A great example of the growing style of 'modern' discerning guest houses that fill the gap between a fully serviced hotel and lodging house. This tastefully converted venetian mansion is located in a central part of Nafplio with all amenities, shops and restaurants on your doorstep. The rooms are very clean, well sized and beds comfortable. Breakfast is a joy and taken in a small courtyard. All the staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. We love staying here and will be back again soon!

The hotel is fairly modern and is central to everything (bars, restaurants, beach). The staff are well organised polite and helpful. The rooftop bar/restaurant has a wonderful view and is a lovely place to chill and have a drink. Breakfast is well run with a good selection of food to choose from. Room cleaning was also very good. There are some negatives for me, which is the traffic noise at all hours especially young moped riders racing up and down not relaxing to sit on the balcony at all! I was woken up on more than one occasion in the middle of the night! The bed is comfortable enough however the shower over the bath was old and leaked out over the bath every time we used it, we tried hard to angle the shower head not too! Personally, I feel investment is needed to change to walk in showers especially as most of the customers are elderly. The beach towels was a lovely detail to have, however the bathroom ones could do with being the same size as the beach towels. Overall an enjoyable stay!

Like others said ”Beautiful boutique hotel facing the sea and within walking distance to all attractions with nice modern decoration and very clean... ” In addition, the staff was excellent, friendly, helpful and always available. Breakfasts are complete and delicious and we advice visiting Wild Duck, the restaurant located below the suites. Food and cocktails at Wild Duck can compete with many restaurants in Barcelona! (as a matter of fact, we eat there the three days we spent in Nafplio)

Andrew's Luxury Residence was the ideal place to stay when visiting Nafplio and the attractions at Mycenae and Epidavros. While the streets leading to it are fairly narrow, it is still easily reached by car. There is free parking on-site. A vehicle is required as it is some distance from the centre of Nafplio, too far to comfortably walk, but only a short drive away (and parking in town is not too difficult to find - at least it was fine in January!). The apartment is very comfortable and relatively spacious, with a separate bedroom, and living room/kitchen. There are also 2 balconies overlooking the pool with views across Nafplio. The kitchen is fully equipped (only missing a microwave) and with the nearby supermarkets, easy to self-cater. The bed was quite comfortable! The apartment was clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and left us a bowl of very fresh, delicious oranges! Yum! We would stay here again if we return to the area.

We easily parked our car at the Hotel (you can not do it inside the town), the drive to the town took 10 min. Hotel is new, modern and clean. Bathroom is especially good: it's spacious and has enough hooks to hang your towels etc. There is a big terrace attached to the room, with coffee table, chairs and even small sofa, which we really enjoyed in the evening. Sleep quality is very good: surroundings are calm, bed is fine. Breakfast is rich enough and of good quality. In our opinion, the Hotel is perfect for your stay in Napflion. And reception, provided by lovely Ms Lia Vervenioti, was simply amazing. In few minutes, we have received all the info about the place we need, with free map and recommendations for dining which turned out to be true. Really nice Hotel.

Stayed in this hotel for the week on an organised tour and I must be staying in a different place than the reviews. The hotel is lovely. Everything is spotless, great food and been looked after very well. Have really enjoyed my week's stay and would recommend to anyone and would return.

Eigentlich mögen wir solche große Anlagen nicht so, aber wir fuhren mit dem Motorrad vorbei und der Pool gefiel uns. Für zwei Nächte zahlten wir 210€ mit Frühstück. Die Rezeptionistin waren freundlich und zeigten mir erst das Zimmer. Das Zimmer überzeugte mich da es geräumig und nett ausgestattet war . Die Betten sind bequem und der Raum sauber. Die Aussicht vom Balkon aus sehr schön mit Blick auf Pool als auch aufs Meer mit vielen ankernden Booten bis Yachten. Das Frühstücksbüffet war gut und vielfältig. Da es auch ein Buffet am Abend für 20€ gibt schauten wir uns dies am ersten Abend an und uns gefiel außer dem Salatbüffet das Angebot nicht. In fußläufiger Nähe gibt es aber jede Menge Restaurants. Die Poolanlage ist sauber und Liegen und Schirme sind in ordentlichem Zustand. Die Poolbar ist optisch ok, allerdings finde ich die Preise für Cocktails überzogen. Uns verstand der Kellner nicht mangels seines Englisch und schickte eine Kollegin. Ich beobachtete wie sie sich hinter uns lustig machten. Das ist nicht nur schlechter Stil sondern auch unangebracht in einem Hotel egal wieviel Sterne. Wir würden wieder dieses Hotel wählen für ein paar Tage. Allerdings muss ich auch sagen das es in den Fluren sehr spartanisch aussah, aber da wohnt man ja auch nicht. Mir fehlte es da an etwas Ambiente

This is a friendly place to stay with helpful owners. Our room was quite compact but well equipped with a kettle etc. The room would have been a little small with large luggage and storage was limited. The pool was lovely if a little cold. There were ample sun beds and a pleasant bar area next to it. The breakfast was good - juice, coffee, eggs and pastries. The owners were very accommodating. Mystras is gorgeous and is a ten minute walk away. The castle is amazing.
