at a crossroad and it is still a bit far away from the seaside on foot. There is a large free parking lot. The accommodation is a separate entrance behind the bar. I like the design of the spiral staircase very British style. The room is exquisite and comfortable with an old small fan. The restaurant downstairs was fully booked. They arranged for us to sit in the corner of the bar for dinner. The products were very good. I personally prefer the decoration and atmosphere of the bar. It was a very pleasant night! The breakfast on the second day is half a la carte, that is, the cold cuts are self-service and the a la carte hot food is still exquisite and delicious😋... Overall very good, especially recommended to friends who want to experience a bar-type hotel!

WiFi in hotel is so good. Breakfast is good but no charge. (I stayed in hotel for Eight night seven days.) Close to Beach good for family. Sunrise every morning out side of beach. So many parking spots around the hotel. Paking need to pay from 10am - 4pm😂 May - July & September Within 4 hours :£5.5,； More than 4 hours £8.5。 August Within 4 hours :£6； More than 4 hours £10。 October - April： Within 2 hours£2.4； Within 4 hours £3.8； More than 4 hours £5.4。 Penalty £50-£70

Good things: - Location: The hotel is right by the ocean and only 20 minutes walk to the pier, which is perfect when you want to take in the view and enjoy your walk. - Parking: available parking around and infront of the hotel, free from 4pm - 9:59am , paid from 10am - 3:59pm. - hotel is dog friendly - amenities is complete, from Elemis body wash, coffee, tea, etc Not so good things: - Double room is smaller than the picture, especially the ones on third floor - Our bed is old and lopsided, I nearly fell down as I was sleeping. So that wasn’t nice at all.

What a treasure! Firstly the host was lovely and had some wonderful information about the house and surrounding restaurants and activities. The location is stunning! Comfy bed and pillows, spotlessly clean bathroom and room, breakfast was delicious and the best we have had in 6 weeks of travel. It's made to order so freshly cooked and there are plenty of options also there's fruit, juice, yoghurt and cereals. We walked to a fabulous restaurant only 100m away. Quiet at night for a perfect uninterupted sleep! Thankyou Sean and Marianne for a wonderful stay!

Our room was very spacious with a huge bed , 2 comfy chairs & table and a balcony ( also with 2 chairs and a rable) The bathroom was very spacious and spotless Spa facilities were fabulous and included a pool , jacussi , sauna , steam room , infra red spa and an holistic room to relax Breakfast very good and the bar area has beautiful views looking across at Conwy . Caught a train into Llandudno ( under £2) and station is about 6 minutes walk from the hotel You can also walk to Conwy which takes about 25 minutes Would definitely stay there again
